Worst service ever! The car wash pulley ripped off my entire back windshield; when speaking with the manager in the office he deleted the video and said I could sue if I wanted and “good luck”. DO NOT GO HERE!

At 650 I entered the car was and went through ..when I exited I drove to location where employ towel dry the outside of a car...I waited for man to finish car he as working on. He looked at me aand walked to other end of business here he proceeded to move some hoses around and was emptying trash i waited 5 mins and he continued to ignore me. I drove back to entrance and asked who manager was.. Hispanic gentleman with rude attitude said what did I want. I explained what happened and stated i will not use this carwash again... he told me that he closes at 8pn.it was only 715 ..he then use rudely told me to get out of the way and as I back out he was still using profanity and sprayed the hose he had in his hand at me because my car window was open ..if manager owner wants proof of incident of they have security cameras this will be easily verified

I left a custom floor mat on top of a garbage can when using the vacuum. When I realized what I had done the next day, I was certain it ended up IN the garbage can. I went back to see if just maybe it was there. To my surprise and delight someone had put it to the side thinking the owner would come back for it. Thank you!!!

THIS PLACE WILL SCREW YOU! Their carwash ripped off my windshield wiper and they are saying that they aren't paying. THEY LITERALLY DARED ME TO SUE THEM. Manager is extremely rude and a piece of trash. Don't get shafted like I did, you will not win!

"Assistant manager" was rude and awful when his wash could not get my car clean. It was that way when I gave them the money and then some. It was tree sap and I said just give me my money back. He said he couldn't do that and would let me run it back thru while admitting that it wouldn't get clean! Said it was my fault. Whatever that means. I have been a customer for many years. I will never go back again.

I have had a subscription here for 3 years and finally decided to cancel it today. The brushes ripped off my rear wiper arm and blade and the onsite manager says it was because the wiper arm was missing a bolt cover. I purchased and installed a new wiper arm that same day. Being a mechanic, I don't see how a bolt cover could prevented the brushes from ripping off the wiper arm. That said, I cancelled my subscription and when I got home I found a piece of their brushes stuck in my headlight, thank god it didn't rip out the headlamp assembly or mess up any of my trim. Further inspection showed scratches on the underside of my side mirrors, I will definitely not be returning to this place, the equipment is garbage.

The cashier was cussing, yelling and throwing stuff as hard as he could at his desk when the card reader wasn’t working. Insanely off putting. The guy who wiped down the car at the end smeared the bird poop that was on my car still after it got washed across my hood without fixing it, looked at me and looked away and moved on. Shook his head at the car and rushed the tire shine slapping it on the wheels and everything. I will never return. Unprofessional and horrendous treatment of customers.

DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! Went through their car wash off of Berry st and they broke my rear windshield assembly completely off. Management did not care, did not apologize. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! They instead blamed it on me saying I should have told them to put tape on it. Will never go back and will now tell people for the rest of my life to avoid this place. DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE! And just in case my point did not come across, DO NOT WASH YOUR CAR HERE!

Came in today 8/8 Jacob the one that greets people when you pull into the car wash was awesome. Very friendly helped me pick out the best car wash possible very friendly kid. I always come here and everybody seems to be always so nice and they draw your car off for you when exiting that’s a perk in my opinion because I’m a woman and I don’t wanna sit in the hot sun to dry my car off so thank you!!

A few weeks ago, I came through for a quick wash and vacuum, and while going through the wash, heard a plastic sounding creak on the passenger side of my car. Due to it being late in the afternoon and having a kid in the car, I did a quick vacuum, noticing the three college-age boys exclaiming over something on the rear passenger side of their very nice, new truck. I didn't inspect the exterior of my vehicle closely before leaving. The next day when I went to get in my car, I noticed a long scratch on the rear passenger side of my vehicle. When I returned to the wash to speak with a manager, I was treated very poorly by a man who refused to identify himself, or identify an owner/manager that I could follow up with. He let me know that since a day had passed since my wash there was NOTHING that could be done. He also pointed out that I had door dings on my 2021 Palisade, and that "I could have gotten that scratch anywhere" since it was just my word and I had no proof. He was incredibly rude and condescending, and shady as hell, especially when I asked for contact information for the owner. When I asked if his staff could possibly try to buff/remove the scratch since they have a Detail shop, he let me know that "they haven't detailed in a long time, and we're only an express car wash", so what did I expect? I mentioned that I'm a repeat customer, who typically visits 1-2x/month. He said "and what do you get, the $13 wash"? I guess business is good enough that those of us who only spend $300 bucks or so a year don't really matter to them when it comes to accountability and customer service. I provided my contact information and was told that someone would follow up with me in five business days. There has been radio silence since. This may just be an express car wash, but I'll be driving just a few more miles to university where I can give my money to someone who isn't running a shady, sub-par business. I would leave a ZERO STAR review, but that's not an option.
