They get five for making car washing simple. Park in the bay, throw out thrash, wash car and pull out then vacuum vehicle. And is free vacuum folks. The business is clean and they have an attendant on site.

I went in and put $2 to use the vacuum and it wasn’t working at all so I asked the “owner” if he can either get the machine working or if I can get my $2 back and he said he wasn’t giving me anything at all and that it wasn’t his fault that it wasn’t working. Maybe next time he should add a “my machines don’t work “ sign.

If I could give no stars I would. The skinny young mexican guy seems to be more worried about staring at the female's than helping customers with change for the machine.Plus i could not even understand his english all that well. All he kept doing was harassing me about the time i was taking to vacuum my vehicle after i spent $8.Also there is no supervisor or manager to speak with regarding this individuals behavior.Thats why he thinks he can speak to the customers however he pleases. Don't waste your time. I will never return there.

old guy working there is no good Edit: decided to give this place a try after not being here in 4 years. this place is a dump. they turned off the free vacuums. mat holders were broken and only 2 were working. place looks trashy.

They need to upgrade just a little. Competition is right across a street, and believe it or not. There are still some people that like to wash their cars themself. However they have like 6 bays and 1 working vaccum.

"3$ for soapy water only. No dry. Just blow. Dry 5$". Is what the guy yelled at me when I asked him why soap was left on my car after the wash. Hello rudeness! "Tu, no mas money from mi" I told him. Lol! I'm sure that he understood my attempt at Spanish because he laughed at me and told me to go through again.

Still after 25 years my very favorite cat wash. Could use some upkeep but everyone wants to do automatic these days. Nothing like the old school brush and pressure gun.

The Place is shutting down. You can still wash your car but if you do it manually the Foam Soap or the other cleaning liquids are minimal. You get high pressure water only. And the vacuum cleaners are broken. Next time go to next door shop steps away.

This place is horrible. Quality of bays are trash. The place is super dirty. Soap doesn't even come out the power hose you have to use the brush that's filled with trash and dust. I went to ask the worker for a refund because i used 2 bays and neither worked and he denied me and told me to just use the brush. This place needs to be closed or put under new management

Its decent car wash self serve there 3,5 and I believe 10 car wash. 15 min free vaccum.In the front they offer for pay with quaters vaccum also I believe carpet shampooer I think doesn't work though. (Side note if ever chance go to the self serve car wash in Morton Grove by The Big Lots

This place has a budget price for a drive thru was, or you can wash the car yourself too. When I am driving by Fullerton I stop by to get my car cleaned fast, it is not the best was since its machine wash but looks better than not being washed at all.

No soap when using high pressure soap option and soap barely comes out of the soap brush, what dies comes out is all waterery and doesn't even foam up. Terrible Terrible place to wash your car. And they're cash only in 2023 and just to top it off their coin machine doesn't work.

This use to be a good place to wash and vacuum your vehicle. Was surprise a little run down. Some of the vacuums don't work. I like going there. Wish they repaired and clean the place.

It's generally okay here. One time the soap brush didn't really work that well and SO MANY bristles from the brush were basically non-existent. I notified the owner to which he did not offer to ext nd the time for the car wash or for me to use another bay. Instead he just put a cone behind my car so no others could enter. no solution offered at all. I hate that this is the only self service car wash in the area.

It starts with $2.50 (not bad) but talk about it running the timer down extremely fast. I had one minute left when I put extra quarters to boost the timer to 3:20 . When I went around with the pressure gun looked at the time I had 1:30 left! Trust me I’m quick , I couldn’t have gone no more than 30sec ,went around and looked at the timer! Another note they are ready to kick you out from the vacuum bay after 15 min! First and last time I’ll ever go there. Cant hate on the owner tho , he’s making a good profit ripping people off !

This car wash has been here for so many years, and I honestly have to say that the worker that’s there…. is always in a bad mood and always has an attitude. It’s only a matter of time before this place closes down. He sits in his car most of the time instead of cleaning the garbage around the entire place. Now there’s only two lanes open. This place is going out of business soon.

A disappointment of a business. The man that oversees the lot is the definition of below average management. He just sits in his car while the equipment in the facility rot away. All hoses for the pressure guns and soap brush have leaks. Water pressure is lower than a kitchen sink and the lot itself is littered with garbage. The only reason this place is still open and has business is because there are no longer any self service washes near the area. Disappointing seeing that this place was previously kept very clean and in working order. Cannot say the same anymore. Please change management. A toddler can run it better than the current person.
