This is my second time they charging wrong price for me. So I didn't fill full tank to my car today. They playing with FUEL Grade. When we select 87 grade, automatically generated to 89/93 and charging extra 0.30 cents to 0.60 cents per gallon. So who all are filling gas from this station, be careful!!!

I was overcharged on 10/28/2021. I purchased regular unleaded for 3.01 and was charged 3.71 for super unleaded. When I brought it to the owner/clerks attention, I was told I must have mistakenly pressed the wrong pump. That’s not the case. I have been using Shell for years. The super unleaded sits far to the right, and that’s a mistake I know I didn’t make. I was advised to contact corporate after I followed up the next day. Best believe I’ll be doing that. What are we supposed to do, videotape our fill up? There’s too much shadiness going on nowadays.

This gas station is clean, safe, and a brand which I trust. It continually has filled buns to cleaning your car, is well lit at night (see pictures), and at an active intersection. Also, you can’t go North or East from here.

So I went to get a car wash and paid through the 7-eleven app. The car wash was out of order. I called customer service and was told to dispute it with my credit card company. They just lost a loyal customer over a car wash. How dumb? They could have just credited my account and retained my business.

The car wash has been out of order for a couple of months now. The machine only sprays water — no soap, no brushes, and the dryer doesn’t work at all. I’ve tried multiple times hoping it would be fixed, but it’s still the same. It’s frustrating to pay for a wash and not get a proper service. Really hope the management repairs or replaces the system soon.

This Shell gas station is pretty solid. It offers high-quality gas and is located in a safe, decent neighborhood. Unlike some other stations, it doesn't do that annoying thing where the pump constantly stops while you're filling up. However, it does have the frequent inconvenience of prompting you to "see cashier," which can be a hassle. Overall, a good experience, so 4 stars.
