This place took a lot of heat for having bad gas awhile back. They shut down, resolved the issue and fixed the problem. Nothing to worry about, & staff is very friendly.

I cannot go to this gas station customer service sucks because it's in a different language & when you swipe your card they'll hold your transactions for days. They need to fix their systems or close it down

So disgusting! The place always smells bad. Food is expired and moldy. The cashier is always talking on his phone and completely ignores customers.

They deliberately scam your fuel rewards. Their gas pumps will use up any fuel reward or hyvee points you have then reset and not discount the gas. This appears to be deliberate because it is on all the pumps and the staff will not help.

I have had a $90 hold on my cars for 3 days now after getting $20.00 in gas with my DEBIT CARD! I have never had a hold on my account anywhere or with any other Shell until I went to look at my acct Monday morning and it had a zero balance! I tried calling the number to the store on the website but of course that number does not work. I went into the store and an employee gave me the so-called managers phone number but that number is not working either. The $20 was automatically taken from my account to pay for the gas so the $90 hold was unnecessary. 3 days later and they are still holding my money.
