The car wash at this location was malfunctioning and caused damage to my vehicle. The employees inside decline to give me the owners information, at this time I will be filing a suit and suing for damages.

Located for easy access off the highway for refueling prior to hitting the airport, but restroom was in poor condition with no soap and graffiti on the door. There was also customers without masks on, too, in the store despite KCMO order

Building is in terrible shape, coolers inside barely work, wouldn't trust any of the food. The pumps are slow and break often, the carwash is broken more than it is open. Gas is consistently more expensive than other stations, would not recommend.

This station is convenient to my home or I wouldn’t go here. It is usually out of paper towels, the window washing containers are usually empty and often the trash is overflowing. They also do not participate in the Shell Pay & Save so you can’t pay with the app. I don’t use the convenience store very often so I can’t say much but the few times I have been in there it has been very cramped and cluttered with not much selection.

I went to this shell against my better judgement. My family just had a fire so I drove the entire night for lyft/uber trying to make money to care for my family. I had another job starting in less than two hours and a set of three year old twins to get to daycare. I swiped my card for gas and not only was denied the gas, but the company placed a hold on my card for my entire balance. When I asked for help the employee did not help me, instead he REFUSED to provide me with his name, the managers name/number, AND how to contact corporate. In the midst of us going back and forth, he started arguing with yet another customer. The situation got so out of hand that I had to call the police JUST to get basic information from him. All of this info can be confirmed from the police report. This gas station is horrible, they have horrible ethics and morals. I will NEVER go to this gas station again . . .literally ever. I would run out of gas first. I WAS STILL NEVER REIMBURSED DONT GO HERE, SAVE YOU YOUR MONEY AND THE TROUBLE

The car wash tore up my factory car rack on my BMW. The chubby cash register operator took pictures and my phone number. I had to remove the rack so it did not further damage my car. It has been 5 days and no call from owner. Avoid this place they are unreliable and do not care.

They charge $100 to your card for a day when you buy gas. Bought $20 in gas but was charged $100. Can't pay my other bills now until tomorrow hopefully (according to worker there I should be reimbursed tomorrow). Is this illegal?? Saw no posted signs about this.

This place is not good to go to with your gas. The attendant was very rud to me when I ask him why my fuel point card is not working. The only thing he can said I could prepay. And the only thing I said is this stupid. There's a man in the store at the time when I said it. But I guess he was cursing me out of storm. The reason how I found out cause the customer came out and told me that he was cursing me out.

I was having trouble with my rewards card, I went inside for some assistance. There were two females inside working but the only thing they could tell me was I was doing it wrong. At the pump the screen had tape residue over the bottom half and I could not see what I needed. Finally after my fourth trip inside for assistance the manager came out to help. What a surprise that pump does not work for rewards. He did help me use pump on other side but I had been there almost 30 minutes to get gas. Also there is a lot of trash all around pumps. Very dirty station. Attendants are not helpful at all.

I filled for the first time since it’s closer to my apartment. I indicated in the machine that I wanted a receipt,only to find out in the end, that the receipt is at the cashier inside. What a awful way to get customers to buy more from them by going inside their store!!! I will not refill here again for wasting my precious time!!!

Pumps 1 & 2 weren’t working, workers were aware but there weren’t any signs. They were at least nice when I told them about it. But driving in circles around the pumps to try 4 of them to get gas kinda defeats the convenience in convenience store

Purchased a car wash on a Monday afternoon and ran my Honda Odyssey through. It did not clean my car well at all. I wash my van fairly regularly and it isn't difficult to clean. I went inside to speak to someone, expecting at the least to be able to run my vehicle through again. The individual inside argued with me that the Car Wash isn't meant to clean your car the first time, and obviously, my car was dirty. He had a nasty attitude about it as well. There are far to many gas stations and car washes in the northland to bother with a place where the employees are rude and the "car wash" isn't actually designed yo clean your car.

This place is a rip off. It says $0.30 off a gallon of gas with the purchase of a Big Top car wash. The sticker on the gas pump says $10. So I bought it. After I looked at my receipt, it showed $12 for the car wash and only took off .20 per gallon. I went and spoke with the owner and he said that to get .30, you have to pay cash. I then proceeded with the car wash. At the end of the cycle, the carwash dryer wasn't working. It's 35 degrees outside so this is important. I went and talked to the owner about the dryer not working and he said oh, I'll get that fixed and let me try the way again. Again, the dryer didn't work. He said "oh well, I'll order parts". So, I paid $6 more than the cheaper car wash, that didn't include the dryer.

When I went in to purchase something, the attendant seemed quite put off by this. She was very rude during the entire transaction and then proceeded to id me at the end. I believe this was done out of spite being that I'm 42 years of age, lol. When I was walking out the door I noticed I received the wrong item and turned around to swap it out. I was told I couldn't after the product left the store... lol. The product did in fact leave the store but I didn't even leave the doorway. The door didn't even close. What a jerk, thanks lady. I recommend you take your business elsewhere. Perhaps hyvee across the street or even qt just a mile down the road.

Average gas station. Large selection of alcohol! Had a weird stench when you walked in and the bathroom toilet and sink were a little dirty with mildew and stains, but nothing terrible. They take Hy-Vee rewards card! At the pump be sure to hit “rewards” instead of Hy-Vee (didn’t make sense to me either but it’s what the attendant said)

Pumps are very slow and possibly glitchy. Minimal items for purchase. Some guy will ask for $20 if you go inside. Difficult to drive out of back on to the main road.
