THE SIGN ADVERTISING PRICES IS MISLEADING. If you stop and think, “wow gas is cheap here” it’s not, you have to buy a car wash which doesn’t make the gas cheaper in the end. Don’t fall for the trap I did.

The car wash system is horrendous. No water or soap at beginning of wash. The worst part-car rinse does not exist. Car comes out all soapy. Unless your desperate for a wash save your money.

0 stars for the ignorance. Every time I come here, the cashiers don't say a mumbling word to me. I brought my five year old daughter in and the cashier had a conversation with her, when I chimed in, the cashier said..."NOT YOU! IM TALKING TO HER!!!" I assure I will not tolerate disrespect. Won't even pump gas here if my car is on E.

The car wash is horrible! But the people seem nice enough. The Dunkin' donuts inside is fairly slow but they will often upgrade your drink order or give you a few extra munchkins for free.

Paid for a $9.00 car wash. The whole right did off car still filthy. Front window still dirty the passenger side windows and door dirty. Even the rear window still dirty. Won't go there again Tired to call and complain the guy couldn't understand me. Horrible

Not horrible. But not the best. They are very inconsistent with inventory and no one seems to know how to run the car wash. One guy is always nice and happy to help. But overall not the best. Would go somewhere else if possible but like the convenience.

One of the worst gas stations I’ve been too. Their air compressor machine was broken and there was no sign. They refused to refund me the quarters I had put in. Especially during the pandemic when there is a coin shortage due to circulation issues. Overall terrible customer service. The cashier was irresponsible. They didn’t fulfill the service I paid for no matter the dollar amount. Legally speaking, that’s a breach of implied contract when a business doesn’t fulfill their end of what I paid for. So overall 1 star review. Don’t go to this gas station. They are a shady, unreliable, and disrespectful business.

Tried the tunnel car wash here; unfortunately I would not recommend it. The first vertical set of scrubbers was seemingly caked with mud, mold, or both. Alignment of the track was off because the scrubbers on the right side only relatively lightly touched the car leaving a significant amount of dirt. The last vertical roller in the tunnel was only on the left side, meaning that there's probably a matching roller missing on the right. This last single roller made loud mechanical scratching sounds but I didn't notice scratching, so I'd like to think that this was high pressure water spraying up from below or on the wheels? There was also a good amount of water left on the car afterwards. The attendant was very friendly though.

Felt like We got tricked by the low posted gas price (this actually required a car wash!). Felt bamboozled, but I think there was signage we missed.

Used the basic car wash membership for a few months and finally canceled. It’s a convenient location for me but my car is always really dirty after the wash, sometimes dirtier than before the wash. Then the final straw was that I was loaded pretty closely into the wash behind someone else and ended up rear ending him when we both reached the end of the wash. The attendants have always been very friendly but the car wash after months of my experience is no good.

The prices at this location are exorbitant. They keep raising them as well not really reflecting the neighborhood. Every single time I go back prices keep raising understand the neighborhood that you are serving. Backwoods art $10 for a five pack when down the street it's still $7.99. also younger staff hide behind glass window and make you raise your items to help scan for them. This location never had glass before which is fine I don't mind it for their protection but don't make me work while you wait for me yelling at me on which way to put it against the glass

The employee was unfriendly and lied in my face when I said why did you not let me enter my phone number to take some $cents off my gas purchase. When I clearly watched the screen trying to enter my information. Shell shouldn’t have employees that are not honest.
