They offer self service but don’t come out to pump your gas. Remove the sign if you don’t offer the service

Terrible. All the hoses were leaking and spraying everywhere and $8 for pnly 10 min. Don't do it just go to regular car wash.

Very beautiful and neat inside,great service and cashiers. Haven’t even gotten gas here yet..open 24/7 it seems. Says no skateboards inside so that’s why I gave it a 4.👍🏽

Chase pay is accepted. Not sure if gift card would work. Only 2 out of 6 pumps are working. Air pump for tire available. Credit card price is 10 cents higher than cash price. Location is not convenient. Check your shell apps for price.

Staff is very helpful, always ask how my day is going!. I can use Stop & Shop rewards here too. gas prices are relatively low than competition. Cleanest Shell in area with self car wash. Will go again.

Today is 8-28-2023 it is 6:25 P.M. The manager is in today. I usually don't like to give a review but this time around I felt I had to. I have been living in the neighborhood for 20 years and I have never had an issue with the employees. On On the other hand, the manager is not a polite person she is rude. She needs to be talked to. The young man was doing his job as he Always does. When she saw that he was taking care of me, she asked him to go and help the other guy while he was attending to me. I spend a lot of money in this place and I expect to be treated with respect as I give to everyone there. I ask myself how is she a manager when she does not have a personality. The young man is the one who should be a manager.

The staff & service are extremely great‼️ The store is also extremely clean. The reason I gave only gave 4 stars is bcuz when entering the store, we're hit with a strong smell of underarm stench.😩 The staff has to be spoken to, maybe not all of them, about wearing deodorant.

I had a very bad experience yesterday 6/5/25 with an employee i was Waiting for a friend to put air in her tire and also waiting for my other friend to finish gasing up his motorcycle and employee with a Sunoco shirt on (shell gas station) came out and asked if i was using the vacuums i politely said no you need it I’ll move he said “no you gotta go “ i was Confused i said I’m leaving in 1 min since we were all together (friend putting air in tires and friend gasing up) he said NO YOU BETTER MOVE i told him i dont Have to do anything !!! I’m literally waiting for them to finish he said OH WE WILL SEE IF YOU GOING TO MOVE ! I took that as a threat cause what you mean i will See !! He was very very aggressive when he said it he then lied and told me his name is Jay if someone from corporate see this please respond because i have A picture of him i DID NOT LIKE HIS TONE he shouldn’t be threatening anybody!

Nice lady. After buying gas, and some beverages. She let me use the restroom, she said it's not a public restroom but she kindly gave me the key nonetheless and I said to her thanks and "that kindness goes a long waaay" Great place, ample treats and beverages and of course, a touch of kindness!👍🏾

Had a very negative experience trying to use the car wash. After feeding the machine the $8 required to start the car wash, I discovered it was completely out of soap. Meaning, when the selection know was pointing to “high pressure soap,” nothing but water came out of the nozzle. Even after waiting a while and switching the knob back and forth, etc. I went to the clerk and explained the problem. They couldn’t care less. I asked for a refund, since it’s impossible to wash anything without soap. They refused, and I insisted. Finally, they said if I waited they’d call their manager. Which I did. After waiting 10 mins in an empty store, they called the manager but wouldn’t let me speak directly with the manager. They hung up and said they could give me a 50% refund…which is better than nothing but an extremely miserly and rude business practice. I didn’t get 50% of a car wash. I got 0%. So it seems obvious that a full refund would be fair.
