I liked how big the gas station is. And I generally feel great when i get chance to fill in shell in my bmw. However, i saw the apple pay tap was not working and over all UI of the machine was very slow. A lady in another booth also reached out to me to see if I could fill in 91 octane gas coz it wasnt working on the two that she tried. I think the UI issue could be what have happened. I told the one Im using works and to try it here. I hope she got to refill.

Best Drive through car wash In fremont! Awesome crew! Newly remodeled huge twenty four hour gas station car wash and restaurant. Homemade had tossed pizzas, hawaiian food (musubi), & much more. Everyone super nice here I come here for my gas lunch and a car wash every week. Special thanks to you're too best to employees joe with a blue hair & "Fi" in the deli with the grey streak hair. Not only are they stylish they always have smiles on their faces and go above and beyond! Give these two a Raise right away!

Carwash stopped working midway through my wash,taking this to corporate. No excuse whatsoever for the car wash to stop working during a wash. This wash needs to be properly maintained on a regular basis.

There a evening shift rude guy every time he has rude attitude from the last six months I went over there and bcz I'm Amazon delivery driver our gas card work at this shell location one of them cashier give me a restroom code but today that guy said to me personally you can't use this restroom and yell on me when I ask why he had no answer.

Asked attendant for code to the restroom. The red light wasn't blinking. But when I entered, there was a lady already utilizing the facility! Apparently she forgot to lock the door from the her side. Anyway, it's still a "Good Idea" to always knock before entering! An added Sign saying so on the door would be an added measure of security and a Good Idea! I of course "Apologized", but, How "Embarrassing" for her?!?!?

I work down the street from shell so I come here every morning before I hit my route. The staff here is great, the place is clean. They have a great selection of drinks and snacks! The gas station lot is good sized, they have diesel fuel and a big clearance to fit big bot tail trucks which helps a lot!!

Restroom design layout is bad & potential health hazard Very awkward. There is 1 toliet and tissue roll inside the private room but with the hand wash & soap dispenser completely outside the toilet room. People who use the toilet would need to litteraly walk out and GRAB THE DOOR HANDLE to exit room and proceed to wash hands outside. Restroom needs to be remodeled. Who ever approved of the idea is not right.

At Your Own Risk! My windshield is cracked in the middle right after I used their car wash! I told the staff and she was no empathy at all but showed me the “none of my business” face and told me there’s a sign in front of the entrance of the car wash saying “At Your Own Risk” so they are not responsible at all. Well, I went back and saw that sign is on the passenger side where the driver would never notice it. Anyhow, “At Your Own Risk” and good luck if you choose to use their car wash

My rear windshield wiper was lost when I used the car wash. They said the manager will respond and call back to me. 6 weeks passed, no one call back. No one. Be careful when you use the car wash.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would! This store just lost four loyal customers who will no longer support their business. I’m appalled by the treatment we received from an employee who was shockingly rude and disrespectful during the evening shift. When we first came here, we asked the manager (I believe her name is Brenda) if we could enjoy the beer we purchased here in the seating area. She assured us it was fine as long as we bought it from this location. For context, this place offers food service and used to be a taqueria. My coworkers and I have come here after work on four separate occasions with no issues—until today, 10/25/24. Tonight, however, an employee approached us with complete disrespect and an uncalled-for attitude, behaving as if he owned the store. I am genuinely disgusted by the way he spoke to us, treating us as though we were less than human. This behavior is unacceptable, and I can’t imagine supporting a business that allows customers to be treated in this manner. Either the manager misled us initially, or this employee has no business working in customer service. Either way, this store needs to get it together. If I were the manager, I would not allow this employee to represent the company. How incredibly embarrassing!

The car wash broke during my wash. The machine had to be lifted off of my car. Fortunately no damage to my car. Was not issued a refund only a free voucher for another wash in the future. !!!
