The one of the staff had a bandanna around her neck not covering her mouth or nose while I witnessed at least 2 customers walk in and pay at the register. Both customers were wearing masks and the other worker was also wearing a mask. C’mon! We are in a middle of a pandemic!!!

Located right off of Rte 195 and close to both 195 and 95. A little cramped, the station is too big for the lot which causes overcrowding and trouble parking or entering/exiting the facility. But, the employees are great and the selection and pricing is on point.

Teach your EMPLOYEES how to enter BIRTHDATES. Check my ID (I have no problem with that) but you tell me you can't scan A PASSPORT or SERVE me with my RENEWED PAPER LICENSE (I had both!) It was really FRUSTRATING. Only the MANAGER can accept those(PASSPORT & License Renewal)

Updated 9/12/2022: I used to love this location as a full time Uber driver. Very conveniently located but honestly the pumps actually being in a working function I 50/50. And this is an issue that’s been going on for a while. One of the best located Shell Gas Stations in Providence, I.M.O. It's Directly off of 195 East & West. And basically right off of 95 North & South. The store is always clean as well as the parking lot. One thing that bugs me is when I want to wash my windshields (especially in our salty nasty winters) and the squeegee is all busted and the rubber is chewed up and leaves streaks, or the window washing fluid they use is nasty or empty, but the paper towels above the squeegee shows me that a gas station is well maintained. If those paper towels on the side of the garbages next to the pumps and above the squeegees are full then you know they put in work at that gas station. One thing they don't do is take coupons for cigarettes, doesn't matter if its digital or paper or if it's straight from Marlboro or Camel. Some of the employees do at night but during the day they always refuse. That's why I didn't give it 5 stars. Other than that they are in point here. Employees are friendly, helpful and nice!!

Wont take passports as valid id at night cause only managers can type the info in. Yet they said passports were ok in the morning. Make it make sense. It’s not Cinderella where my passport turns into a pumpkin after midnight. Wasted my time coming out here when I could’ve gone somewhere else. Will not be giving business to this location.

Just spent $55.00 on gas. Went into store to use ATM and buy a snack & drink. Asked the employee for the key for the restroom. Employee told me, “restroom is shut down for the night”. The only reason I stopped here was to use the bathroom but figured I’d fill up and buy some snacks. This happened at about 9:50-10:05 PM, Friday May 17th. Very surprised, not used to this at a 24 hour market.

Place is a dump run by disrespectful kids. Had a veteran in there trying to buy cigarettes and he had his ID stolen so these kids were refusing to sell him cigarettes this man is well over 65. I have to scan my ID on his behalf tell these disrespectful kids that hey he's at least 18 and they just said oh it doesn't matter. If this is the way they treat veterans at Shell then they don't get my business anymore forget this place it's a dump.

My card got skimmed here IN STORE by some drugged out cashier for $350+, when I only spent $3, now I’m out that money for two weeks til the bank refunds me for fraud. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR ANYTHING

This is where I always get fuel, but today I bought fuel and went inside. I shopped at the store and there was a woman at the cash register. I couldn't get along at all. I hope they fire this woman from her job. I'm having a problem at this station for the first time.

The woman at the cash register is rude to me every time I go there! I get gas here every day because I like Shell, but I will never go there again! She was very rude to me in front of other customers, and I was so embarrassed!! I absolutely did not deserve that! I honestly can't understand why such a large company would employ someone like that. Because of this woman, I will never go to this gas station again!!!!! I'm still so angry!!!!
