The staff almost every time I come in the door they greet me with Hello , or Good morning ...they are always helpful. The store has gotten better over the last few months.

The girl behind the counter is rude how does she even have a job? She doesn’t say hello thank you nothing she’s rude I hate coming to this store cause she’s so stank . Hire better people her names madelyn & her customer service is less than average actually it’s quite terrible

The only negative thing I would say were there not enough people on duty at the time I arrived so I couldn't get much help however all the products I needed were there the quality was fine the prices were right and I was very happy with my merchandise good store Maybe some of the items were a little overpriced compared to Dollar Tree of course but then again that's what competition is all about then that I was very satisfied

It’s actually stocked and pretty clean. But if you want your shopping experience with your 4yo son accompanied by someone playing loud “explicit” hiphop music over there Bluetooth speaker then this is the family dollar for you! Haha. All I listen to is hiphop the same music but there’s a time and a place for it.

Why is your manager on duty wearing her mask under her chin???? Sat. Feb 6th one other wasn't covered all the way. Cashier was polite and knew how to properly use a mask. Check your dates for soda thier expired

Store is usually well stocked the presentation of their products are eye catching I really like the WOW BOX TABLE it has good deals at low cost. Look forward to my next shopping visit with Family Dollar

I'll give this FDS 3 stars for their lower prices than pricy places. Unfortunately, on my visit here they must have been rearranging shelves and restocking others. Every aisle was a train wreck. We did find a few things that were worth buying and got out quick. No photos, just get out quick while you can mode. I will never be back here or the one in Waltham, MA.

Employees here have always had a tendency to be rude, this time was no exception. I really don't ask for much, but you can at least say hi or thank you or something. When the store has just opened for the day, and I am your first customer, you really have no excuse for being grouchy yet. I dont know, I never really expect much from this location, so I dont know how I'm disappointed when I go into it with such a low bar already.

Update today 6/10/23 same thing happened again. They closed 10 minutes before 10 and all the guy could say is come back tomorrow and talk to the manager. If that's the case the sign on the glass needs to be updated to 10 or 15 minutes before 10 not 10pm. Get it right, Family dollar is not okay to lie about business hours. I went to the store and it was closed at 8:53pm even though the sign at the door says it closes at 10pm. One of the employees came to the door not to let me in but to tell me they were closed even though it wasn't 9pm. Bad customer service. It was never like that before I have been going there since they opened.

Prices ring up for wayyyyyy more than advertised in store. Constantly. In every department, not just one discrepancy. How is that legal? I have been overcharged so many times. Beside that, it's always a mess and you can't get a cart around. Maybe if FD paid a living wage they'd have enough staff to update prices and stock shelves....

This store is completely unorganized. It's just a huge mess and dirty. There was also a short dark skin lady with long hair and freckles on her face who was clearly unprofessional with her loud fouled mouth. Swearing all across the store on how she hates her job and how some people don't know how to shop. This really made me uncomfortable shopping here. There was also another young guy with long hair and pants way below the waist line showing his underwear pounding on the counter with his hands like it was a drum machine. Couldn't get any of their names because neither of them was wearing a name tag. This was today 1/5/21 around 9pm. Management really needs to clean up this store and reprimand these employees.

Cashier was a racist, I went in the store with my spanic family, and she look at us with a hate look, also we knew cashier speak Spanish and she make my family uncomfortable only talking in English and my family not understanding her

The lady that runs this store is rude disrespectful and doesn't care about customers swears at them if she feels fit. This place is dirty, unorganized and I'm surprised someone hasn't gotten hurt. I don't have time to write more but I definitely have more to tell this isn't fair to be treated poorly and have no choice to deal with this behavior because the management in this store thinks they are untouchable and they make store policy for themselves and don't report there own bad behavior and they take the store returns for themselves I watched her do it with my very own return! Come on Corporation do you read your reviews this store needs to be restocked with ALL NEW EMPLOYEE'S ! Also they really do always make you take your own receipt it's awkward sometimes I've seen it when they had about 10 receipts dragging onto the floor and I had to awkwardly detach them 🤔

Store now carries just about everything that you would normally need from personal care items, food, paper goods. Everyday needs for clothing, seasonal items to house hold cleaners and household items and all the other things you need for the office and what not. It's great at good prices. I could go on but you get the idea. Their items are full size not smaller like Dollar Tree a store that I also enjoy shopping at.

This one is just cluttered and cramped. If you can find what you're looking for then good for you. It could use some more organization. Nothing terribly memorable from this store. Goid for cheap holiday cards and novelty things.

No customer service skills what so ever, store is absolutely disgusting as you can see in my photos Something should be done, understand things get hard at times but this is unbelievable. I wish I could have a store lol and show how a store should look.
