credit card chip reader/ debit card doesn't work at the pumps. No signage on the pumps saying not to use credit or debit. Gas attendant seems like they don't care about customer service. Also, they throw away lost in found items within 3 days. My opinion the manager just trash anything .

This shell location, which I have frequented for years, charged me $75 for a so called "cancelled transaction" at the pump. I inserted my debit card, entered my pin and was directed to begin fuelling. I stood there for 5 min without any gas pumping. I pulled out the nozzle to go in the store and find out the issue and the clerk was too busy entertaining a friend at the counter to put through my transaction when I had been the only car at the pumps outside. So I prepaid $10 inside, went out and pumped my gas, only to find an $85 charge on my bank acct the next day. I went back and dealt with a dismissive cashier who basically told me it was my fault for not knowing that they hold $75 until you've completed the transaction and it should refund next business day. Today is Sunday. I will never be back to this station and will warn everyone I know to avoid it Whether the $75 fee is common practice or not, a little politeness and customer service would have gone a long waym

The Dunkin donuts here is awful. They overcharged my mom and then tried to ask for her card so they could charge it again and when they realized their mistake they doubled down and tried to make it no big deal. They did give an insincere and disrespectful apololgy but that was after they made my mom sit there and wait for over 10 minutes and then give her the wrong drink while rudely demanding her card after over charging her for two large hot coffees and two donuts. Shame on you Dunkin donuts. Also to add insult to injury not only was my mom's drink wrong it also wasn't filled all the way up. We will never go there again. Retrain your staff because clearly they need it disappointed and disgusted.

RIP to good customer service. It doesn't even have to be good, dam at least be congisant and not give an attitude cause a customer wants to buy a cup or two of coffee! I guess the world is desperate for work so much that as long as you show up never mind good work ethics and proper etiquette. Totally ignored me but as soon as two White men with badges came in the 5 start treatment was on display. Colored girls at that! Keep your coffee from the hood. I'll take my business elsewhere

Came for car wash. I thought it was interesting how the car wash drivethru is right next to the Dunkin Donuts drivethru and if you arent careful, you could end up in the wrong lane lol (just follow the signs). It was $21 for most expensive package. It is an automatic car wash that uses foam "brushes" to contact wash the car. As you enter the washing room, the undercarriage wash sprays the vehicle so you must move in slowly to get a thorough cleaning. The machine lays mildly-foamy soap on the car and rinses it with a gentle rain setting, not a pressure-washer like rinse. The "clearcoat protectant" was similar to other car washes in the area. On the way exiting the washing room, there are two dryers above the door so you must exit slowly. Bring a high density towel, because even though the dryer is strong, as you exit the room the water droplets from rear portions of the vehicle just get pushed to the front so you will need to towel dry. Only giving three stars because it was not made clear from signage that the car wash used brushes (and you cant see them from outside because it has a gate) but the car wash DID clean the vehicle which is more than what I can say for most other automatics. My best recommendation is the touchless automatic or selfserv car washes. Cheaper and safer for vehicle paint.

I stopped at this Shell gas station recently and had a frustrating experience with the customer service. I asked if they could break a $10 bill, and instead of clearly explaining that I needed to make a purchase first, they just told me "no"—on both the gas station and the Dunkin’ Donuts side. I tried to clarify by asking, "So if I buy something, you're still not going to have change?" and their response was just "maybe." The staff seemed either unwilling or unable to communicate properly, which made the entire interaction confusing and unhelpful. It really shouldn’t be that difficult to explain store policy politely and clearly. Definitely needs better customer service and communication training. Not impressed.
