Before beginning the interior detailing, I explicitly said (in Spanish because they dont speak English) not to touch my electronics (car stereo, usb dash cam, sig port) and was reassured with a nod. Come to find out, they soaked my dash with whatever cleaning agent used and washed/whipped down my $800 stereo....killing it. Obviously, everyone denied touching it (even with the water dots being seen behind my stereos touch screen), my stereo that never had an issue and was in flawless condition and ALWAYS turns on with my vehicle just "suddenly" died on the day these guys clean my vehicle ??.... Because of their denial and lack of due diligence to follow 1 request to NOT touch my electronics, I am now taking the parties responsible to court for the negligence and destruction of my property.

I had the interior fully detailed and asked him to just wash the exterior. The exterior was so clean I literally didn't recognize it in the parking lot and I don't think the inside has been this clean since I bought it. Price was very reasonable. Would definitely recommend.

John Silverio and his team always make sure my car is like new. The attention to detail is impeccable. The price is totally reasonable. I have been a repeat customer several times now and the quality is consistent no matter when I come in. There is convenient online scheduling. What Awesome service! Called to see if they had time to clean my 2024 R7 and they said to bring it in and they would take care of me Today (on a Sunday at 3pm) and they Delivered! 😁👍🏼 They had me in and out faster than I could figure out how to say the Alphabet Backwards, lol!
