Terrible terrible TERRRRIBLEEE. Overcharges and after buying their VERY EXPENSIVE merchandise, refused to let my sister use their restroom even though other customers had used it prior. Rude, overcharges and overall the worst gas station experience I've ever had. Don't give your money to these people.

I give it 5 star because I like the associates. I go by here daily and they always make me smile. Syeda and Honest are awesome!!! There is one guy that's always walking around frantically which is kind of awkward. He's always yelling at people. I'm not sure what his deal but everybody else is very friendly.

The pump meter is definitely a scam. The total gallons was higher than my gas tank size. They probably should be reported for theft.

had the worst night ever tonight cause one of your employees refused to sell to me and proceeded to film me like I’ve stolen from there before. I’ve never stolen anything from that place ONCE. You people are seriously ridiculous.

This is a review for the Shell repair shop located on the corner of Westlake Drive and Democracy Blvd by Westfield Montgomery Mall. By being a regular customer you will be treated very well by this repair shop. I am a regular customer and I was given very good service at a reasonable rate on my car this past June 2nd, 2020. I also did not have a long wait. The manager, Robert, was looking out for me and gave me a price break because I was a REGULAR customer and also because I am a senior. I made an awful mistake and accused him of over charging me when in actuality he had under charged me. Please do your research and compare his rates. This repair shop is also listed on Checkbook's review of top auto mechanics. Thank you.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! I took in my vehicle for one issue spent well over a thousand dollars and when I got the car back it runs worse than when I originally took it in. The service manager is very condescending and will tell you anything to make you spend money. Save your time and money and take your vehicle to an actual reputable place. These guys are con artists. You have been warned.

I can not believe how blatantly misogynistic these workers are. I specifically told them I did NOT want synthetic. And they overcharged me for my oil change. My car has been taken in multiple times by my ex and he got a better rate for the same car. Blatant discrimination against women. It’s truly despicable. It’s the 21st century and we should not fear getting one pulled over on us.

It was my second time trying this station. The first time I heard nothing go into the car for the last few dollars. Strange. This time, I just put in a dollar plus change just to check. Station pumped in straight air. Half a gallon should give a car at least a couple miles. Turned on my car and nothing moved in the digital range. I reported this to the cashier. Cashier said he can't refund my money since the machine says I "pumped". He said I can take my receipt and bring it up to his manager the next morning. "He's not going to do anything about it, is he?" I asked. "Nope," he responded. Do yourself a favor and just use the Exxon adjacent to this Shell. The Exxon is always well stocked and clean.

The service is very bad, they don't know how to treat customers. This is my experience: I put gas in my car, I went to the market, bought a soda and a charger for my phone, after a week the charger did not work, I returned to the store with the charger, the box and the receipt exercising my right as a customer. I explained the problem to the employee, the first thing He did was question my version and question my honesty, insinuating that the charger had not been bought there. First mistake, the CUstomers version should never be questioned, after verifying that the Charger did not work, He gave me a New one, actually did not give it to me, he threw it at me without any respect for me and with zero Professionalism. The Owner should teach his Employees to Treat customers with more Respect. I will not return to that place

It's very strange that the toilet is closed even though it's open 24 hours on the map. This is the first time I've been treated this way by Shell and it's not nice.

Slowest gas pumps. This gas station has the slowest pumps that get even slower the more gas you buy. Whenever I try to get gas here, I consider stopping when my tank is half full because I don't have all day to pump gas.

I had a stressful insurance situation related to a fender bender with another car at this Shell/Exxon and came to the station asking about surveillance footage. The manager/owner was patient, professional, and genuinely tried to help. Even though the footage was no longer available, they took the time to review the situation and provided a written confirmation for my insurance, The rest of the staff was also polite and helpful. I really appreciated the way I was treated here.
