I Have had a bad experience recently with the employees. I wanna say this rude young lady name was crystal. She was very rude to me. NO smile at all. It seemed like I was bothering her. Also see how they treat black ppl as well. I walked in there before and I was looked at like I was going to steal something. Yall need a better staff with better customer service. If they treat ppl like this I could only imagine how they treat each other. Yal might need to think about who u have working for your business

I don't ever have a any problem with this Sheetz but today i got off of work around 1:00 and went to order food when i was done ordering a young lady named Ashanti rung me up i made sure to look at her name, she had the worst customer services ever I don't know why they would put someone up their like that. She was rolling her eyes the whole time and didn't even speak and i notice her doing that with the other customer their. I love this Sheetz hands down but this made my visit kinda unpleasant.

My family, friends and I always make a late night run through the drive-thru and tonight was just icing on the cake! We ordered, could barely hear anyone on the intercom and when we drove up the cashier girl seemed out of it and unfocused. She took a few minutes to get our drink and then when handed our food she sat it down and said it wasn’t ours and left for over 10-15 minutes we decided to call the sheets a gentleman answered and said he will be right back to see what’s going on the girl returned to the window seemed annoyed and gave us the food that was sitting at the counter…. The guy never came back to the phone… Customer service really needs to get better! An apology for the mixup would have gone a long way or in the very least keep your customer posted on what’s going on… I can understand busyness and short staff but not rude service and someone who doesn’t want to be bothered! Should we take our business elsewhere??? We are servers/bartenders and the customer provided on a nightly basis is just unacceptable. Please fix it!

Got a big mozz burger and the burger has the smallest amount of marinara sauce like the size of a penny. My mom got a sub and had to throw away the tomatoes because they were not ripe and had little to no mayo. 10/10 would not recommend food from here!

Hey, the food is always good at Sheetz in this location when I order it. You can also order through GrubHub for delivery from there if you want to. Their delivery fee is $1.00 right now. But, GrubHub also charges a fee, plus you should tip the driver who delivers it (just nice to do - Karma, you know). They have a good selection of drinks in the coolers, and the shakes and frozen coffee drinks you can get are really good in my opinion. I also appreciate the customer service. You don't see the employees all grouped together chatting while all the customers are waiting. I hate it when that happens. I mean, just chat when it slows down, don't do it when your customers are waiting in line or whatever. But, that doesn't happen here when I have been there. The employees are very attentive, and very helpful.

I've been here 5 times in the last month and I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt, but every single time my order has been wrong. I'm not exaggerating- it's every. single. time. Either sauces are forgotten or they give me the wrong sauce. Food is often missing from my order. I haven't gone back in yet after noticing the errors because they're always extremely busy when I go in, but if this happens again I will be complaining and asking them to correct it. I've worked food service before and I've dealt with busy times so I get it, but employees should be trained to handle lunch and dinner rushes without screwing up every order. The bathrooms are also really nasty and apparently people there don't know how to flush a toilet. There's always feminine hygiene trash all over the floor instead of in the designated can. I get that it's most likely rude customers doing so, but the staff should keep up with cleaning better.

Get rid of your drive through since you obviously can't operate it correctly. 2redbulls should not take 10+ min. Especially when the person is just standing at the damn register. Took my payment then literally walked away. I get it I have the same type of job but this is completely unacceptable.

Still the slowest and worst customer service at Sheetz in this area. Asked why my order was just sitting there while they bagged and had someone else's order before mine called and given out. The snide response I got from one of the employees was "Well we have multiple orders being made" and when I pointed out that mine was just sitting there already done her reply was "have a nice day." This on top of no one ever being near the registers and when someone does get in the line employees are nowhere to be found or avoid the counter altogether. This place just doesn't care about people.

This store always gives me problems, the staff are so rude and no greetings, everytime I comd in to get food after work around 4 am 8/7, i use self checkout , the cashier lady kept declining my transaction over 5 times . Idk if it’s a racial discrimination or if she wanted me to not use the self checkout . It soon approved after looking up and as I was walking away she asked “ did the transaction finally go through “ with a laugh . Her and the lady that was making food was talkimg and laughing , speaking about the situation. This store always give me problems I hope my food wasn’t poisoned or tampered with all the times I been and never made complaints . Sheetz #210

WARNING there is a state trooper who hangs out in the parking lot looking to pull you over for anything he can no matter how minor it is. I was inside this Sheetz and he was waiting in the parking lot waiting for me to leave so he could pull me over for a minor registration issue and tow my car (I didn’t even break any traffic laws) . He then made me and my toddler walk a mile home on the highway in freezing temperatures. This place is great for convenience but If that state trooper is there I would avoid it all costs. ordered a no meat quesadilla with buffalo sauce and sour cream, 2x diet cokes, brownie bites and cookie dough bites. What'd i receive? a cheese quesadilla, 2x diet mtn dews, brownie bites, and rice krispy bites. bsfr.

Hello, this is not a complaint! I am writing to let anyone and everyone know that Miss. Katie and Miss Jordin at Sheetz store in Woodsboro, Frederick MD #210 are absolutely fantastic!!! Those ladies handle the morning rush with politeness, and respect, I have YET to see either one get an order wrong, nothing ever goes to long with out their attention, and they always have kind things to say to everyone they help. Makes my mornings better. Hope the employees are being taken care of as well as they take care of the customer! Give them a raise! Be safe!

Usually very long wait times, the meat and salad on my croissant melt tasted like cleaning disinfectant wipes. I couldn't eat it and tossed it in the trash. The milkshake was good and fried food seems to be fine too. I wouldn't recommend the deli meats they taste very strange.

Clean, well lit, good selection, friendly staff, Ryan liked the Grill food too. We usually drive past after practice, but stopped in. The staff offered suggestions as I looked around the soda selection. Ryan got a burger and fries. The fries were better than many of the fast food places we stop at. Nice spot to sit if you wanna dine in. It does enough business that it has a drive through. No EV chargers that I saw. Would stop in again next week.

There is an old white women with blonde hair who usually works mornings and she has ruined my Sheetz experience. I usually order pickups in the morning before work and unfortunately she is always working. She rushes to get your order out the window, she forgot my drink twice and got an attitude with me because I reminded her. The times I've ordered and she was there my god was over cold in the middle. I'm not sure what her problem is but she is rude and miserable.
