Trash cans where all over full, tech where only worried about getting the money from the machines. Though ok I'll get a wash, watch guy infront of me get the extreme wash...undercarriage wash never sprayed, tire brushes didn't spin when they hit the tires....so I just got the basic no point wasting money.

The vacuum actually worked this time. Most of the time that I've used this place. The trash cans are over filled and the vacuums must be too. Because they usually hardly work. I really can't say I liked the new spray nozzle that pulsed. It worked but it didn't seam to have a lot of pressure.

Not good. The "high pressure soap / rinse" is no where near high pressure, and the rinse water is not clean. It has soap or wax or something in it, that leaves your car entirely covered in spots.

Loved the auto wash my wife and I used it quite often but it definitely needs to be better maintained I’ve noticed the last two times it’s not what it used to be. Water spots all over and like someone else said grease marks after paying $12 I’ve got to go home and hand wash it so much for that convenience.

Went through their car wash with my 2025 Nissan rogue ripped my rear wiper off went to the office they said they're not responsible can't get the wiper arm from any parts store dealer only part so I'm out $20 for the car wash $50 for a new wiper arm and they are not responsible The man working there said it tears wiper blades off all the time The parts stores I went to in area said people come in there all the time to get wiper blades because it tears them off all the time how is it you can just let your machine tear people's cars up because you know there's a problem with so many people coming in telling you there's a problem and because you have a sign up and say you're not responsible you can just let it do what it does I will advise everyone I know to not only stay away from the car wash but the dealership as well because that doesn't sell me on them as a company my father was looking into buying a new Chevrolet I was going to tell him to check them out forget that now and I won't send anyone else here for sure

It does get hogged up by others. Could be kept up better to ensure operation and cleanliness. Use of card at self washing stations is a huge plus which I use it more than others. $3 minimum I believe.

This place was great when it first opened, super clean & everything worked. Though, the fast few times we’ve went, it seems as if nothing worked. We pulled up to the vacuum, inserted $1, the vacuum had ZERO suction(Also both trashes were overflowing). Went to the 2nd vacuum, put in another $1, barely any suction. We went to purchase a detailing sponge for our dashboard, the one was out of order & the other had a quarter stuck in the machine so we couldn’t purchase one. We decided to go to the automatic car wash, spent $8 & all it did was the “Soap Application” no rinse, no scrub brushes, no dry. This trip was a giant waste of money.

Horrible car wash seems most of the spray arms water and soap hardly comes out what a waste of $15. Don't waste your money! My 3 year old could have done a better jib washing the car. And about ripped my mirrors off!

Trash is constantly overflowing to the point you throw even another piece of trash away, the vacuums are a joke. Find another self service car wash, this one sucks

The only car wash in the planet where my car left dirtier than when I got there. The water pressure is good but damned if the soap did nothing but leave the dirt but add a layer of waxy film on top of the dirt. Not worth $10 my card was charged. Oddly enough.

Typical automatic car wash. This appeared to be in good repair with all systems functioning as designed but did not 100% remove the months worth of dirt off my car (as expected based on previous automatic car wash stations).

If there were negative stars to give this place , I would. This place is the definition of lack of maintenance. Seems like there's always trash overflowing, or some form of payment the machine doesn't like. Always something. Pretty sure you can piss with more pressure than the wands put out. Unfortunately, it's your only choice in Thurmont for a self service car wash. Less than impressive.

Tried to wash dirt off my truck in the truck bay. NO PRESSURE AND NO SAOP. WHAT A JOKE THIS PLACE IS. Good luck if you want to actually wash something. Could have kept my money and used my hose at home. DO RIGHT AND FIX THIS ISSUE. The people in this town have put up with enough of this businesses BS

So it’s first time coming here and it wasn’t the best experience. One big plus for me is that my work truck actually fits in here and that’s pretty cool. HOWEVER there were 2 downsides with one being very dangerous for customers. First the floor was completely frozen over with 2 inch’s of solid ice making it very sketchy to wash your car. Secondly the foam brush was broken which ALOT of previous customers have mentioned before that something is always broken. I’ll be willing to give this place another shot but first experience wasn’t good at all.
