Giants rewards definitely help. After a shopping trip I can save as much as 40 cent per gallon. Buttons on the pumps are not great and most times unresponsive.

First and last experience coming here. Manager and 2 other workers were not friendly. Waited 2 to 3 mins to receive assistance at the cashier's desk and not one of them turned around to assist me. They saw me heading to checkout...

Shell offers this rewards card no matter what 5 cents a gallon off and if you shop at certain stores it will go up I have gotten more than 50 cents a gallon of and truck loves this gas the stations are clean and locations are convenient

My gas place close my home with amazing hard working people at the counter... After filled my Jeep gas, I go inside to buy lotto ticket, and the blonde lady, late fifty, early morning she is polite and wishing me good luck, I say to her: if I win I will give you an huge tips. I wishing one day will come, and I will give her the tips. She deserved, because she is full of great courtesy and awesome to welcoming every guest in the morning. Gas is reasonably priced, but customer service is lacking. I have come here a lot, going out of my way, but one evening the system wasn't giving the regular rewards discount. When I asked about it, the customer service rep was rude, telling me that's tough.

I purchased a car wash because they advertise that the car washes are .20 off with gas purchase. I also had .30 off in Giant gas rewards. I looked and it didn't say anywhere that they can't be combined. When I looked at my receipt it only took off my Giant rewards. I asked the clerk and he said they can't be combine but couldn't show me where it was written. This is not a good business practice. I won't be returning.

V-Power is my favorite gas and get better gas mileage even in Hill country when I use it. The stores inside are a mixed bag. Some good, some not. Some have pumps out if service pick your favorite and good luck!

Bought a car wash to get the discounted rate on gas. Due to punching in my shell rewards number (turns out I had zero rewards) it cancels out the car wash gas discount. So I paid for a car wash...no gas discount...cashier unwilling to refund the car wash or provide a manual discount. Will never return with this level of customer service!

A solid two stars for having working pumps. This station pretends to participate in the Upside gas rebate app but the station management drops the ball on the promotions they advertise, and doesn’t actually send Upside the information needed so you would get paid the gas rebates they dangle.

Family are all Shell gas card holders. Nice station and convenient. Be wary of prices at the pump if your vehicle requires premium fuel (93 octane). Gas here is .60 cents per gallon more than our local gas station down the road. Good news is for regular 87 octane, it’s .04 cents less per gallon.

Price for water was marked 2 for $3.00. After waiting awhile for someone to show up to checkout, the water was not ringing up correctly. The manager was called, he said well I just moved the sign, it was in the wrong place. Walked away and let the teenager deal with me. Most places stand by the sign wrong or not. I ended up paying $3.17 for 1 bottle. This is my first experience purchasing something at this store. They had bad customer service by the manager and they did not. try to make the customer happy. I was planning on using the car wash. After my experience inside, I decided not to use the car wash. I will not be returning.

The prices at this Shell station change frequently. They were down over the holidays and then went up 37cents immediately right after. Some times they change more than once in same week! Pumps out of service regularly and that’s since new owners. My Giant points are what save money here and fact I live close by.

The gas station its self is nice but what made me do this review is my daughter went today to refill propane and the guy did not even bother helping her put it in the car. It doesn’t matter how old a person is you as a man should offer to put that propane in the car seeing a young lady that came to refill it.
