Slow if your in a rush to get to work push your car out of gas to Sheetz these people never have any pep in there step hate going there when in a rush just rediculus

They said they’re open 24h. I went there and it was closed. No lights on to indicate they’re open and the door was locked. Even the pumps weren’t able to be pumped. Only recommend it out of convenience not preference.

Bought a car wash with my gas, went to use my code the next day and the code and car wash were not working. So I went inside to tell the cashier and ask for help. His english was so poor he couldn’t even understand my complaint and kept telling me that he was sure it worked because the mechanic was just there. So I went back around to buy a new wash and it didn’t work again the whole wash is broken. I will be calling back asking for a refund and help when I know someone who actually speaks english to get this fixed because this is pathetic service and employee choice…

I am Hispanic so I'm not going to insult someone just because of their race but there is a Hispanic woman who works at this gas station who I have not ever seen before and I am a regular customer here she was very rude and soon as I walked up I stood there while she was cleaning off a counter and she would not help me. I decided to purchase something else so I needed more money I walked up to my car. Parked right at the door I returned within 30 seconds. With my wallet I asked her how much something was she says the prices on the register I said I understand that but I'm asking what is the price of this item because I had a couple of items and she would not tell me she kept saying the prices on the register I just walked out and left she rolled her eyes at me and made a little Snicker sound as I walked out like I was an irritant to her.. I have been coming there every day for three years since I bought my house right across the street. I will not be coming there anymore.I have two daughters both have cars and I'm going to tell both of them not to use my charge card there anymore. I do not appreciate the way I was treated at all I asked her who the owner was I called when I got home and she hung up on me.This is not the type of person I would have working..

I had an adequate experience when I stopped in. The fuel prices here are higher than other locations in Frederick. It does have a carwash and looks to be fairly modern. Inside, it is the typical grab-and-go gas station convenience store.

Typical gas station and convenience store. Prices for gas are a bit higher due to convenience, but my car only takes premium so used to that cost. Very friendly staff.

Under new management the sign says. That means they are gonna charge you .05 for a bag like they do in Montgomery County (this isn't). Some convenience or is that the price of convenience?

Used the car wash and there's apparently a wasp nest attached to the kiosk and I was stung while attempting to purchase a wash. Please have someone take care of those wasps. Thankfully I'm not allergic but someone else could be!
