I don't know what these other people are complaining about, I pulled up at 2am for coffee and a quesarito. They had two pages of orders and were hella busy, the wait was a little longer but completely understandable. The staff who were working the food counter came over, checked me out and were right back at it. When my food was ready they were so polite and even apologized for the wait. The quesarito was absolute fire and the service was awesome. All in all, about an 18 minute process. 10/10

Food always cold, place is dirty and never clean. Worst Sheetz I’ve ever been to. Hopefully the city will start citing them one day. Never going back.

When I went to get my order I used drive-thru. The person at the speaker was really rude, she couldn't find my order or something, had to ask me my name twice, then asked what I ordered, apparently nobody up there knows what they are doing. Well I was repeating my order and she told me "no reason to get snippy with me". I was getting snippy for one. But I wasn't getting annoyed since she was clueless. I believe it was Crystal, the manager on duty. She already gives me ignorant looks, and completely ignores me when I try to say hello. She sent someone completely different to the window, and she was very friendly and kind. Also I ordered the breakfast pizza, which I get all the time, but this time it was cold, sausage was burnt, there was barely any toppings on it, and the flatbed looked like cardboard, and the whole thing was hard. Any time I get a frozen mocha, its usually almost melted to milk, unless Jon(the crew member, not manager) or Trevor make them. Usually there's only 3 people working on any given shift, they are either rude,or have no clue as to what's going on. The managers have no business being managers and are just as clueless as the rest, and act like are CEOs or something, seriously u work at Sheetz! The whole store works at a slow pace, which is ridiculous because when they busy, the wait is 30+ minutes, and they only have 1 person in the kitchen, 1 on drinks, and 1 at register. It's crazy on the weekends at night. On another note, as I was reading the reviews it looks like nobody from Sheetz even reads these..all the responses are almost the same. No thought or anything put into it.

When they first opened, I was impressed with the appearance and service. Now that it's been opened a year or so, the cleanliness has declined (walked on really sticky floors this morning again), and the stocking of items inside is weak amd inconsistent. I am grateful for the pleasant "good morning" from the staff, however. That makes a great start to the day - thank you!

Pretty low gas prices, but we'll see if it stays that way after the initial opening period. They have two free air pumps, which is nice.

Garbage - Litter and garbage EVERYWHERE! Why does a new location not give a care about how much garbage is all over their lawn and curb? Trash cans are ALWAYS full. Inside of store is filthy as well. Is there a regional I can speak with?

Waited over 45 minutes for a milkshake that wasn’t even mine. Kept trying to give me food that wasn’t even mine. I could’ve ate out at a restaurant for the time it took to receive my “fast food”. Absolutely ridiculous

Showed up and ordered food after a late shift. Was told that there’s a three hour wait on all food until the next shift starts because the guy didn’t want to be bothered and was about to take his break. Refused to give a name.

I find it hard to believe someone from corporate hasn't stepped in on this location. They need to be reported to the city as a nuisance property. They come into our community to take our money, but don't do their part in taking care of their facility. Is it corporate, is it the management, are they not hiring enough employees. They have had plenty of time to make changes but haven't. I will not support this business again. 500 ft down the road is a well run and responsible business called Speedway, I will support going forward.

I ordered from here twice now through door dash. Once last night and again this morning . I’ve been sick and wanted to get fluids. Last night they for for two of my drinks the one being the electrolyte drink and the other being a lemonade. So this morning using the dresser door dash gave me I tried again. No electrolyte drink again and gave me the wrong Gatorade. That need ppl who can read and communicate

Management needs to stop allowing these "car" groups to park at fuel pumps when they aren't getting fuel or are staying longer than 10 mins. At least 8bpumps had a vehicle parked at it while the car owners just loitering inside. It causes a bottleneck issue in the lot which is a safety issue. I'm sure the local fire Marshall would love to visit there. Do better Sheetz.

Workers made me wait half an hour for 2 hotdogs. The workers were too lazy to hand me the hotdogs, told me to wait until my order was called. Immoral employees that serve the food with a side of unwanted attitude.
