I drove to this car wash only to be turned away without an explanation .Could see them cleaning other cars, but I mean I just drove off and my good guess is because am of color and they do have specific customers they attend to.I drove to somewhere they give services to all people regardless of color.

Avoid this Car Cleaning Scam at All Costs! I had the misfortune of visiting this car cleaning place and it was an absolute disaster from start to finish. I paid $20 for a car wash and walked out feeling like I got scammed. It was as if they just waved a rag over it and called it a day. But the worst part came later when I discovered they had put something foul in my water bottle. I took a sip and nearly vomited on the spot. I don't know what they thought they were doing, but it was beyond unacceptable. I had to throw away the entire bottle because the stench was so overpowering. I strongly advise everyone to steer clear of this place unless you enjoy wasting money and risking your health.

They don’t clean the inside. Better off getting a monthly pass somewhere for $15 with free vacuum . They stated the $27 is basically for the outside shine and a simple vacuum. I can do a better job cleaning the inside of my car. I’m not sure how you can vacuum and miss the things that are in the pictures.

I always went to this car wash but the thing is that i always warn them that they are not doing well ajd i came today for car wash and vaccum i paid 30 dollar and 5 dollar tip but they did not give that type of service that i paid to them always they do that type of shit so i warn u all that don’t come here if u want good car wash go to any other don’t come here

The carwash people broke my seat so now I can no longer adjust my seat at all. I've called SEVERAL times to speak to the owner and left my name and number and they refuse to call me back. I will never go here again and I will be suing them for damage to my car. Sad I've been coming to this place since I was 19. And now they will never get another penny from me!

This car wash is tough to beat. They do a great job cleaning the interior and exterior. I really like that a person dries the car and catches any dirt missed during the wash. And they hand dress the tires ... another big plus.

I have had good experiences at Sharonville Car Wash In the past. Today was a terrible experience. I drove over 50 minutes today to go there because in the past they’ve done a good job in cleaning the inside and outside of my car. When I got to my car, I noticed a little bit of dirt on the driver’s side of the car. I simply wiped it off with my hand. At that point, the man who “cleaned“ my car was already gone because I had handed him his tip with the stick showing I had paid. As I pulled away, I noticed that my passenger side mirror had dirt on it. My windshield also was not totally clean. I ended up pulling over down the road and realized just how bad of a job had been done. For the amount of time it took, I’m not sure what was cleaned. My driver side floor mat was not even put back in correctly or anchored down. The car has areas of dirt that can be wiped off with my hand so obviously the automatic wash nor the drying was thorough. The carpets were not vacuumed well under the mats. There was still gravel in the trunk around the latch. The screen and surrounding area were dusty and full of fingerprints. The cupholders are not clean and the seats still have dirt on them. I am terribly disappointed that I spent so much time and money to get my car washed and it’s not much cleaner than when I arrived there. I ended up driving to the dealership where I bought the car to use the free car wash which did a better job. I will be looking for a new place to take my car despite having gone to Sharonville Car Wash for years and will no longer recommend this business to others. What a disappointment!

This my first time coming here and I am not satisfied. There was no attempt to clean the seats, door panel or cup holders. I am having to go back and clean everything he missed. They run it throught the car wash then wipe the surfaces to make ir look shinny no actual detailing was done.For the price they are charging I am not expecting the vehicle to come out looking like it has never been used. But to not even clean places that are in plain view iis not detail work. When the guy called me over after "cleaning" I asked him where my keys are because I didn't see them in the seat or dashboard. He response is "Buddy I work for tips." Completely ignoring what I said. I had to ask again before he said they are in the cup holder he pushed closed. Then just stood there with his hand out. I will not becoming back to this location with customer service like that.

Having recently purchased my dream car I’ve been looking for a place to get it washed that I can trust & also does the inside. They vacuumed my floors and seats, they even sprayed and wiped off my rubber mats, then the guys up front did the inside. They did my windows, wiped off my dash, center console and all my radio screens and clusters, and wiped out my wheels. They even apply the tire shine by hand and they took the care NOT to apply so much that it slung all over my car like when I go through one of the express washes! I hate washing my car and then I have to go home and wipe all the tire shine off that SLUNG ALL OVER THE SIDES OF MY CAR from those stupid express wham bam quick washes! Other places I’ve been to don’t have anyone to help you or answer any questions about your car, Alex on the other hand was very helpful answering all my questions and made me feel good about having my car here. I chose the works plus, which is their best wash, it was about $28 and I had to wait about 20 minutes which definitely is not as quick as the express washes but then again I wasn’t outside trying to vacuum out my own car in the cold, definitely worth the wait. I live almost an hour away but the drive is definitely worth it for what they do here, and the price isn’t too much more than somewhere else that just washes the outside and doesn’t do anything to dry the car off or for the inside. They do even more than just a ‘full service’ wash as they call it, they do hand waxing and polishing too, which I had to get booked in for. Love the work and services they do here and can’t wait to see it after they get it polished and waxed for me soon, will make sure to come back all the time to keep up on the washing and getting the inside cleaned out. I will definitely be recommending this place to all my friends and family as well as my group of car enthusiast friends.

I usually bring my car to this shop for a wash whenever it gets dirty. I always use the “The Works - $23.19” service because I really trust it. This afternoon, I also brought my car here for a wash, but when I drove home, I noticed that all four wheels were very dirty. They had only quickly wiped the rims, while the tires themselves were still very dirty and not shiny clean like in previous washes. It’s really disappointing… Hope next car wash won't be like that !!!

I was going to another car wash North of here. They raised their MINIMUM full service wash to $38! Went an extra 10 minutes from where we live to Sharonville Car Wash yesterday. Same service for under $25!? And my car came out GREAT! Will be coming here from now on.

Paid for the works plus just for my car to look barely touch. Spoke with manager on duty and got nothing but an attitude and then he floored it through the parking lot in my car. Don’t waste your money here… those are just some of the pics I took. 100% a waste of $29. I mean there is still dirt on the outside of my car too… did they even try?

I’ve been a customer here for 15 years. They have always done a fantastic job. The last 3 washes I’ve had here have been very disappointing. I had a dried up dribble of ice cream and candy smudges on my back seat. (Compliments of my grandchildren). They weren’t touched. I had dirt on my hood and rear view mirror that was missed by the car wash and missed again by the guy that does the final wipe down. I took care of all the spots with a wet wash cloth and it all came right off. My husband has had similar experiences with his car. Just to save you the trouble, don’t bother with the AI prepared auto response that pops up on your other reviews. No need to respond. I accept this is not the same car wash and I’m moving on.

I visited this car wash for the first time after always seeing how busy it gets, and now I understand why. They did a great job on my vehicle. There were a couple of minor blemishes, but with the amount of cars they move through, it’s clear they work hard to deliver consistent quality. I’ve heard this business has been around for over 30 years, and I truly hope it stays open forever, due to it being my new go to car wash. They also partner with Eclipse Window Tinting, which gave me confidence that my car was in safe hands and wouldn’t be scratched. Overall, it’s a reliable and trustworthy place to bring your vehicle. My only recommendation would be to consider modernizing the facility—upgrading the car wash equipment to keep up with newer car washes in the area, refreshing the interior, and updating the building and signage. Even exploring high-power touchless options could be a great addition and help the business stay ahead of the competition. Highly recommend!

My nephew recommended this establiment to me. I really needed to get the salt and dirt off my car. Oh my goodness. I barely recognized my car when they were finished with it! Not only did they wash it they vacuumed and cleaned the interior. Great place super quick and friendly. I will definitely be a frequent customer. We’ve been going to Sharonville Car Wash for literally longer than I can remember. My Dad used to bring his cars here when I was a little kid. We always drove out of our way, 40 minutes, to use them because they were the best. Not only did they do a good job, but they were friendly and professional, too! Because of this, my family still does the same thing! We have 4 cars and we always drove to this car wash. Oh, how times have changed. I took my Tahoe here last week and purchased a works wash. When I got my car back - it was honestly beyond disappointing. I actually had to spend 20-30 minutes cleaning my car after they did - & it honestly wasn’t even that dirty to begin with! Everything was literally soaking wet and they did a terrible job wiping things down; even the vacuuming was poorly done. This is not even mentioning how bad the wheels look. The icing on the cake - they scratched the tint on my back window. I immediately called my husband and told him. We called to speak with the manager or owner, & we couldn’t get ahold of the owner. The manager said they would look into it. They told us they wanted to watch the cameras - not sure what the point of that was - but we waited. We told them we had the receipt and everything. A week later, my husband calls again. He was told by the manager that the owner “doesn’t really care” and that they weren’t going to do anything about it. At this point, we asked to speak with the owner directly. We were finally able to speak with the owner. My husband told them how bad of a job they did cleaning, the scratched tint, and how often we come to them. The owner literally tried to blame it on us. He said that we must’ve closed something into the tailgate (literally impossible where it is - we would have to have our car PACKED, and we don’t do that) and that we scratched the tint. He acknowledged that they did a poor job cleaning (we have pictures) but said that we would not be getting reimbursed for the cleaning either. Pretty sad that the owner didn’t care how long we’ve been going there, the type of customers we are, or how much money we’ve spent there. He denied ever doing it & had the “not my problem” mentality. Posting this to say that we will never be back. This could’ve been a $100-$150 fix, and instead they blamed us and refused to be professional or have good customer service practices. Full transparency: they did offer us a free wash the next time we come in before we spoke with the owner. We will not be using that. Why would we go back somewhere that damaged our car and then doesn’t take ownership/responsibility? Buyer beware - if they cause any damage to your car, they will not help you.

This is not my first time using this car wash, and unfortunately there is an issue almost every time. I chose the Work Plus package and paid $30 plus a $10 tip, but the job was poorly done. There was still dirt left in many areas, and the overall quality was below expectations. Additionally, I noticed that one of the staff members broke the plastic cover that holds the license plate. No one informed me about the damage. Even if it was accidental, it should have been communicated, and the license plate could have been dried more gently to avoid breaking the cover. Overall, this has been a disappointing and frustrating experience, especially since it has happened more than once.
