Adam Dutka - HIGHLY recommend!! Prior to meeting Adam, we visited 3 other BMW dealerships and were unconvinced on the car/service. However, Adam completely changed our minds! 10/28/25–Jacob Poteete.. it all started with a Sprite, a smile, and eagerness to make me feel comfortable and heard. First BMW experience but I doubt it'll be my last BMW purchase based on Jacob's professionalism alone. Incredible service experience. From being greeted by Ronald as soon as I pulled up to the free loaner car the entire process to have my new BMW serviced was first class. Most BMW dealerships I’ve been to for service don’t really offer free loaner cars. They charge a fee of around $35 for ‘windshield insurance or other nonsense’. At Sewell, I was given a brand new 5 series completely free. Secondly, every interaction with the staff was positive. Everyone is so friendly. My car was serviced and washed and I was given a free chocolate when I paid my bill 😮. The facility is clean and they offer free refreshments to customers. With this kind of service experience I now know who I will be going to for my next BMW purchase.

I went to Sewell BMW to look at a couple of vehicles and get some ideas on what I want, and I have to say, I'm impressed. The showroom is incredibly nice, big, and clean. The employees are super nice and everything, making the experience even better. They have a very, very big selection of vehicles, including so many top-of-the-line, beautiful BMWs. The showroom is a proud representation of the BMW brand, and I was super surprised to see they even have some Alpina BMWs. Five stars all the way!

Accountability. That’s the main word I want to express with my experience with Sewell BMW. It started off great, then bad, then ended awesome. Story time. Last year I went in to place an order for an M3 with an individual color. I met Taylor Boss. He was my sales representative and kept it simple and to the point. I don’t need anyone to talk me up or anything, but I appreciated that he noticed small details and asked if I was a prior service member. I love Park Place but they never did this when I bought multiple cars from them. I don’t dress to impress people, and he treated me with the utmost respect, along with my daughter who is only eight years old. I’ve read reviews here about people not being dressed nicely and not being respected or helped with service. I did not experience that at all. I came in looking shaggy with a hat on and my kiddo with me. He sent over the price and details of what I wanted and placed the order. He kept me up to date as much as possible, even with the tariffs being imposed around the world with our President and administration. I was expecting the car to be ready around April 2026, but it came much sooner. It arrived earlier this month and I made time to come by, look everything over, and do paperwork. I came in late in the evening, but Taylor made the experience smooth. I know this man was tired as hell too. I also had my cousin Minho, who is a BMW tech at Sewell, come by to tell me more about the car. Taylor did great and let Minho take it back here and there. The plan was for Minho to take the car to a PPF shop down the road from the dealership. I left the car behind to stay overnight. I also noticed a few swirl marks but didn’t think much of it. I hired my detailer from Love Field Elite Detailing that I used for my other cars and figured he’d do his magic and get it ready for PPF while fixing imperfections. I was honestly thinking it wasn't a big deal. When Minho dropped off the car the following day and had God’s light in full blast, it showcased much more than what we could see in the showroom lighting from the day before. The car had swirls everywhere, even on the carbon fiber roof. There were terrible buff marks from whoever worked on it and a few scratches around the car. From Minho’s walk around and pictures, to the PPF shop owner, and then my detailer verifying what everyone said was the same thing. My detailer even asked if this was a brand new car and was shocked at how it was delivered. Minho spoke to his chain of command and I let Taylor know about the situation. This is where Max Stamer comes into the picture. Mind you, I was pissed and frustrated, but I wasn’t a Karen yelling or throwing tantrums. I let Max know what happened and sent pictures and videos for him to review. We spoke and he brought up a few solutions with Minho’s help. I respect the hell out of leadership when they listen and help pioneer results that improve the business and brand. That’s exactly what happened here. Before finalizing anything, Max made sure the process would be corrected so others wouldn’t go through this. There were many moving parts and maybe all of this was done at the port when the car was delivered from shipment. But Max took ownership of the situation. I respect this a lot. One solution was for Max and his detailers to fix everything and make it showroom ready. The only issue Minho brought up was that a full showroom level detail would have to be stripped for PPF anyway. So the solution was to cover the difference for my detailer to do the work. Max allowed my guy to handle it and agreed to cover the difference. It was the right and fair thing to do. So truly, thank you to Taylor, Minho, and Max. This is my first BMW and M car, and it went from awesome to bad to awesome again. I'll post up pictures of the finished product when I get my car back from the shop but enjoy for now. Everyone was professional and respectful and I hope these gents get a promotion or pay raise for doing a job well done. Thank you gents.

Updated review after speaking with both Travis's they relooked at my car and took excellent measures to make sure things were properly looked at and changed and went above and beyond to ensure all things were fixed from the previous encounter I took it in for service my car returned with a crack in it then mysteriously they couldn't find any camera footage. My battery is Joe dead so i get it check and see there free bolts just sitting in my hood only about a week after service. I am very disappointed at this service

This is by far my favorite BMW dealership in Dallas. Car service is excellent and the level of care in the process is pristine. From the way you pull up into the service are to the fact that cars are parked diagonally for easy exit. It makes me feel like the whole process was put together very thoughtfully by having the cars and the customers in mind. I know they’ll take care of my car. Arcade in the waiting area was the cherry on top. Again, it strengthened my trust in them by being so detail oriented. Oh and they have complementary car wash! One thing I didn’t like was that they didn’t take Apple Pay in this day and age, but besides that I can’t think of anything else that would be negative about this place.

We recently purchased a BMW X1 from Logan Groves, (which was to be for my granddaughter), however, we took the opportunity to buy it for ourselves! One evening after he had left work, I called him to see if he was still there so I could have my granddaughter come test drive the "chosen" car, he said he had already left for the day, but CAME BACK to give her the opportunity to test drive the car! Who does that? Logan Groves! His communications, honesty and professionalism made us feel very confident in our decision to buy for ourselves and have Logan keep looking for granddaughter. Logan was extremely friendly, informative, and upfront throughout the process. Logan went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly when we picked up the car.
