me and my family went to the touch free wash and payed $14 for the car wash to be broken. it soaped us up 12 times and rinsed us once then soaped us up. we had to pay agin at the section you can do it yourself and spray off the truck. worst car wash i have ever been to!!! wish i could give 0 stars.

I chose the $10 hands free because the other side was closed. It left alot of dirt on my car and my car is not a big car. I wasn't impressed. The $8 in Semmes across from Winn Dixie does a much better job.

I went through the soft touch and it literally chipped some of my cars paint off and left scratches. Like I’m sorry but it’s too rough on the car I haven’t had problems with other places. Not happy with the damages.

The touches does a good job, but not the best. Will need to be hand dried, but they don't provide towels.

Worst car wash I have been to. The primary use of a car wash is to leave with a clean vehicle. This place just doesn't compete with others. Brushes such and do not get off anything. Price for time is outrageous. So many better places to go.

Very happy to see a Drive through car wash open up at the intersection of Snow And Howells Ferry! I was waiting for the day it would finally open, as it is on the way during my daily commute to work. Unfortunately, when it finally opened, the main service that I was wanting to use “touch less” drive through wash, is always shut down, with a orange construction cone in front of it. Is there an expected date for that bay to open? If it does, I’ll be a daily customer.

Paid $20 for the highest level Touch Free car wash yesterday, June 10, 2024 around 6:00 p.m. Once I got home and looked at my car, I couldn't tell I had even been through a car wash. You can see all the dirt still left on my car in the photo.

I was excited about the location of this car wash and was hoping they would have monthly passes. However now since I have used the soft touch car wash if they had a monthly pass I would not buy it. The front, back, and lower sides of my car did not get clean at all. I know they have newly opened and I am hoping they can fix the problem because this car wash is very convenient.

Gave my car a good wash but I tried to use my card at the vacuum and my card declined. Turns out it was trying to charge me $10. There's no way in hell I'm paying $10 to suck up a lil dirt in my car. Needs to be fixed.

I have an oversized ford pickup with a lift kit on it. I can get into both bays and love it. I am 5ft 3in and can't reach to wash my truck myself. I have only had 1 time when they first opened that my truck was left soapy. I love this place and come here once or twice a week. I also have a ford dually that can get in the no touch bay. Love it. I recommend to everyone. I have read some of these reviews and they were around the beginning and I encourage them to try again as I did. Also, would be good to have a contact listed for people to inform if something should arise.

Paid $16 for a car wash. Drove in the touch free car wash for it to spray soap on my truck and then stop and tell me to pull forward. Then had to pay $10 to wash my truck in one of the self-service Bays. I have tried to contact by leaving messages with the phone number that's provided and haven't got a call back in 2 weeks. Wish someone would contact me about this.

Only place I've found to fit my Nissan NV3500 12 passenger van. It sits at 7.2 feet. Used the 8ft touchless bay today and it was great. We will be back next time for the soft touch wash.

This was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised. I got the $10 touch-free wash and I was very happy with the result. None of the car washes get your car cleaned perfectly, but this one did a better job than many others I've used.

We stopped in and got a deluxe wash. We did the soft touch with a Chevy blazer. No scratching or too close for comfort. It didn't dry very well, so I have pollen streaks. For a quick wash, it was ok.

I went through the touch free wash, which is overpriced at $8 not including vacuuming, and it didn't get my car clean at all. It was only washed on the top half. Then, when I went to leave the timer said I had 30+ seconds of drying left and then quit, leaving my car half dry. It ended up covered in water spots. The vacuums are incredibly overpriced at $2.50 and I had to do it twice to get my car finished. Not worth it at all. Go somewhere else.

I Don't know what kind of chemical or dye they use. Do not use their foam brush. It will turn your boat gel coat blue!!! It's been a couple of hours and still will not come off.

Went in the soft wash came out with a film on the car.$20.00 then proceeded to the do it yourself spent $10.00 scrubbing it and still didn’t come off. Called the number and left voicemails twice. No return calls or help and it had been 3 days. Be aware this stuff was hard to get off had to go home and buff it out. THANKS FOR REACHING OUT TO ME AND RESOLVING THE ISSUE!! Edit…… owner has resolved the issue and made things right. I appreciate the help. I bring a show car up here and my wife’s m440 just for the touched and soft touch. Thanks again

$70 for the self serve bay! Don't make the same mistake I did. Really read the prices and time that is alotted. Luckily, I only needed water and didnt use the blue staining soap. This is why theres a car wash on every single corner... that end up closing within 5 years. STAY WITH THE BIG CORP or just wash it at home. I may have used 50-75 gallons of recycled water that was recycled for the next sucker. I see why they're popping up like weeds. But, at least someone did message me back about the charges.
