I don't want to say anything bad.... they didnt work on my car... in fact... my car is so old they wouldn't work on it... I stopped in to get the supercharger serviced... the owner couldn't even show me how to get into it... open it or anything ..... a Buick specialist.... I ended up on youtube and learned to change the supercharger oil myself

Had timing belt changed three years ago on 2005 Lexus. Started running hot and having to add coolant went back for a diagnosis and the first thing came Jimmy's mouth was there was no warranty on the work previously performed. Wow!

Rear pads failed after 15K miles. Honda specialist said they were installed incorrectly. When I called, the owner wanted to take zero responsibility. Not pleased with the level of work or customer service. Definitely will not be going back.

The lady Shelia who answered the phone is very rude and arrogant I guess because her last name matches the name of the company she thinks she can talk to anyone how she wants to very sassy and sarcastic, I would not recommend this place. She even went on to say they have no opens for three weeks after she could tell our skin dont match either.

Mr. Jimmy & Mrs. Sheila are truly a gift to the automotive repair industry. They are honest and quick. When you take your vehicle there, there isn't much they can't do. They have a lot of commercial contracts fixing vehicle fleets, but they are never too busy for my family. We take all of our cars there.

I called because my car wouldn’t start and this was the closest location. The woman who answered the phone told me they don’t work on any vehicles >10 years old, and hung up on me before I could ask for a recommendation for someone who does. I called back to ask for a recommendation, and was hung up on again. I think it’s ok to have vehicles that you do and do not want to work with; however, I was disappointed by the way I was treated during a moment where I could have really used some kindness. I ended up calling SMR automotive, and the guy there was really helpful and friendly. It makes a difference.

Professional, Honest, and helpful Service at its Best......! 2/23/21 - 2007 GMC Sierra 4x4 (102,000 miles): General service, replaced tires, front end maintenance and alignment. Shock Absorbers: Inspected...... (replacement not needed at this time) Battery (2.5 years old): Inspected and charged..... (no need to replace) Knowledge, Ethics, and Honesty................. It has been my good fortune to have used Baehr's Automotive to service my family vehicles for the last 28 years. Throughout all the years of service, there has NEVER been a time that a follow-up was needed on any type of maintenance performed.! The results of Mr. Jimmy's advice and recommendations has helped save a lot of dollars on maintenance during the years, and this is something that he's always offered.
