Store number 1205 is the worst and unprofessional business I ever been too and i been dealing with oreily for 3 yrs and everything i get i put a warranty.. The employee Alex on morning shift stay lying about when and what time u parts supposed to come in.. Tommy was the only one professional who helped me and had to reorder my part again

These guys and gals are always knowledgeable, and have the confidence to ask for help when they need it. Also, they will move heaven and earth to find/get you the needed part, some times on the dame day, if it is not on their store's shelves.

Had a good experience at this location. Bought a battery in another area and couldn't find my original warranty for it and the associate was very patient and helpful and after a little legwork he found warranty. Will definitely do future business here.

I will NEVER go here again! EVER!! I was checking out when under the counter I noticed a small flashlight. I decided I was going to buy it. The first one I picked up didn't work so I set it to the side and grabbed another one and that one worked. I held it in my hand by my side as I was still in the process of checking out my first order, as in had already put my credit card in the machine and was entering my pin number. The next thing I notice is an employee raising his voice and accusing me of trying to STEAL the flashlight! I have NEVER shoplifted in my life! Plus I had plenty of money to buy the flashlight. He called me out in front of everyone in the store, so everyone was staring at me!! I was embarrassed and humiliated!! And just know, the flashlight was in my hand! Not in my pockets or my purse!! I immediately asked to speak to the manager and it turned out, he was the manager!! So I ask to speak to someone above him and saw the number taped to the door. I called the DISTRICT MANAGER and he had already spoken to the manager who accused me of trying to steal. That manager had completely denied the situation and his employers backed him up even though they were NOT there! That manager and the girl checking me out were the only ones inside the store. The rest of the employees were outside working on cars! They were NOT there! So of course the district manager tells me he believes them and he's not going to do anything about the situation! Nothing! My husband is a mechanic and his employer uses this place on a daily basis, several times a day! They have now switched to using Auto Zone! So, ya'll lost out on THOUSANDS of dollars! Ya'll lost an entire chain because of your awful employees!! So if someone higher up sees this, I hope you do something about it! I was there on April 1st, 2021 in the morning hours! I will never go back to this place and I wouldn't dare recommend this place to anyone, not even my dog! If I could give them zero stars, I would! The manager of the store pretty much laughed in my face knowing the district manager was going to do nothing! What an AWFUL person and an AWFUL attitude!

Working on my son’s car today I’ve had to make multiple trips to this location for help and parts. Dealt with Alex both times and found him to be courteous, confident and knowledgeable on all things. That’s hard to find at a big box parts house anymore, most struggle just pulling the correct parts from the shelf.

For a small store, they seem to have what I'm looking for most of the time as far as parts. The employees are pretty knowledgeable and are laid back too. If the computer says they don't have it, they will look at what they have anyway to find a solution. A complete opposite of the parts store next door which I will not set foot in.

I was in there tonight at 6:15 and both of the employees were being berated by an older gentleman. He even made a point to insult physical appearances and was just downright mean. The cashier checking him out stayed professional the entire time and his female coworker was so supportive. She was very friendly while checking me out and I’m proud of them both for how they handled the situation. I’ll keep coming back to this specific store. Thank you to them both for being good humans.

Matthew Davis, Gabe and everyone else were a tremendous help!!! Travelled from Phoenix,AZ to Mobile, AL , in my daughter’s car we’d just purchased, to drop off my daughter at her college. Car was starting slowly, so we went to O’Reilly to get battery tested. Battery was bad, so we got a new battery. They installed battery for us, but upon connecting new battery the vehicle went into Anti theft mode. Matthew went above and beyond to help figure out why vehicle went into anti theft mode, located the problem and called around to help me find a reputable lock smith to fix the problem. Being a thousand miles away from home and not knowing anyone it was great to have their help!!!! I highly recommend this O’Reilly store, 3800 Cottage Hill

Wow! They had a really helpful team today. Two young men came and helped me in bad weather! slight drizzle outside, and they still helped me test my lights and fill power steering fluid. They explained everything well. Please keep this team and treat them right!
