Drove by and saw a sign for a free wash. I had been looking for a monthly subscription somewhere so I figured I'd give them a try. I'm glad the first wash was free because it would not have been worth $36. I'm giving 2 stars because the staff was friendly and the machine that cleans car mats was DECENT (Had to send each mat through 3 times though). My car was still VERY dirty on the front end, and mirrors mainly which I was able to wipe away with napkins. It Didn't look like tire shine was sprayed at all and the vacuums barely did anything. They pick up the bigger items but stuff like pet hair gets left behind. Spend less somewhere else and get a better hand waah

Seen a free car wash text this number sign now right on the side of the car wash and I couldn’t believe it. Right after I text it I received my text to get my free car wash I turned around quick and got it. Not only was it free but it was the top of the line one for free. Definitely will be back and I’m going to get a membership.

I had the best experience with a car wash here in Atlanta! On arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who was cheerful and very helpful. There are three entry lanes, one is reserved for members only. I selected my wash (I received a free wash with a code that I texted from a sign next to the car wash), then I drove into the car wash where another member of the staff guided me onto the conveyor that pulls the car through the wash. In a matter of only a few minutes, my car was washed with a series of soaps and water spraying, followed by gentle wipe strips from a hanging from above. After exiting, and driving around the side, there are FREE vacuum stations, equipped with a vacuum that has a long hose, a bottle of window cleaner, and some other type of equipment that I didn't use - not sure what it does (see photo). It was the quickest and most efficient car wash I've ever experienced here in Atlanta! Definitely a fan!

Absolutely Incredible! I got out of my car and was speechless with how thorough and detailed my car was. They have everything you could possibly need! Free high suctioned vacuums, air fresheners, dry towels, and more! The staff were also very friendly and even pressure washed my rubber mats for free! 10/10 Recommend and I’ll definitely be back!

DON'T RISK DAMAGE TO YOUR CAR.... I drove my vehicle through and when i got out dry off I immediately noticed marks. I tried to see if they where something that can be removed but they were scratches. So I filed a claim and two days later came back because I haven't received a called, and the manager said that they will take responsibility. Even told me that they cameras was somehow down at the time i came. So he sent me to a paint place to see if it's something they can remove, and I went there and was informed that these are scratches and my car need to be repainted. Now they sent them an estimate they are refusing to fix. Manager said owner will not fix my vehicle....

Tried them for the first time today, When I pulled out of the wash bay, my tire went flat The manager just said they were not at fault, and I needed to move my car.. I took a closer look, and somehow, the rail broke my valve stem off. Unreal how they had no help for someone that had a flat due to their wash bay, Pour management, and it looks like the back didn't even get washed. I half to buy a new stem with the pressure sensor on it. Definitely, their rail caught my valve stem and broke it off. I don't recommend it. Across the street is a hand wash. Where I will go tomorrow and let them finish the job.

Super easy and convenient way to get your car cleaned with a great vacuum area after washing. The prices work well and the car waxing seems to last a long while. It is my go to place when I need to get the car washed and removed all the pollen.

Good luck getting a return phone call! Good luck calling when the manager is actually not "on break" or "sick." I would highly recommend patronizing the new car wash at Chattahoochee and Howell Mill. If your vehicle is damaged in their car wash, you will be told that the car wash is made up entirely of "foam and water," which is clearly silly and simply untrue. Their claim notice process is essentially the age old tactic of delay, delay, delay. They will not respond to your calls; they will not return your emails. They will tell you that the damage to your vehicle was caused by a car in the parking lot, which you would know because you were in the vehicle the whole time. The language on their claim notice website page is written to scare people with no knowledge of the law. Ultimate "responsibility" is not determined by the party committing the wrong in our legal system. Their "investigation" is not determinative as to your remedy. You have the right to receive damages when your car is tortiously damaged by a business; they do not have the ultimate say, the courts do. You can sue or threaten to sue; the owner of a small business like this relies on the fact that people will go away instead of filing a lawsuit. To the extent you can, don't fall for this. Assert your rights and don't lay down. I like to support small businesses, but this one is operated terribly. I am a proud Westsider and I cherish many of the small businesses in this great part of town. However, I cannot help but caution you to steer clear of this place; do not give your money to a business that desires pure profit over doing the right thing. I'll be cancelling my membership, and recommend that my fellow Westside neighbors all cancel theirs as well.

0-Star Review I arrived at Scrubs Car Wash on Marietta Boulevard at 2:20 PM and had one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever encountered. As I was driving into the clearly marked entrance, a person in a brown Impala attempted to exit through the entrance, despite the large Do Not Enter sign. I had already pulled about 60% into the driveway when they blocked my car from entering. The individual then jumped out of their vehicle and verbally accosted me. I told them to get back in their car because I was entering for a wash. They claimed to be the manager, and told me they would not allow me to wash my car—despite the fact that I have had a membership for two cars since the day this location opened. I proceeded to the gate to get my wash, and the “manager” instructed the staff not to wash my car. I waited and ultimately called the police. When the police arrived, he lied and told the officer he had apologized to me—something that absolutely did not happen. After years of being a loyal paying customer, I find this behavior appalling, unprofessional, and unacceptable. This is hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced, and it reflects extremely poorly on Scrubs Car Wash as a company.

It’s 8am and I’ve been waiting for 20 mins and they are still close . I don’t know what’s going on with scrub express but they need to do better . I’ve been coming here since they first opened with and have multiple accounts with them and looks like management is getting really bad . This is the fourth time this week where they are close !!! Even my friends are pissed cause i recommend this place and they are always closed for them also. Even police officers trying to get their car wash and even get a wash they all had to turn around . A lot of customer were waiting and we finally gave up and left !!!!

Overall solid Carwash. I asked an employee what was tier comes with the tire shine as I did not see it posted on the signs. They responded with "all of them". Turns out that's was false. It's not listed because this automatic car wash does not provide it. I've read multiple reviews to make sure it wasn't a one off. I also did read that if you ask an employee they will provide it. Besides that prices are comparable. Vacuums were great and towels and trash were constantly replaced. Also a ding for air pressure on the compressed air nozzles. Which were practically useless, but it could've been that the machine could not keep up with the demand on the day I went.

Y’all I had a ***top notch*** experience at this Carwash!! I love to keep a clean car & I like washing it myself, so if that sounds like you too, Scrubs Express is the place to go!! Wash options vary based on your needs, & all are a great value!! You will have everything you need here, including free vacuums, towels & cleaning spray, AND they even had an air gun for detail cleaning (never seen that anywhere else!!). But the cherry on top of all the great accommodations is the staff!! Everyone I interacted with was so kind & helpful!! Special shout out to Jaden for being so awesome!! Will definitely be back :)

I decided to finally switch my car wash after many years this car. While using the blowers, I spilled coffee all over my seats. Miguel and Josh quickly started using their cleaner and helping me remedy my seats! I don’t know any type of self car washes that would’ve done that customer service is top-notch. They truly care about their customers and they all have a smile on their face. This is my new car wash and I even bought the membership. I cannot say enough about the customer service and the amount of care thank you to the team at scrubs!

If your business isn't open at the times / days you say it is open, maybe you should fix that? Just food for thought. If you are looking for a reliable option, i'd check elsewhere before driving to Scrubs Express. Edit: Your response below isn't adding up. I am a subscriber of your texts and never received notification of your early closure. Why? If you value your customers as you say, do better next time.
