I made an appointment to have my vehicle looked at regarding a light on my dashboard that has been consistently on for over a month. I finally had time to have it looked at. I went in for my 0730 appointment and asked since I was there if I could have an oil change and tire rotation done as well while I was there. So I was waiting in the waiting area for about 30 minutes before I had a co-worker pick me up so I could get some work done. Upon finishing up with the time sensitive things, I was dropped off at around 1pm and checked in to ask about the status of my vehicle. I was told my servicing provider was still at lunch and I will be hearing back shortly. I waited in the waiting room about 20 minutes before I rechecked if anyone was back from lunch. Since the office had more people in it, it seemed people's lunch break was over so I asked for a status update again. I was told my vehicle had just finished up with the oil change and tire rotation and the diagnostic for my dashboard light hadn't been done yet. I asked how long it would take to run a diagnostic and repair and was told there's no telling how long it could be. I asked for my vehicle back because I didn't have time to wait any more as I have a busy schedule and I was responded to with, "have you been waiting?" Of course I've been waiting! I had been waiting all day for some sort of status update and had to show up in person to get a response. My vehicle was in the dealerships possession for about 6 hours. I could've changed my own oil and rotated my tires at home in less than 2 hrs. As a technician myself, I know a diagnostic doesn't take long to do. I was very disappointed to schedule an appointment and not be treated as the first priority. I made the 1st appointment of the day and after 6 hrs I didn't get the service I wanted done in its entirety. I paid for services rendered and went home annoyed I wasted my time doing business with this place.

Dealership was very on point, clean, had a shuttle and was able to drop off my truck when service was completed. Service advisor was very courteous. My only complaint was that i have had the same issue previously, just a different code came up when in warranty, and now outside warranty, they find the issue and it cost me $$...I think assessment should not be based solely on code, but other issues in the area should be tested so customers are not back and fourth with issues, repeating services and costing more.

Just recently took my Ranger to Ford Sanders for a high-pitched squealing noise. Mike took great care of me and had my truck ready earlier than expected. I’ve been coming to this dealership for routine oil changes, and they’ve never let me down. The service is always outstanding, and they genuinely support military service members. Thank you to Anthony and Jeremy for making my 2025 F-250 purchase the easiest car buying experience I’ve ever had. I had extremely specific options I wanted that I was having trouble locating nationwide. After a call with Anthony he located a truck in a different part of the state that matched what I was looking for. That truck showed up a day later and the paperwork was ready for me when I got there. Jeremy in finance fought for a great rate in this economy and came in a couple points below expectations. Exceptional car purchasing experience at Sanders Ford. Jesse and Randy worked as a team to provide a fair deal on a new 2025 Ford Explorer Platinum trim. The vehicle was still in transit when I first contacted Sanders Ford. Jesse responded within hours. Randy finalized the OTD price while Jesse was out. He took the deposit on the day the vehicle arrived (Thursday). Friday the vehicle went through their inspection process and dealer pre-delivery prep. Saturday morning Jesse finished up his portion of the paperwork and off to finance to complete the purchase. Afterwards Jesse throughly explained all of the features of the vehicle and setup driver preferences in the infotainment center. Thank you both for an excellent car buying experience.

ok, I can only relate my experience. Made an appointment and it then took two days to diagnose the issue I reported to them. Then they give me a list with ungodly amounts requested. I took the diagnosis to my regular mechanic and he found that not all the repairs they wanted to do were needed and the end price was 1/3 of what they wanted. Independent mechanics can do everything this place can do and for a much much cheaper price. Support your local mechanic.

The Bush Family has been dealing with Sanders Ford since the 1970s, this is just latest in a long line of vehicles purchased at this dealership!!!! Mr Arnold is the latest of a long line of fantastic salesmen to handle the family purchases since the late1970s. Everyone there has given whatever needed to succeed in customer satisfaction. With the addition of the in house insurance services, they were able to save me a tremendous amount by getting all three of my vehicles insured for less than I was paying for two insured vehicles!!!! Thank You each and everyone that anything to do with my new to me 2018 Edge!!!!

My parents have been dealing with Gaston for all their ford purchases and have always told me about his above and beyond customer service. They finally convinced me to go see him they said you tell him what you’re looking for and he will make it happen and he did. I was very happy with everything Gaston even took the time to sit in the car with me to show me all the new stuff that my old car did not have .
