I was at the Lejeune Blvd store and was referred to this store regarding the part I needed for my truck, since it was the only O’Reilly store that had it. I was greeted by three sales associates upon entering the store but was provided customer service by a young kid who seemed unsure of what part I was needing, so I showed the part number via Dorman part #, the part came right up on the screen and the kid grab it from the shelf and lay it in front of me. One of the sales associate who was an older man, told the kid that it doesn’t look like the part I need. So, begin the search and with few dead ends, the kid forgets the search and told me that “give me 5 minutes”, so he can deal with other customer. With (1) customer, 5 minutes became what seemingly an eternity to the point that (1) customer he was dealing with became (6) waiting... while the other two sales associates did not provide assistance to those customers waiting.. Thinking that this type of customer service was horrible, I left and sought business elsewhere.. due to the fact it’s RUDE to leave a customer that you were providing service to in a middle of service and for other sales associate not to lend a hand especially when customers are waiting... I guess AutoZone and Advance Auto will be seeing me more often.. if I do or need auto parts from O’Reilly, I’ll go to the Lejeune Blvd store or elsewhere... if there’s an option not to give a star I would have never given on!!

The last thing I expected to hear while asking an employee how to use one of their rental tools is "YouTube it." You work at an auto parts store and you tell someone to YouTube how to use your rental tools? Might as well go to Target and ask for automotive advice. Great job Sega I am no longer a loyal customer. AutoZone is on the way and closer.

My dad and I were traveling and had a belt break. We called around and finally called this store and an employee named Pablo figured out a way to help us get the truck fixed and back on our way in no time. This could've been much worse and more expensive but Pablo taking the time to really focus on helping someone made all the difference. You don't always get that level of customer care in many places. Thanks again Pablo!

Awful customer service... I'm from Ga where they offer assistance immediately once entering.. Here at this location they just allow you to wonder around the store looking lost.. I finally asked for an item and the lady pointed rather than guide me...I guess they have different expectations for their employees here in Jacksonville North Carolina

Staff is pretty knowledgeable, and parts are sometimes cheaper than their competition. BUT if you order a part, from this store, be prepared for it to be atleast one day more than what they tell you. Three different times in the last month I have ordered parts here, been told it'll be the next day, even the next day in the evening, and three times its been, sorry, we know we told you it would be this time, but it's not here, it'll probably be here tomorrow.

I have a commercial account here and I ran into a issue with a faulty part from this store. Not only did their new part fail in 35 days roughly but we had to wait a full week to get the part. This isn't what upset me what upset me was the manager Scot charging my account with a new starter when I explained the situation to him and told him his commercial Manager Zach was tracking on this part being here . . So from me to you thanks scott for wasting my time and money and aggravating me on a Saturday on my day off.. The way you acted and talked to me will reflect in our sales from here on out.

I always go here when I have a car issue. The staff go above and beyond and are quite knowledgeable and helpful. The prices of items tend to be cheaper than competitors. I love O'Reilly, especially this one.

So what can I say about this place. If it wasn't for the store I use all the time in sneads ferry I am not sure. Lorenzo is the man he will dig for parts and try to find you what you need all the time man works hard as hell to make sure you have what you need to do the job. His boss Jamie is pretty awesome too always making sure I have what I need and trust me I call for some off the wall stuff sometimes. And Zenny is awesome too she is always willing to help with the commercial equipment needs and never leaves me hanging. Mrs. Sue is pretty awesome also she will make sure you get what you need from her stores. Wish all of them ran as good as the sneads ferry store. The hub is a mess when you go in to pick up parts that were ordered from my store but. Is what it is not everyone can run a tight ship.

Great staff, very helpful people that work here. They know cars themselves, so their advice is good to listen to. I even brought in an old broken piece/part that I didn't know what it was and they told me what it was and how to bypass it because it wasn't a necessary part. The store itself is clean and nice inside, with an awesome staff. I'd go there any day.

Always friendly by far my favorite auto parts store to shop at for all of my automotive needs. All of their employees at this location are amazing they make sure! You get the right part and they take their time to make sure it is the right thing to give you for your application, I have visited O’Reilly auto parts all over the country and this is by far the best one or should I say they are tied with Saint Marys Ohio store. They are very knowledgeable, and they even go out of their way to look up certain specs for your vehicle so you do the job the correct way. I never feel rushed when I’m in there and I enjoy spending my money where I don’t feel rushed and I get the correct things the first time. And I feel like their employees enjoy their jobs. It is always a refreshing environment to come into. Thanks again guys definitely had to write a nice comment for you. Keep up the good work.

Billy went above and beyond for me with my Jeep's battery issues. Not only did he match the exact part I needed, he installed it, helped me make sure everything fit perfectly and to top it off, added some protection for the bolts. My battery was only two years old when it died, so I asked him to double check the battery after we already installed the new one. He did it without hesitation and ran a full diagnostics. Which rendered it dead (as expected). Absolutely outstanding service, Thank you Billy!

As the haters say, the lady with the mustache… Crystal went ABOVE and BEYOND with helping me. From when I called this location to when I showed up and left she was so accommodating. She didn’t make me feel stupid about not knowing entirely what was going on and she ran the test after we put the battery in to make sure the battery was the only problem. Absolutely awesome experience.

The first employee that offered help was very friendly and found me three options for what I was looking for. She gave me good advice and when she went to go get my part, another employee offered help. I'm very happy with my purchase and she didn't try to steer us to the most expensive option, but the most popular that she knew to be very reliable. Employee Esau truly saved me. One of my work vehicles went down due to a faulty ignition coil. I spoke to him on the phone to confirm part was in stock. They were 30 minutes from closing and I asked if I could order online and if he'd leave it for me outside. This guy waited for me after hours so I could get this part from him so I could replace this evening. Unbelievably greatful to meet someone who actually cares.
