The employees are always nice and helpful. You just can't go wrong with the great deals they have on tools and being a member for 29.99 a year is worth it if you are always buying tools and supplies. I love going to Harbour Freight. I would walk in to buy a thing and end up buying other things that I use all the time or find great deals on something that I've been waiting to go on sale and they always have some kind of sale.

Just got a extreme foaming gun and opened it to a fright to find a dead spider inside the container. Scared me for sure now I just have a laugh😂

My husband and I both love Harbor Freight. They have a decent quality product base. In our store, there are staff members who don't mind going the extra mile with a smile. The extended warranty plans are so worth it. They honor their plans, no questions asked, no run around, or weird exemptions. Just honest to goodness customer service. Thumbs up all around.

It's not good but it's not bad. It is just a Harbor Freight.

They had nothing I needed. So if it's any type of repair you're doing don't come here. I was fixing a plumbing problem.

This is the cleanest, very well organized, perfect signage place to go for a Lady looking for tools and stuff. The employees are always available, they greet you. The floor staff ask if you need assistance but they don't crowd you. Whenever you have an inquiry it's like they appear before you search for them. I enjoy going in for small house repair things or alternatives to a craft tool. Cashiers always polite, and patient with customers and what's even funnier, Ladies this and 2 other places I've seen men behave as they wait in line because someone is really slow in getting their payment processed. I was tickled and reminded that patient is a necessity in this life. And no I wasn't the slow one, I was behind 2 others and admiring the numerous varieties of tools.

Hands down, way better prices than other big stores. Yeah, in some respect, the quality isn't the best but look at these clamps! I just over spent at another store!

Staff is serious about their job, tried to joke when told a item was out of stock, staff gave me a look that made me regret asking the question. But I get it with the great prices on one time use items I am sure the store is busy. I get the newsletter in the mail because it offers additional saving coupons. And their sidewalk sales are always worth stopping in for. Order online and have delivered to store !

Harbor Frieght has always been awesome to me. They have decent quality tools as well as equiptment for a very reasonable price. I know when I was younger I couldn't wait to get their brochure so I could see the best deals they offered. I mean I'm sure you cant by snap on quality tools but for the price they really are in my opinion one of the best places to buy guy stuff. Great if you are looking for gifts for dad. Or wanted to start a project.

Very clean Harbor freight, barely has any items out of stock. Only complaint is the line can build up and other workers will just stand around unwilling to open a second lane. That needs to be ratified.

Lady working never greeted me and asked everyone else in store if they needed help but not me. Tried to ask one gentleman working and he walked away. Then had to wait 5 minutes for someone to come ring me up and he points to another register so 3 people have to move everyrhing to be checked out. Not very friendly today

Very busy so a lot of wait time. Then I think customer service could be better. A smile goes a long way. Felt like I was bugging them for buying stuff.

This is one of my favorite stores for inexpensive tools. I wouldn't use most of the power tools professionally, but for homeowner use its fine. They do have various levels of quality on certain things. Tarps are an example. They have several grades to chose from, and many sizes. I like the fact that if I need some washers or hardware, I don't have to pay big box prices, and they do have stainless if you want to go that route. I own Porter Cable, Bostich, Makita and other tools that I used daily as a carpenter, but I also own a lot of Chicago electric (harbor freight brand) tools like cutoffs, grinders, Sanders, etc, and I haven't had any issues.

First off, most of the employees at this location are amazing. I'm sure this won't change anything for the better, but this store is always either sold out of most items or like today when I waited for a coupon to make an item affordable, system has 2 in stock, then they can't find it. The inventory is frequently off at this location more than others I visit and its such a bummer because its usually in my first go-to check for items I need. Wish they could get this sorted out...
