What can I say, it's a car wash and the bays are usually available when I go and the machines all pretty much work all the time. Not too often I run into much of any trouble there. I do like how they have a card reading token dispenser, but I dislike that it doesn't always let you know when it's out of service until after you've paid.

God-awful customer service! I spent $5 on five tokens and once I start the machine the pre-soak option doesn't work and there's no soap coming out of the high pressure SOAP nozzle. When I notify the owner of this he spends 5 minutes testing the machine. After that he comes back and tells me I should have known to try the foam brush. Since I normally hand wash my vehicle because I don't want a dirty brush scratching my paint, the foam brush does me no good. Then the guy decides to argue with me for 5 minutes about how I should have known that the phone brush is the only way to get soap and also how I should have come to him right away instead of just giving me the five tokens that I paid for so I could use a different machine that actually has soap. It's not my fault that he's running a shoddy business that basically stealing money from customers because they don't want to invest in proper equipment. I would say I'm not too surprised since about 90% of these self-service car washes are actually scams with broken machines that don't actually give you what you pay for. This guy has no common sense. Why would I drive all night from out of state just to scam him for some high pressure water?

Good self serve vacuum & car wash. Difficult to find self serve car wash places in the area but this has good washing modes and strong vacuums. Busy on weekends, machines take tokens you can get for cash or card, $1 for 1 token. Also has an area where you can park your car to dry it/detail (with your own materials).

Machines only take tokens but each wash machine we tried either didn’t accept the tokens or ate at least one before the thing actually started. We tried two different lanes, maybe we just got unlucky but be warned. Would advise going during hours they have staff on site to sort this out.

It's a dollar to vacuum, they give you a little over 3 min. The car wash is also 3 min, you listen for the signal to add time or your left with soap all over. It could cost $3-5 to wash and vacuum. OH YEAH YOU HAVE TO DRY YOURSELF! 😳

I feel like half of the reviews are people wanting to show off their cars or trucks. Jokes aside it's one of a few self serve washes nearby that I use often. Depending how in depth you wanna go for washing your vehicle it can be $3-$10 (if you really wanna do the full rinse, soap, scrub, rinse, and wax) Hand washing is "discouraged" when busy to help the line go (just go when it's less busy) along with hand drying in the bays (there is parking available just on the other side) In summary: For $5 if you go when it's not busy you're getting a quality wash and dry.

Car wash does not take quarters. Only accepts tokens and you can only get tokens by dollar bills and credit card. 8 bays and only 4 were operational.

I’ve had two encounters with the on-site manager at this car wash, and both were extremely unpleasant. He’s rude, unprofessional, and seems more interested in arguing than helping customers. Most recently, I paid for a vacuum that wasn’t working. When I approached him to let him know, he immediately went on a tirade—accusing me of damaging the equipment, which I absolutely did not. I simply wanted to use what I paid for without being berated. After this experience, I will never return. Avoid this place if you expect basic customer service or respectful treatment.

I called today to see if the self service at Oxon Hill is open because the Sam’s car wash at temple hills is closed. The manager onsite answered the phone call. Instead of telling me if the site is open or not, he yelled at me, telling me that “do you think I picked up the phone from my house or something?”I told him about the situation at temple hill and he told me it is a holiday so it’s closed. He was extremely rude and unprofessional. I had no conflict with him. Do not come to this place if you want to ask for help.

Excellent car wash. It appears they replaced all of the hoses. I was there at 5am and the staff was already there cleaning and emptying garbage etc.

I guess it’s a good car wash but I didn’t get passed the arrogant obnoxious supervisor or whoever it was to use it, right from the start he was annoyed because I asked what type of payment does the vacuum take I mean I guess I should of known but I didn’t so his reply was “ we use tokens it right there, I said okay this is my first time here which he replied even more annoyed well it doesn’t matter the token machine is right there you should know,” so at that point I told him I don’t want my car washed here and he replied “ that’s fine” so I left and now in the process of buying a car vac from Walmart. I’m not spending my money anywhere, where people think it’s ok to disrespect people for no apparent reason💯

This place is great for a quick car wash. The only issue is that they never replace the foam brush, which can scratch your car. The vacuums and wash itself are good for the price, but the brush really needs to be changed out more often.🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼
