Paid $20 for full service vacuum, interior clean, and exterior wash. Was not satisfied as the car was not fully fired off and the inside was not fully wiped and clean. They have about 5/6 people work on your car so I don’t understand how all of this got overlooked. If I do decide to go back (can’t beat $20), I will be sure to make sure everything is up to par before I drive off.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SMH Lazy service provided. Had to ask them to redo a service that I “PAID” for! Vacuumed literally one side of the car. Didn’t clean all of the windows. Left watermarks everywhere! When I politely brought it to their attention I was met with major attitude! I will NOT use this service again! One and done!

Terrible experience that occurred today (07/21/2020) at the poorly staffed car wash. I ordered the #1 car wash, so I paid the most to get the worst service possible. I watched helplessly as one of the employees (who was Asian) floor the accelerator and drive my car like a bat out of hell, crashing it into the guard rail on the south bound 210 side, flattening all of my tires, and damaging the bumper and windshield. He did not know how to drive. I was in disbelief. Beyond upset. And yes this was right after the car had finished being washed. It was completely off of the conveyor. The manager showed no compassion, which leads me to believe that her shame, in an immature and unprofessional way, took over her. I encourage everyone reading this to value your vehicle and never get your car washed at East Over Car Wash!!

Don’t come here unless you want a super mediocre wash. Second time here. I thought I’d give them another chance thinking that if I paid more for a better wash it’d be better but I was wrong. There were parts inside my car they hadn’t even touched with a vacuum or wiped down and spot outside my car that they hadn’t touched. Hate that this is the only car wash in the area. NEVER AGAIN though. I’ll be going to Alexandria from now on.

The first time I just got the basic wash and it was great. The second time I got the max which was 65 bucks and I felt like with Tiff they didn't do as good of a job as I was expecting. Doesn't mean I won't be back. I just won't pay 65 again

Not really happy with the service 😕. They have 5 to 7 workers drying your car and not getting bugs spots off your car and cleaning your car like they should!!!! I live in N.C. and come to D.C. 2 or 3 time a year. And usually come this car wash every time I come and get the V.I.P. car wash every time for 35$!!! But I can't tell I've got the V.I.P. wash!!!! I think I'm going to have to find me another car wash!!!! Sorry!!!!!

Worth ONLY when they aren't busy. If not, I end up having to take the rag and clean MOSTLY the inside, which made me not tip them anymore, but those that make the effort, after you ask multiple times, get something.

Located on a small side street causing horrible congestion. Website is not the same as the posted signs and they don’t have some of what’s offered. To get a vacuum you have to get the most expensive wash. The cheaper ones are fine, but nothing special. The staff were great though.

During my first visit, everything was great, but during my second visit, I noticed a lack of enthusiasm and it felt like they were rushing through the job. As a result, I left feeling unhappy and dissatisfied. I would like to express my disappointment and change my previous positive rating to a negative one. I no longer recommend this place for car servicing and advise others to avoid it as well.

This place damaged my car and wouldn’t take responsibility. Told me that they were not responsible for damages when they were clearly negligent because their driver didn’t have my tires on the track when driving the car into the wash bayand tore the undercarriage cover off my car. The owner or manager kept saying we’re not responsible for damages and that was the end of her conversation. She told me to call the police about it. I will never go there again after patronizing that business for over 25 years.

Man service was good , I had a issue with vacuuming she got them to wash the car all over again and personally monitored and sprayed down my dang tires herself to ensure service is good. She is the bomb and she won't let me tip her. Serious note , good service and not so expensive

They leave spots on your car and say it’s from a tree. I thought the guy didn’t speak English so I went to another individual and tried to explain that one of the spots is bubble gum, and he still said it’s from the tree. I’m not sure if that was what they were taught to say but I use to go every week but they have become lazy.

⭐ 1 Star — Would Give 0 if Possible Date of Service: 01/11/26 I brought in my brand-new suv for its first wash outside of the dealership. The vehicle still had paper tags and minimal road dust. I purchased the #2 Super Crystal wash with Carnauba hot wax. When the wash was completed, there were multiple visible areas of dirt on the rear of the vehicle. I pointed them out and two employees attempted to re-wipe the area. Even after they finished, dirt was still present. I ultimately requested a towel and wiped down the remaining areas myself while staff watched. The interior service was equally poor — visible stains remained around the cup holder and other areas that should have been cleaned based on the service purchased. For the price and the basic condition of the vehicle, the lack of attention to detail and quality control was unacceptable. My husband previously spoke highly of this location, which makes the experience even more disappointing. He suggested that the poor service may have been due to the fact that I am a woman. I would hope that is not the case, but the level of service I received raises concerns. I will not be returning and cannot recommend this wash based on today’s experience.

Damage your car and not take responsibility at all! I have a long crack in my windshield because of this place, and my car did not go through that car wash with a crack on it at all. manager kept trying to blame me and continue stating they’re not at fault call the police. Will never utilize this place ever again
