I paid $22 for an exterior-only wash on my new car, my car definitely got cleaner but watermarks, stains, and residue were still visible afterward. They didn't even wipe the water properly. Given the high ratings, I expected better results. Unfortunately, this wasn’t a good experience for me, and I likely won’t be returning.

They do really good work here with a lot of meticulous details. I live on the west side of Manhattan and when I come run errands in the area I always wash my car here. It’s half the price compared to Manhattan but much better work.

First time. About 3 cars ahead of me at 9:15am. Went through quickly. Exterior and undercarriage ($17) wash seemed effective when I inspected afterwards, but some bird poop was still on my car. I'll probably come back. Some of the drive-thru equipment is gimmicky (or geared towards kids). And I didn't really like seeing random equipment on the side and the rusty washer/dryers at the end of the tunnel -- just gives off vibes that things aren't carefully maintained, which reduces my overall confidence in their services.

Overall a solid car wash experience. It’s my second time going for both the exterior and interior clean. The interior job they do is great: vacuum, wheel wax, seat cleaning, cleaning mats, etc. However the machine wash of the exterior is mediocre - they do some additional cleaning as well but the machine certainly has its limitations and on a busy day some spots are missed. Overall would recommend just temper exterior expectations.

I have been a regular customer at this car wash for over a year. I have a Porsche Macan, and after the last time I had the interior detailed cleaning done, I noticed that the floor mat (right back seat) was missing. I went back to the car wash to inquire, and the staff looked through a pile of mats but didn’t find mine. I realized, looking at the pile, that they regularly forget to put mats back in cars and some mats disappear! Porsche floor mats are expensive, I cannot find only one mat to replace. I’m really unhappy about this. I won’t be going back to this car wash again. I am upset as mats (from Porsche bodyshop are pricey!).

The new go to! Loved my other place in Hackensack but living in Fort Lee, this is so close and very amazing. I pay for the top unlimited option and LOVE IT - also, it is automatic monthly so I don’t have to worry about remembering to bring my card. Also the staff is so nice, friendly and also I can go vacuum my car in the private car wash only area. The best car wash in Jersey for me. The unlimited plan is a no brainer and is the only option in my opinion. Great place and 8:30 - 9 AM opening hours is the best!

I’ve been a loyal customer to this car wash for 4 years and I have to say the guys really do a great job and never disappoint. This is not a perfect world and sometimes they miss spots here and there but that’s no big deal. The guys work hard under sweltering heat and freezing cold but they still do their job well. If you really want perfection, go to a professional detailer, leave your car for a day or more and pay premium price. To these gentlemen, keep up the good work and it’s always nice to see your friendly faces ready to serve loyal customers like me👍🏼

I admit that your staff did a good job in your cleaning services. However, I don’t think that you are that transparent about your monthly membership. The contract stipulates that you require at least 10 days before the next billing date to cancel your membership. And it has to be canceled on premise – we had to come to you in person to cancel as we could not do it over the phone or through the web since you guys don’t answer the phone or communicate at all through the website, text or your Facebook. I can attest that because I tried to contact you about the matter below and you did not respond to my text, phone calls or my emails. You make it really hard to cancel the membership. I call that unethical. Last week I drove up to cancel my membership – I parked my car by the self-cleaning area so that I can walk up to your staff to cancel my membership. There were no office and the only way to cancel is to talk to the guy in the entrance of the car wash. We had snowstorm for the past week and there were a lot of ice/snow that are accumulating on Rt. 5. You did clear the sidewalk – which are meant for public BUT you blocked the sidewalk with yellow tape saying that it is a liability if someone fell on the sidewalk. Your staff would not let me use the sidewalk. Instead, they said that I have to walk down on Rt. 5 on the road So the ONLY way that I can get to the entrance of your building to cancel my membership - is to walk on the spilled snow slippery road with oncoming traffic that is honking when the passed me because it is a dangerous place to walk (since you blocked the sidewalk). So let me get this correct - as long as you prevent yourself from being liable from lawsuit by blocking the sidewalk - you could not freaking care if you put your customers life in jeopardy because they have to walk on the highway? I saw a school kid that have to trudge on slippery ice mold because he does not want to walk on the road, and the sidewalk is closed by you. If that high school kid happened to slip and fall on the road and be killed in an accident – it will be YOUR fault. According to tort law - specifically in the area of negligence and strict liability – you WILL and CAN be sued for creating hazardous environment that cause death and accidents to people because you were blocking the sidewalk. You created unsafe environment by thinking that you are protecting yourself from liability but believe me it is less likely that people will get into accident walking through your sidewalk than walking on ice or the side of the road on incoming speeding traffic. I tried to reach out to you about this matter – aside from your “wow thanks for leaving us awesome reviews respond” – you pretty much don’t communicate elsewhere. You might do a good job cleaning vehicles but you neglect your responsibilities and duties to your customers and your community by incorrectly protecting your interest but not the people around you. I hope that no one gets hurt by your selfish action. I will not be back.
