★★☆☆☆ I am very very disappointed in having to write this review. I've been to this car wash exclusively ever since it's grand opening. They have always taken care of me, and when anyone asked of a good car wash place i sent them here. The people that work there or should i say used to work there were great people. Somewhere along the line they must have had personnel change because my recent visit has made me so mad that i am writing this article and i notified them that they no longer have my and my family's business. And i will no longer be recommending this place to anyone ever again. My dad wanted his car washed and so, after hearing all the praise i gave them, he decided to give them a shot. My dad took his nice car, as we call it, to the car wash to get it washed and waxed. He was told that they were going to close early, which is fine, but instead of sending him on his way they decided to put him down as the last customer. The condition my dad got the car back in was worse than when it arrived. There were scratches all over the hood, and not just surface scratches. These scratches were deep. They were in such a rush it seemed, that they didn't even bother to buff out the wax on large parts of the car. My dad was so furious he just left. And i spent that day buffing out the rest of the wax for him. I felt terrible because his car, which he only takes out on weekends or when we have company over, was left all scratched up. I felt even worse because his car is the only nice thing he has bought himself ever since coming to this country 26 years ago. I let my dad cool off and gave him some time. Meanwhile i took the liberty to go and talk to them, as i have been there many times and thought a loyal customer making a complaint would hold some weight and merit. Let me tell you when i went there there was no remorse, not even an apology. The person i spoke to even had the audacity to smile and laugh and asked me if i had the right place. Wouldnt even bother to call the manager when i asked for him. Honestly, when i went down there i didnt even want them to pay for damages or anything. All i really wanted was an apology and i didnt even get that. All i got was a business card. If the 2 stars don't give you any hint about this place or the long review i have left then think about it like this. If they are willing to laugh off a long time loyal customer which they had since their grand opening and treat them like a nobody, then how do you think they are going to treat a random person that just drove in down the street? All i went down there for was an apology but now they have no business from me, my family, and my friends.

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible. I will never go here again. DONT EVER BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I brought my Porsche here for a wash and wax. While cleaning my car, they scratched my window tinting. I complained and all they did was make excuses and blamed me. Now I need to pay a few hundred dollars to fix this myself!!! Worst car wash experience EVER!

★☆☆☆☆ Terrible customer service rushed me thru. Didnt ask what type of wash I was there for.just informed me I got a basic wash.Whereas I wanted the ultimate.Didn't clean the car good&had fingerprints on car glass.When tried to talk to Owner or person in charge very RUDE &brushed my concerns aside.even said he doesn't care if I come back.when I pointed out the issues of car still not being washed.3rd visit now Last Visit
