Somewhat fine not excellent but far better than machines washes. A-least you save your car from scratches. Finishing is done by wet towels makes no difference. Overall good

Had a very bad experience with this place on August 10th. I pulled in for a basic wash The guys soaped up my vehicle, I then proceeded forward to have the soap rinsed. Then continued forward where a foamy substance is dropped on the car but I had to stop due to it being busy... At this point the foam had reached my wipers. When the traffic proceeded to move, the foam was no longer dispensed. So the rest of my vehicle did not receive this treatment. I then continued through to have my car dried. I went to pay but didn't complain about the service that I did not receive, BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART. When I return to my vehicle after paying, I found one of the emblem letters dangling from my door. When I pointed out to one of the guys who seems to be in charge, he said it was not their fault and referred me to the auto parts store across the street to buy adhesive. They just lost themselves a long time weekly customer. I will be spreading my disappointment in them....

Went today for the Ultimate and it was worth the wait! It looked better than the day I drove it off the dealership lot three months ago. Will absolutely recommend Martin’s to friends and family. My car looks better than brand new.

A few years back it was the best but recently they are not doing a good job my car is black and you have to constantly point out dirty spots and when you ask to talk to someone in charge they all look at you as you are crazy I guess there in no one in charge. It's a shame it was the best in the area.

They treat the Hispanic and white customers great. But went over there today with my new Audi A7 and they didn't even do a standard job. Left bugs on my car, didn't wipe my ride down until I complained and raised hell. But why as black man do have have to raise hell to get the same service they were giving other with less expensive cars. Must of thought I was drug dealer or something but I'm a Doctor! Would not recommend them for this! In the end I got my car cleaned but there was some definite racism and hating going on there! Go elsewhere!!!

Don't go wash your car because they are stealing the things you leave inside the car. Terrible service. They called the police and since they wash your car for free, nothing happened there. They just made a report and nothing more. There are no guilty parties and the injured party is you because you pay to be robbed.

The car wash is great but sometimes you have to tell the supervisor to redo the cleaning on the outside of the car or clean the windows of the car again as they didn't clean it properly because if you tell them to redo it they get mad and refuse to do it. For most of the employees, they are super cool and nice.

Charged me 75 dollars and told me this is the best price for a freaking car wash as I was new to the car wash and said he will detail the heck out of my car. after getting my car there was still dust in the front touch SCREEN panel. meaning they didnt do anything. never again. scammers. places like this need to shut down

Dear customers, I inform you that in this business you have to be careful because you go to have your car washed and they make it look nice and in these processes they damage the paint and scratch it because the cars come and do not pour water on it to to be able to remove all that dirt before passing the cloths with Ryan's soap all the paint has happened to me and it has cost me $1700 to be able to remove all the scratches from my car with cars that have been on the street for three months.

They do a great job, when they want to. It feels like they move very fast and end up missing spots along the way. You need to pay attention as they do miss spots. I had to point out multiple areas where there was residue. Paid to have tires shined and ended up getting three out of four.

I was there 8/2/25. I Paid $27 for a car wash. I watched them vacuum and wipe the interior and then use the air gun after? My dashboard was covered in dust. My screen and console still had dust and finger prints all over it. I also paid for wax and the guy said I was finished. I told him I paid for the wax and he was adamant he did it already. I was standing next to my car the whole time so I know for a fact he didn’t. There was still dirt on the exterior that I pointed out… shouldn’t be there if he actually waxed. Definitely won’t be back

This is a very nice hand car wash with fast service. They do a good job on the exterior of your vehicle with an average clean in the interior. The price is competitive and the guys are always very friendly. Since wiping down the vehicles can become very routine, you may need to remind some of the employees to remove water in specific areas of your car, otherwise, the water will dry up and look like a "stain".

I've had a bad experience at this place. I've been several times, and every time they have a bad attitude, and on top of that, they leave the car looking like they didn't even wash it. The worst part is that there are five people working on one car, and they still don't do a good job. It's quite frustrating because you're paying for a service, and in the end, it's preferable to just clean the car at home instead of taking it there to be washed.
