This place is efficient with excellent customer service. The price is right $9 for just the outside and $23 for gold level which includes inside, outside and armoraled tires. I highly recommend this place and I will definitely return. $$

I usually avoid leaving negative reviews, but I felt compelled to share my recent experience at your car wash, which was quite unsettling. I opted for the platinum package, expecting top-notch service. Unfortunately, the interior was barely cleaned, and my leather seats ended up dirtier than when I arrived there were oil stains that seemed to come from a dirty rag. The exterior wasn't much better; there were missed spots and water streaks on all the windows. While I appreciate that the manager (or owner) tried to make amends by cleaning the car himself, it felt rushed and didn't address all the issues. To top it off, a piece of my AC vent is now missing likely due to overzealous cleaning, which adds another hassle to deal with. I also noticed a stain in my bumper that was not there before. I'm really hoping this feedback helps improve future experiences for other customers.

I needed a list minute appointment for a detail and the owner, Ali was able to fit me in the following day. Ali is professional and gives great customer service. The detail was amazing- him and his team did a great job. Car looks brand new. Highly recommend for a detail or wash for your car.

Very low quality wash and aggressive staff left my car damaged, unprofessional manager made it worse - I've never wrote a review like this, until now. Full Story below: My windshield has tons of scratches from unwashed rags cleaners dinged car body with the vacuum going in and out they let my door hit a metal box and it chipped a very small part of paint on my car. I asked for manager after the 2ND time my door hit the metal box about the damage He pointed out 4 other small dings on the car and said you have scratches all over the car... I told him "I came with those and they were MY fault, I got this one HERE so it is YOUR responsibility." He blamed his employee and told me to park outside and talk to him I told him no, this is the businesses issue. Then he asked if I wanted to take it out of the employees pay, so again... I told him he should take responsibility. He asked how do you want me to fix it, while walking around the car repeating I have other scratches. I said just give me 2 free Gold washes - costs maybe $46 (the chip is $50 to fix) and said "okay done, that's actually realistic for what it is, you're good to go" Did not give me any proof; I asked for something official and he signed the front of an empty envelope (in the picture) As I was leaving he aggressively told his friend about why I would make it a big deal in his own language infront of me banging a vacuum on a wall to show I guess how the vacuum couldn't damage the paint? But it was a metal box next to it. Weird behavior... Then he said something like "man to man you shouldn't make it a big deal" I said "I got here without the damage, and I'm leaving with damage from here" I had to ask to fix the issue and I didn't argue about the bad service or windshield damage. Managers, no matter what the complaint is, you make customers happy with something - damage or not. Extremely unprofessional.

I paid $30 for the most expensive package so everything could be cleaned throughout, but it was terrible. They didn’t even vacuum inside the storage area, the screen wasn’t wiped, there were stains everywhere, and streaks all across the car. Not sure if he was the manager, but he was rude — and the employees were also rushed and careless. I usually pay $12 elsewhere and get way better service. Definitely not worth the money.

Absolute worst!! Went in for exterior only car wash, they just sprinkled little water on the car before it got foamed and then immediately put the wash mitts and started scratching the whole car! I could hear the rough scratch sounds sitting inside. And the results speak for themselves, absolutely useless, left dirty, lost money and gained scratches!! Such careless job, don't take your car here if you care about it. Leave it in rain probably better than this

I am came Sunday morning before the rush. Paid for Platinum service on a SUV for $28 and received the most basic service. Wax was not applied (lights for wax did not flash), exterior was still dirty, vacuuming was rushed (still not clean). Hate to leave this review as I been going here for 15+ years and this seems to happen more frequently now.

Disappointing experience. I paid for the full “Platinum” service, yet my car was returned with frozen exterior parts and dirty seats, and I had to clean the interior myself after the “wash.” Cold weather is not an excuse for this level of service.

Attitude for no reason from all the workers. After vacuuming I noticed this huge sport on my rear view mirror. I asked one of the workers to help me and he couldn’t speak English so instead he looked at me really angry. After getting home I saw several missed spots all over my car, had to clean it myself. The attitude of all workers are extremely arrogant You’re better off cleaning the car at home with a bucket of water and some soap instead.

Horrible! Don’t go to this place at all, the guy that chargers you had a whole melt down because his machine isn’t accepting cards. He was super rude and screamed and rushed his workers to hurry up because the cars were backed up. This lead for him to hold a grudge and tell them to stop finishing my car when I paid for a full dashboard, mats, tire shine and vacuum inside. They did nothing but the mats and left everything else unclean. DO NOT GO TO THIS CARWASH! The Arabic guy will treat you with disrespect and won’t give what you pay for. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY! DONT GO! PICTURES SAY IT ALL HOW BADLY I WAS TREATED.
