They washed my car quite brutally (high pressure water flushed without pre-treatment), remaining somewhere obviously dirty however. Ridiculously, when I pointed out a dirty point, a staff just smeared with his fingers to get a “detailed cleaning”. Never come back again. Definitely don’t worth the money. The listed price implied a quite premium service but the actual situation was not.

This wash is amazing! We needed an ASAP wash for a last minute photoshoot. We called to ask the availability and surprisingly, the owner of the wash was the one who picked up! Props to you Bill! We needed in and out. High expectations sure, but the staff there understood. As soon as we got in, car was sprayed and moving down the line. The coolest part was that the manager there walked us through the whole washing process. I’m a car stickler and I gotta say, the work was great. I didn’t ask for a detail, but its sure felt like one. The photos speak for themselves. And you KNOW the A7 camera picks up imperfections when it sees it. I’ll be a regular here, great staff!

The enthusiasts choice! These guys did a great job of cleaning my car inside and out, the waiting room was extremely nice and it was an overall great experience. Bill was a really good dude who helped me get a discounted multi-wash pass, and enlightened me about all kinds of other services they offer. He’s a car guy, which is always nice. This is definitely my the new place for me to get my cars washed! Update: This place continues to exceed expectations - I forgot to mention the nice waiting area where there is a coffee machine and I’ve even taken calls for work.

Probably the best hand wash, and auto detailing car wash in the city of Chicago. The waiting lounge is the nicest I’ve ever been to. $44 for a TRUE hand car wash inside and out and including the tires and rims. They also have a full collision center. Couldn’t recommend them more! Next time I’m buying the wash package - saves you like $8 a wash if you buy in bulk.

Miscommunication on what would be charged and what would be cleaned. I paid $260 for a detailed that I was told would be inside and out. I didn’t expect much for inside since it was pretty clean but cleaning of floor mats from winter salt but that wasn’t done. After they said it was only a vacuum inside but inside wasn’t even vacuumed. I told Ricardo I would pay for the floor mats to be cleaned and he said that would be interior detail as well, after showing him that on the brochures it said $20 for floor mats he said it was $20 each floor mat. They took 3 hours for detail so I was expecting something close to showroom ready considering 4 people worked on my Escalade. On top of that outside still wasn’t done well.

This is my review by a five-year-old: I like River North Hand Car Wash because they have cookies and hot cocoa and water. The chairs can spin and I like spinning. The chairs at the tables look fancy and I like sitting there. Waiting is not boring because you can spin and eat cookies. I think this place is really good

I really like this place! I used to always pass by and after one visit I’d say I come in for washes pretty frequently now. I brought my gt500 in earlier today (which was filthy) and they cleaned her up very well! All the guys are always very welcoming and seem to have a genuine appreciation for cars. Greg was also great, he made me feel very comfortable and even added in a spray wax after I told him I was on my way to meet up with some car buddies.

I'm taking time out my day to say thanks to this car wash they are very professional they really detail the car really good like it's their car they treated we care and make sure they don't miss a spot. I went here for a ceramic coating to get all the scratches off my paint and I gotta say they really did a excellent job and I wanna think one of the workers Greg very nice guy he always tries to find you the best deals and always go over the work that has been done to make sure the workers ain't missing a spot. I really love this place. This is going to be long… take a seat. I purchased their full interior and exterior detail. The result - car was clean, sure, but every single door handle, top and bottom, were scuffed SO BADLY I couldn’t fathom giving back a customers car after that. They tried giving my car back to me like that, quickly noticed the roughness when I grabbed the handle to go in. A newbie worked on my car. Everyone starts somewhere but completely unprofessional to not tell the customer you damaged their car, and then for others to not even notice it. Pictures and videos are taken of the car before being handed off for a reason…. They tried offering 5 free car washes as a “courtesy” for the damage. 500 dollars. actually ridiculous. Let me get this straight. I PAID you 400 dollars for a service to make my car look BETTER and you DEVALUED my car. i paid you to devalue my car and waste my time. I demanded it to be fixed. They didn’t do a good job. I warned if it wasn’t perfect, like they were when i brought them in then I will keep coming back. I negotiated for my other exterior damages to be fixed because for some reason they were still trying to offer me car washes. I thought I could trust a detailer that had super cars in their shop everyday, but if you don’t have a supercar they probably will give your car to a newbie. I have a 2020 audi q7. not like i brought them something falling apart.

Consistently great service! Bill, Ricardo, Greg and all the guys working are really thorough. Had been getting washes there for 18 mos. Got a new car and mistakenly took it through a harsh mechanical wash when I was out of town- a mess of swirls. Also had some salt in carpet. I wanted it back to new again and the guys did a wonderful detail and clear coat correction as needed. Looks better than when it was delivered. Worth the price.
