This place is a joke. The guy at the beginning of the carwash sprayed my car with water only, no soap. Then, the things inside the carwash that clean the sides of your car, didn't even touch my car! Stick with Goo Goo if you don't want to waste your time and money!

Dont get a membership at this location they steal your money when you ask them to cancel your membership nd they just leave it active i cancled my member ship in october they charged me twice nd when i called them about it they gave me a bogous number to call and then stopped awnsering my call they are thieves they had told me they couldnt find my membership but turns out they cancled it an hr ago and i had tobcall a georgia location to find that out

I came at 6:45 they shut the vacuums off at 7:00 . Didn’t even get my money worth. Neither did the other customers. And the light skin with dreads told me they close at 7 . On the website it says 7:30

Advertised at $5 but is actually $8, half the free vacuums don’t work, place is dirty, and they don’t even offer towels. Go down the road almost to I-65 and you’ll get a better one.

Came here to get my car washed. They renovated the place again and gave more options that's available. They now offer $3 Monday washes. And also the other options are discounted. This place is always clean and need. You can get free vacuuming and they offer cleaning supplies and rags. However I haven't seen them give out air fresheners since they did their remodel. Unless the only give that out for people who select a certain higher car wash package.

The car was itself was as good as any other but the customer service was sorely lacking and some of the vacuums hardly worked. I had to move my car to get both sides vacuumed out. And when I mentioned it to the young man running the show today he said, " I can't do nothing about that". 😐 He could at least offer to let management know.

I used this place for the 1st time and loved it. I could smell the soap they used that cleaned my truck wonderfully. Also, make sure you stop at the barrel before entering to pay. Here is where you can per-soak your tires. I did this and my rims are still shinning after 1 week.

Though prices and options are exceptional Ispend good money on multiple vehicles with the premium wash. Always reliable for a great wash. There would not have been enough stars to rate if the vacuums were all available and the ones that are were operating properly most of the time. On multiple occasions have had to spend money elsewhere to vacuum..🤔The pre wash tubs awesome though 4stars it is. Get ALL vacuums working (consistently)Would be the best in the country

I rate this because I was shocked at the great quality of the 5$ wash. It's honestly a much better wash than my usual car wash at a different place and I would have been completely sold if the vacuum bays were kept up better and if all the vacuums were functioning properly. Such a let down. Bittersweet, but if I ever need A good exterior wash and I'm in the area I will choose this place again

My under carriage was ripped off at one of the facilities in Montgomery & they refused to pay for damages. I had a Membership for a couple of years on two vehicles. A 2012 Jaguar XJL Portfolio & A Maserati Ghibli. My advice is to never use this facility to clean your car. If your vehicle is damaged they will not honor responsibility. They actually said that my car was Damaged before I entered the wash. Smh... Will never use this facility again.

I purchased a $10 car Wash on April 3, 2024 for the unlimited wash for the month of April (Location 2395 E South Boulevard Montgomery AL); a young man took my Debit card into their office and came back with my card along with a scan sticker; I told the young man that I didn’t want my Debit charged any more after my 30 day trial; I went back to let the Manager there know that my Debit Card had been Charged $40 May 3, 2024/June 3, 2024 and July 3, 2024 without my permission; the manager went into the system and saw that my last time using my scan code was April 28, 2024; he saw that I hadn’t been back to their location May 3,June 3 nor July 3, 2024. I was told that they couldn’t give me back my $120 at the location but that I could send a detailed message to the main office and that they would refund me back my $120 being that I was erroneously charged for services I did not agree to. I did receive a $40 credit back to my debit card but remaining $80 had still not refunded. I’ve sent over 15 texts to the main office with no one calling me back explaining why my Debit card had been used without my permission after the end of April. I will continue to send texts and calling Rich’s East S boulevard Montgomery AL location until I’m refunded back the remaining $80 to my Debit Card! This is credit Card Fraud for anyone to have access to your Debit card without your permission.

I want to applaud Mauricio at the Rich’s Car Wash on Eastern Blvd. Saturday 10/5/24 this young man ran this car wash by himself as busy it was. I had an issue with my membership. The car wash was so busy, but this young man took time to come assist me get my membership updated and explain to me what I needed to do to save bucks on my membership. Not only did he assist me I did see that he was running back-and-forth assisting other customers as well. Never one time did he complain, even look like he was tired he did his job and did his job well. I really appreciate him and I think that he’s deserves a raise.

Friendly people, ease of use with a prewash station if you'd like to put in the muscle for the bugs on that front end. $3 wash was great , tried the $10 with tires this time, silicone shine on the tires may not be worth the exta7 , but if you have children it IS for the colored foam. Free vaccum and mat wash. Well worth a drop by.

I payed $15 for the Worst car wash experience ever, have spots still on my truck doors and also in the back tail gate didn't get wash at all . Would never recommend going here

Paid for tires shine, but never get it. When I ask about it I have to go through a lot of unnecessary talking. Poor business!!!
