This was my first visit to this location. There was a long line and the services offered were posted close to the wash but the guy came down asking what level of service I wanted. They should carry a laminated paper with all the service levels they offer if we are going to be asked well ahead of moving to the front of the line. The waiting area doesn't give you a view to see the progress made by the folks detailing your car so you have to keep coming out every few minutes to see if it is done or not. I did like the end result of my car detail so will be back but I think there is room for improvement in the operation aspect.

$50 for a Carwash and they tell me that it doesn’t come with vacuuming the mats after they were done with washing the exterior. However their website does say that vacuuming is included. Either they are incompetent or thieves. Either way they won’t ever get my business again.

I’ve always passed this place, so today I wanted to give them a try. I believe the guy who was shining my tires was not aware that his rag had tire cleaning substance on it, and it left traces around and on top of my car... I did not have fun cleaning up someone’s mistakes. I guess next time, I’ll check out the car before leaving the place.

I’ve been with Redwave Carwash for over 1yr now. As an individual who is constantly on the road, I find myself visiting Redwave Carwash 2-3 times a week, maximizing my monthly Redwave FastPass membership for carwashes and other great services they provide. For me, Redwave is convenient, affordable and they do great work. I definitely highly recommend them

Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Customer Service and Unjust Cancellation of Membership Dear Redwave Car Wash Management Team I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at your car wash location. I have been a member for approximately one year, primarily due to the convenience of your location near my workplace, despite never being fully satisfied with the quality of service. Two days ago, I approached the staff to request that my membership be canceled after the current billing period ended, as I no longer wished to continue beyond the upcoming monthly charge, which is typically processed on the 18th of each month. To my surprise and disappointment, the staff member I spoke with immediately and angrily canceled my membership on the spot. I pointed out that there were still 15 days remaining on my current paid period, and I asked if I would be able to use the services until that time. He rudely responded that I could not. When I asked if I would be refunded for the remaining days, he again said no, in a disrespectful manner. When I asked for his name, he angrily told me it was Santiago. I also requested to speak with a supervisor, and he refused. This experience was extremely upsetting and unprofessional. I believe employees play a critical role in shaping the reputation and success of a business, especially in today’s competitive market. Unfortunately, the behavior of this individual has left me with a very negative impression of your establishment. I hope this matter will be taken seriously and that appropriate steps will be taken to address such unprofessional conduct. I would also appreciate a response regarding any possibility of reimbursement for the unused portion of my membership. Sincerely, Ali

Car wash did a poor job. I asked the attendant if I could run it through again and he said I didnt buy an expensive enough wash and told me I could not run through the automatic wash again. Unacceptable.

Avoid this car wash. Dishonest and rude employees. I have been going to this car wash long before it was Redwave. I drove up and paid for a LAVA wash as advertised. I even asked the attendant the cost for the LAVA wash before buying it. He stated $20 for the LAVA wash which is also $20 on their website. I went through the wash and with the LAVA wash, a large amount of soap drops on your vehicle when you enter the wash. This did not happen. I went back through the line to let the attendant know that the LAVA did not drop on my car and could he send me back through. He insisted I would have to pay $5.00 more to go back through the wash to get what I originally paid for. I said you know you sold me a LAVA wash and I did not get it. He did not care and continued to to tell me I would need to pay $5.00 more. This was very frustrating. They lost a really good customer because an employee tried to screw me out of 5 more dollars for an error on their part. Three cars a week. If you like this kind of treatment, keep going to this dishonest car wash.

My Palisade had gotten extremely dirty inside and out from moving. Without an appointment, I brought it in to Redwave and asked for the full detail package. They fit me in on a busy Saturday afternoon and did a FANTASTIC job on the car. It looks brand new!! They also made sure to show me where they put the mats and that they weren’t quite dry so they put paper mats in as well. Since they had the car for several hours, I went home and they called and text me when it was ready. The team who worked on it was so nice and wanted to be sure everything was perfect for me. Great service!! I will be back!!

The service guy Oscar pulled the wiper down and broke it .. on insisting that he broke it says there is glue.. I asked the owners number and he says I have to write a review to reach the owner. Or call a number that it is with him. Update on 04June- Well i have send multiple email to your email without acknowledgment not sure when you drew a conclusion and communicated the same to me however just that you know , right after the incident i took to Mbplano who also verified there was no sign of glue in the broken arm .. i still have the arm with me if you want to verify it again

Went through the wash with my truck and the front and back were still dirty. The agent argued with me showed me a sign that said nothing by just looking and said I should paid extra to do pressure wash. I said I would’ve done that had it been suggested before the sale was completed. Don’t go!

Have always used the “cheap wash” and that was fine for me. Today we did the $35 wash and the 2017 has never looked so good inside and out. Must have spent an hour on this thing! Showroom condition!

Worst experience ever. After my car was still coated in soap, asked for a rag. Was told no that I had to pay for it after spending 25$ on a wash. Asked for a rewash, was told no. Had to beg for a rag to try to dry my car off and was then yelled at no. I’ve never written a review in my life. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere. I was kind and just walked away. Do better, this is terrible.

I have used Redwave for several years without issue. Unfortunately, on a recent visit, the wash equipment broke off one of the trim pieces on my Mercedes door handle. Manager Oscar reviewed the security video that showed the damage occurring and handled the problem extremely professionally and to my satisfaction. You know, these thing happen from time to time especially with anything mechanical. Instead of getting angry, I found that how someone handles problems and finds a solution is much better the any amount of screaming or yelling. I highly recommend Redwave and will continue to use. My appreciation to Oscar and his team for taking care of this issue!

Tested out Red wave a few times before ultimately buying a monthly pass. Great wash from top to bottom and undercarriage. Employees are great, will give vehicle good prescription to get stubborn bugs off. Free vacuums and covered parking around back to do it.

I've been a loyal customer of Redwave Carwash at 8020 Coit Rd, Plano, TX 75025 for over a year. However, my recent experience was absolutely terrible. The car wash machine severely damaged my car's bumper, and the management's response was appalling. They outright refused to take any responsibility and were extremely rude and unprofessional. They didn't even pretend to care about my concerns. I strongly advise against using this car wash. There are several new car washes nearby with better service and accountability. Take your business elsewhere and avoid the headache.

This is a place just to go for a quick car wash and not expect anything perfect. Their driers don’t work effectively leaving the water and soap foam unwashed many times. Plus they keep removing a few parts on the car wash line everytime you go and it’s not the same. Last time around I saw a super force sprinkler that kind of removed all dirt with just the precise force but it was gone now. They got ample vacuum cleaners outside which is a plus

Update in response to management: I pulled up to the car wash, parked by the front and got out, asked the employee at the front how much for full in/out detail for my truck, he qouted me $100, I double confirmed with him to make sure for full in/out detail for everything which he said it's $100 & he confirmed so I paid cash and he told me to go to bay 4 in the back and moved the cones for me. I go into the waiting area with my daughter, where I first met the manager who seemed very polite and soft spoken when I asked for change for vending machine to get snacks for my daughter. Some time pass, the guy said he was done with my vehicle, so I tiped him $10 & said thank you prior to looking at my vehicle. I inspected my truck and noticed the back wasn't washed or touched (and as you see in the video even my short arms can reach all the way to the middle which means it could have been washed from both sides). Wheels where being cleaned with dirty towel and I told the guy washing it to redo the dirty wheels properly it and he grabs dirty towel once again to try to clean it without even spraying water or any cleaning products on it resulting in just smugging more dirty stuff on to it (as you can see in my video, I simply sprayed and cleaned off the wheel easily when I redid it) they claimed my wheels and truck had grease on it which it did not, it was just dirty but even a basic wash should have cleaned the entire truck and wheels which wasn't what I asked for and their in/out online states 69.99 but I got charged $100 & the employee up front told me a lie saying it was full in/out detail but the manager is saying their basic wash at the end of it. When I brought it up to the manager about all of it and even showed him he did not have same tone of voice, how he spoke to me in the same manner in the waiting room prior to the wash is why I said he was arguing back with me instead of fixing the issues that's clearly visible that I pointed out that they caused and not cleaning properly he wanted to go back and forth with me in a different manner than how he spoke to me prior which is argumentative. And only reason I did not raise he'll on the spot was because my 6 years old daughter was with me. Even if it was a basic wash, which I did not ask for at the front, not a customer's fault their employees are committing fraud by false advertising and giving customers improper qoutes up front. And as you can see in the video it wasn't just few spots. I had to re-clean the entire vehicle and completely also redo all the wheels. There is absolutely no excuse, the management reply back shows lack of accountability for their employees and their own managers mistakes. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!!!! Horrible paid 100 for dirty truck and wheels. Brought it up to the manager, and he was being argumentative in front of my 6 years daughter, so I knew I couldn't be civil with this person to get it done properly, so I left. I had to reclean everything properly. Wasted my $100 for in/out detail + Tip $10 I gave before looking at my vehicle and wasted more time re-cleaning that they failed to do myself.
