The customer service here is outstanding! However, I noticed that they use old shop towels, similar to those used by mechanics, which could potentially scratch the customer's paint or harm the interior. It would be great if the management or owner considered investing in microfiber towels instead. They're affordable and overall better product for drying vehicles and cleaning the interior. That is the reason why a lot of professional detailers use them and recommend them.

One of their employees volunteered to change my tire that had a nail in it at 7:30 AM when it was only 20° outside! Thank you so, so much for being so kind. He didn't hesitate for a moment to offer to help when he saw me pull over in the adjacent parking lot. His name was something like Arturo? I wish I had written it down. When there's so much bad in the world, people like him reaffirm your faith in humanity.

I was told that a detail would take 45 minutes. I am sending a car to my daughter in Washington state and I asked for the works. I was told the car is not that dirty but we will vacuum everything and make sure it is nice. An hour and a half later I was told my car was ready and there looked as if the back of the car had not been cleaned. I was asked for the receipt as if I was being questioned about the services I was paying for. I have now been here for over 2 hours and only the gentleman wiping off the car asked me if everything was ok. They are about to close at 6 and the receptionist has seen me coming in and out for almost a half shift and has not asked me if anything is wrong. I am very disappointed as I was recommended to this car wash and I will not be returning as people have come and gone through the 2plus hours and I’m still waiting 😫

Great no touch carwash, it uses high pressured water and soap and they hand dry it after The only thing i dont like is that they put your keys on your rear driver side tire for some reason. Its to indicate something but its gross

The workers were nice, but I paid for a full interior clean and there is dirt and smudges everywhere inside my car. It doesn’t even look like they touched the inside besides the windows. The outside looks clean, but I wouldn’t bother paying for any type of interior clean at this establishment. Really disappointed overall in the quality of the work for the price they charge. I will not be back.

Went here for a clean and they didn’t do very well. I really needed help with this dog hair and apparently they do too. It’s clean dog hair now but really? I hate leaving negative reviews too.

Vehicle looks great. Not a bad wait. Definitely prefer over the drive through car washes. Will use again and again.

Super nice service got here right before 6 and they didn’t huff and puff, were very courteous and paid attention to detail. Unfortunately i couldn’t do the $50 service because that takes them an hour, but it looked like i did after the $25 service. They had 5 sets of hands at one point in the process. I was looking for a place that didn’t use the brushes because they scratch and get stuck at times in the crevices of my car and i hates them for a car that would cost an arm and a l leg to fix paint. This is the place to take your well cared cars to. Don’t forget to tip! Tips are shared so just put them in the box outside.

They cleaned my car just fine but the employees steal so be careful leaving anything behind. I had my handicap parking hanger stolen of all things. I tried calling to let them know and no one answers

The manager is amazing! My tint was accidentally scratched and they reimbursed me, and when my sunglasses were broken, they even repaired them! This car wash is amazing! Update: they wrote on my window again scratching my tint and causing me to get it replaced again. When I went to tell the employee to not write on my windows it was already too late. I brought it to the manager and offending employee’s attention because at this point they need to stop writing on the interior of windows where they are damaging tint. During this conversation, the employee begins to berate me. Telling me that I need to put a note in my window to tell them not to write on the inside of my windows, and how he didn’t want to pay for the damages. I’ll do them one better. I replaced my scratched tint, and I won’t be coming back. Problem solved.

The touchless car wash machine is okay, the problem I had is with the people wiping down the car afterwards. I repeatedly saw them throwing each other the towels, they would hit the ground, then the other would pick up the towel and wipe my car with it. This inevitably scratches up the paint. Literally the most basic rule of washing a car is that you don’t use a towel once it’s been dropped.

I’ve been coming to Red Carpet since I was a new teen driver. Always great service, always well staffed and I’ve never driven off without a smile on my face seeing my car clean. I’ve traded up since my teen years and I own a luxury vehicle that I wouldn’t dare run through a regular car wash… only touch less car washes for it. Red Carpet is one of the only touch free car washes in the Ft. Worth area and I love that the waiting room is filled with windows and chairs so you can watch your car being cleaned. If you’re a coffee drinker, they have an automated machine that offers free coffee, decade coffee or espresso. If you’d like a drink, they have a vending machine that offers water, Dr. Pepper, Sunkist, Coke, Monster, Hawaiian Punch and Squirt for $2.25 a can. If you need a snack, they have a vending machine filled with crackers, candy, chips and sweets. The halls are lined with card racks filled with cards for any occasion. They also offer scents for your vehicle and even sell handbags in the lobby. It’s a comfortable and easy wait for your car. On the way out, they have a tip bin to deposit your tip before getting in your car and driving away - easy and quick. I highly recommend if you need your car washed but don’t want to drive away with swirls in the paint lol!

Every time I come here, I have to remind them to do the basics that are supposed to be included—like vacuuming or drying the car properly. When I drive away, water is still dripping from everywhere. Today, they charged me an extra $12 to wipe down the back seats, and they didn’t even touch them. No vacuuming, no wipe-down. I told the manager, Jaime, and all he said was, “I don’t know, bro,” and walked away. It just keeps getting worse every time. Edit: I payed extra for y’all to clean the back seats y’all did not touch them at all. Trash car wash.

Took my SUV in Tue morning, a day they aren’t busy and was disappointed in the wash I got . The outside of my SUV looked descent but on my windshield, there was still big splats on my driver side of the window. It’s like only one side of my front windshield was cleaned and the inside passenger door still had dust particles on it and a spot of mud that nobody cleaned off . The prices online don’t match when you get there either

Unbelievable. They charge for a car wash but can't be bothered to include vacuuming, a ONE MINUTE task. Other car washes literally offer free vacuums to the general public, and this business can't include it in a service you're paying for? The logic here is baffling. Absolutely ridiculous. Yes, you read that correct. The basic car wash does not include vacuuming. Note to management, this needs to change asap. Who thought of this? Insane. Never going back.

It was a mediocre experience. Got cat called on my way to my car by a staff member, was told *after* I paid, that I would have to pay an additional $15-$20 to vacuum the pet hair in my car, even though no where on the website does it say that. (I've vacuumed up way more hair from my car than what was there today without a problem), however, I was not charged for that in the end. I added an additional wipe down to my doors, steering wheel, and console, which wasn't done and they didn't even clean my back right window. Ultimately, I came home and finished the job that I paid extra for them to do. I will say they did a great job vacuuming and the tar that's been stuck to my drivers side came off better this time, but still needs additional work (which I know is an extra fee.) But a credit to the car wash itself. Overall, not that impressed and glad I didn't spend the $75 for the "super clean," seeing how the "ultra clean" only came out as mostly clean.

I wouldn't recommend coming here if you have a higher end car. I initially came here because they said they're the only no touch car wash in Fort Worth, and I really didn't want scratches on my brand new car. Only for them to brutalize it with dry microfiber towels once it left the automated portion of the wash. I've attached multiple photos of the brand new scratches and microfiber swirls all over the exterior of the car. Additionally, I had to wait two hours for them to finish my car. They told me it was going to be a bit of a wait and I was okay with that, but once they finished cleaning my car the first time around they decided it was still dirty and put my car back in line. They didn't tell me this however, so ten minutes passed after I saw my car pass through the tunnel and I went outside to look for my car and all the workers didn't seem to know what happened to it. I had to walk to the back and find it on my own, and it was sitting fourth in line. After all this, there are still parts of the front and back that are still dirty enough that when I touch the car my fingers come away with dust/dirt. This is mostly on the front and the back of the car. Like I mentioned before, this is a brand new car, and I've essentially been the only person in it. Needless to say, the interior didn't need much attention. Which makes it way worse because they literally left it dirtier than they found it. The arm rest on the driver's side door is covered it dirt marks that weren't there before with more in the backseat, albeit not as much. Additionally, the whole car smelled of mildew when I got back in it. Thankfully, the smell went away fairly quickly, but they also left red microfibers all over the car exterior and the center console, where they wiped it down. Needless to say, I'm going to be throwing the 1 dollar off coupon that they gave me after I paid straight into the trash. It's of no use to me.

The pride, quality and value for what you spend has GONE DOWN HILL COMPLETELY. I just spent $50 for an INTERIOR full service cleaning ONLY. They were done in LESS than 10 minutes and that INCLUDES the time I talked to the Manager who could care less that they job was not completed sufficiently. And no, there weren't 10 people doing it - it was a complete waste of time and money and I will NEVER drive the 25 miles to get to this retailer again. Ever. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. EDIT: I ASKED to speak with the manager, if the person I spoke to was NOT the manager, that was NOT indicated. I will be adding pictures soon.

If you care about your things just wash your car yourself lol. No floor matts are removed. No trash was removed, just a whole bunch of windex or whatever they use and whipe it down once and hopefully the sun dries it out. Treating everyones car with aggressive acceleration when moving, just to move 1ft lol Ridiculous. Also they just casually moved my vehicle and hoping the concrete wheele stop does its job in the shoping center next to it.
