Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere!!! I asked for a complete inside and out detail for $140 (I was even willing to pay more if he thought the condition was bad) - I dropped my vehicle off at 11am, was told it would be ready by 3:30. I told him I have work at 4pm and he said “it shouldn’t be a problem.” I received a call at 2:30pm saying my car was “drying” and he needed more time and it would be done around 5. At 5pm, I still didn’t hear back. So I call and say I’m on my way to get my vehicle. He proceeds to tell me he needs another 30 mins. I decline and show up to him cleaning another person’s vehicle. I was BEYOND excited to get my car back. And let me say… My jaw dropped when I saw my vehicle, almost completely untouched. Outside was not touched once. He vacuumed the inside of my car a bit and maybe wet my seats a little at the absolute most. I am now arriving to work 2 hours late, with damp seats that are still covered in hair. 6 hours later and $30 in Uber fares. He had the audacity to ask if I wanted to bring it back. ABSOLUTELY NOT. Paid him $40 for whatever the hell he did. So disappointing.
