My experience with Carnation has been incredible, they are kind, courteous and very professional. I have had other monthly car wash with different cash washes this has been the best in my pass 7 years with all of my cars.

I’ve visited this location twice now, and unfortunately each time I’ve experienced unpleasant and unprofessional behavior from the staff. What used to be a friendly and welcoming place seems to have declined, likely due to staff changes. To make matters worse, I recently used one of their air freshener bottles to wipe my interior, and instead of leaving a fresh scent, my car ended up smelling like urine (I had to wash my hands several time.) Very disappointing experience overall.

Really disappointed with the service i received today. I went in looking for a good detail on the new-to-me car i recently purchased. I told the attendant i was looking for a new car feel and he recommended the $100 carnation service. My understanding was this would be a mostly inclusive service with vacuuming, shampooing, wiping down, the whole works. The first attendant i spoke to was nice and friendly but I couldn't get instructions or help from any other employee once i passed his line. The service took 45 min-1 hour and then one of the cleaners came to grab me. I was immediately disappointed once seeing my car. Nobody went over what i was looking for before or after the service. I'm not the person to look for something wrong, but one of the trouble spots i immediately noticed was the cupholders still appearing oily. I had a napkin and wiped it out and it came back black (picture included) the seats looked like they had been vacuumed but they still had stains and/water marks. I try to give the benefit of the doubt but on the steering wheel there were still crumbs and particles in the cracks and especially under the level for the cruise control. The driver door hadn't even been wiped out at all. I flagged down one of the cleaners and showed her how it was still dirty and she wiped it down with a towel again but it was a dry towel and she had no cleaning product. She apologized explaining that she was new. A towel wouldn't be able to get into the cracks and crevices so i understand how it was still dirty, but i could have wiped down my vehicle myself. I went to a detailing place to get to the places I couldn't reach. I asked her about whether the seats were shampooed and she said that that wasn't included in the $100 service that i would have to get the $200 one instead. I wasn't advertised this option when choosing initially. After she wiped it down again i settled back in my vehicle and noticed the roof wasnt even touched, nor were the visors. There was still hair on them and large stains. I also saw the tape from the dealers papers still on my window with all the residue. I really thought they would take off easily grab able tape, even if the residue stayed. The vacuuming looked great however and so ill keep a star for that but overall this premium package wasnt at all what i thought it would be and I'm really disappointed. Also for any members of management reading this, there is a fake outlet sticker on the wall of the customer lounge. Pretty disappointing when i went to plug in my charger while waiting.

Carnation Auto Plaza..... We took SUPER SHINE ($17 package) for our Tesla car. No waiting time (around 11 am on Saturday) - just a car was ahead of us. It passes of very quickly. Entire car was took about three minutes only. At the end, the gentleman doing the tyre cleaning service too did a great job on his part. Overall, reliable, good work. You can try once and see for yourselves!

The customer service is very bad. My vehicle did not get clean. The guy work there ask me what service package i bought i say the top package where you dry my vehicle on the outside and do my tire. He was asking like he did not want to redo my vehicle and I have ultimate car wash. Today when I went there he let other customers get in front of me. Finally I decided just to cancel my membership today. And the manger was there and did not come to me and say she was sorry this happened. Did not say anything to the guy either. I feel this a very racist company. I ask for a refund and they did not give me a full refund.

Worst car wash ever. This place has slowly been going downhill and today was the worst by far. The worker guiding me into the wash had me misaligned and I had to stop and go back. This caused the timing for each stage of the was to be off so my car can out soaked and still covered in soap. The worker at the end just dried it all up and left it so streaky. $25 for an automated wash and poor towel dry is too much. Will not be going back.

Great location. Stays pretty busy but usually easy to get a bay to vacuum and clean interior. Rags and sprays consistently available, vacuums must always work well. Reasonable prices.

Convenient but The car did not get fully washed. There was a lots of dirt left. Streaks on windows. Dryer did not dry.. And this was suppose to be an ultimate wash … I will not be back

Car wash was obviously broken and not functioning, left soap all over my car but they were still taking people's money. Went to go speak with them about it and the woman told me to pull around so theh could hose off my car. Left spots and still soap all over the car. Terrible experience knowing that they were more interested in taking money than good service.

I hate that their towela are always wet. Wet towels leave streaks. I'm going to stop going to this car wash if they keep giving us wet towels. We pay monthly, so when I go down there, I expect everything to be up to par and from the first time that I have went there they always have wet towels. Then they give glas cleaner for the windows, but what's the point if the towels are already wet. They need to fix this or they will lose many customers. Also, they need to make sure that all of the vacuums are working properly.

I’ve been a loyal Carnation Auto Spa member for about 4 years, and I’ve always had great experiences at other locations, especially in McKinney. Unfortunately, this particular location has been very disappointing and does not meet the expectations of a long-time paying customer. This location has been closed for almost two weeks, while other Carnation Auto Spa locations remained open. When I spoke with a manager, I was told the closure was due to cold weather, yet my membership was still charged for the full month with no adjustment or credit. When the location did reopen, I requested a full service wash, but was told it wasn’t available because there were not enough workers. I then asked for interior-only service, and was told that workers were busy doing other tasks. As a paying member, it was frustrating to be turned away despite being charged continuously. If this location cannot handle the volume of vehicles or maintain proper staffing, there should be limits in place or adjustments made for loyal customers who are paying monthly and not receiving the services promised. I’ve always supported Carnation Auto Spa, but this experience has made me seriously reconsider my membership. I hope management addresses these issues and takes better care of long-term customers moving forward. I then asked for the site manager information and was provided with a card that had a phone number that did not work, very unacceptable.

5 stars Carnation Auto Spa at Plano and Campbell is hands-down the best car wash experience around. From the moment you arrive, you’re treated with genuine respect and kindness. The staff is incredibly attentive and always has a smile on their face. They take real pride in making sure your vehicle looks its absolute best—every time I leave, it feels like I’m driving a brand-new car! One of my favorite parts is relaxing on their patio while the team works their magic. It’s a peaceful little escape in the middle of the day. I always leave with a beautifully detailed car and a better mood. Thanks to everyone there for consistently excellent service. Highly recommend!

Visited 10/13. Professional and received a little surprise at checkout! Waiting area is clean and simple with coffee, water, news, restroom and comfy chairs. Mini Detail is on par with same service at Tommy Terrifics, but about $30 less. All in all a great detail and they removed every single pet hair. (*Kudos to Jose for tackling the back seat!!)

I have unlimited care but the never properly dry my car i have to do it every time and on unlimited they suppose to shine my tires but they didn’t and i can say there’s Spanish workers they are so mean and I asked them about my tires and I said i will do it he just ignored me i will recommend please don’t come here
