I took my wife's car through Rally's touch less car wash in Norwood and that was a mistake. It missed about 20% of her car and streaked the luggage rack. This was the first time this car had been through a car wash since we bought it and actually I hand washed it my self every time. So I called the number on the building and received a call back from who I believe was the owner. Needless to say he failed customer service 101. All he was interested in was telling me how his car wash did not do this to my car and that it must of happened elsewhere. I am absolutely positive that it went in the car wash without streaks and that it came out with a streaked discolored luggage rack. He could have handled this in a much different way to at least showed some care and concern that someones car was damaged at his facility.

The Drive Thru used to be awesome and I visited every 2 weeks now I only go if nothing else is available. I pay almost $15.00 for a so called Premium Wash when I may as well got the cheapest wash. The so-called premium wash states that you get the works. Well, that used to be true but not anymore. Your car still has dirt on it, wheels/wheel covers are still dirty as well as the back end of your car and the heat blow dry dries less than 1/3 of your car the back end of your car is never dry anymore. Maybe the Drive Thru needs to be serviced. I have been looking for a new Car Wash. I used to go to Mike's Car Wash in Beechmont the only reason I stopped was because of the distance I had to go and the price. But Mike's Car Wash does a great job. I guess I will have to start making that drive again.

Great Carwash. Everything works here. If I had to pick something it would be the air blower to dry off car. It just blows cold air so I am guessing it’s the outside air. Be nice if it was warm air that came out. But definitely my once a week Carwash. Bay areas are kept clean and machines are stocked

Very expensive for the amount of time you’re given to use the machines. I used the self wash and half of the options didn’t work, and took a lot of time to switch between options... which runs on the time you’re given. There credit card charges are very confusing.. they charge $2.50 every time you swipe it. But I love their dog bath area! Very useful.

Best self-service car wash within a 5-mile radius of University of Cincinnati. There are 4 self-service wash bays and 1 touch less wash bay. Both quarters and credit cards are accepted. The location is safe and clean. However, the price is slightly higher than other locations. Minimum payment to start the machine is $3.00 and that gets you 4 minutes. The price for the touch less wash ranges from $8 to $14. There are a lot of options for the self service wash- tire cleaner, wheel cleaner, presoak, high pressure soap, bubble bath, high pressure rinse, conditioner, clear coat protectant, spot-free rinse, and blow-dry. Do NOT use the provided brush on your paint though, the paintwork will get scratched. Bring your own wash mitt.

Second time going to use the vacuums here. My first experience was great so I was surprised to be let down today. Vacuum 5 took my dollar coin, but it got stuck. Once I managed to push it down, it didn’t give me credit. “Fine then” I thought. Went to vacuum 4 and it hardly had any power for something making lots of noise! Was going to try my luck on the machine next to vacuum 4 (maybe 3?) but I didn’t want to deal with any more issues. Update: Changed the review from 2 stars to 4 stars. Manager gave me a call and got my address to send me a refund for the services I used today!

Be careful if you use a credit card, it appears it charges your card $15 initially. I only used 5.25 worth of time, we'll have to see how much actually posts on my account. Also, if you use a credit card the water will run till you stop or hit, I guess, the $15 charge amount, it does not stop at 4, 5 or 6 minutes like it does when you deposit cash. Over all happy with the appearance, cleanliness and performance. I would go back. 10292020 - update: the proper amount was charged to my credit card, thank you.

This has gone from one of the best car washes to one of the worst. I don't think they ever clean or change the bubble brush all it did was push dirt around on my car it honestly looked better dirty. Secondly the pre soak option does not work on any of the bays I have tried them all. Guess I will be finding a new car wash since this one has gone downhill quick.

I washed my vehicle in the bay area minus rinsing it to assure myself a clean wash job before driving through the automatic wash and wax only to pay and it was out of order and yet no sign was posted, $14.00. I then had to return back to the bay area to finish cleaning my vehicle. I've been going there for years, my overall experience has been very good though, its clean and well kept. Everyone has occasionally has an off day🤔

Haven't used the automatic bay, nor do I plan to. People don't know that those things never get cleaned or rare for it, having all those brushes to touch many cars which result in a lot of cars looking somewhat clean but damaging the paint. Then people complain why their car isn't clean LOL. Anyways, I've used the self car wash bays, hand washing myself is better. It does take debit/credit cards, mainly using the soap, then soap foam from gun & spotless rinse. The vacuum stations are $2 in quarters which is a bit more expensive than what I used to back in LA being $1, the air pressure isn't that strong. Although there is an option for either short time but strong vacuum or low vacuum but longer time. Even then it doesn't even feel like longer, feels about 3mins rather than 4mins. -1 star for $2 vacuum & suction isn't strong to begin with. Not much of a difference.

I take my car here and nowhere else rather frequently. Good cleaning supplies and equipment. Not too expensive; you can do a full wash for less than ten dollars if you hustle. I haven't tried the automatic wash, just the self-serve. They have Blackjack pads in their vending machine which is fantastic to use of your car has black trim. I applied it to my interior and it looks like new. I haven't tried it out on the tires, but I imagine it would be the same.

This is the first time I went here. Actually I am not that experienced with these self car was bays. Anyway I will definitely go next month as well. From the next time onwards I would: 1. Not use the pre-soak and the air dryer. 2. I have a doubt about the tyre cleaner too. But will give a try next time as well. 3. Basically what I learnt is that, you can use high pressure soap first , then the brush and next high pressure water. Also other additions like three color conditioner did give a shining look for our car. Also I think you can turn the knob in to the 'STOP' position if you need to pause the timer in the middle. For cases like when you want to give a good scrub with the brush.. And after I finished I clicked on the red colored "stop" BUTTON. Otherwise I think I would be charged $15. But this case I was able to finish it within about $10. Anyway with the new things I learnt today, I will probably be able to lower the cost next time :)

I wouldn't recommend this car wash to anyone; it's terrible. I paid 13 dollars.

What a great place to scrub a drunk elementary school teachers puke out of your uber car... understandable seeing as she has to deal with other people's snotty kids all day. Just be sure to make it OUT the window next time please. Sorry about the cleaning charge.. but it smelled Realllllly bad...

Just paid 13 bucks to get half my car washed and it didn't even do a good job on the half it washed.. edit. I will say the owner got back with me in a timely manner (within mins) and as issued a return for my moneys.. I'll say that is good customer service..
