Good car wash but went online to cancel my account and still got charged a monthly fee. Tried to send email to the stated address on the website and it doesn’t work and the voicemail box is full. I cannot come to the store to cancel.

I recently moved to the area and have tried at least four chain car washes(Zips, Whitewater, Caliber, 5 star) near my home and none of them got my car as clean as this one did. Did it get every tiny stuck on speck of dirt? No, and I haven't found a ton of car wash that does get every single bug off the front bumper with one pass, But this one came the closest. I'll be heading by later this month to get memberships for all my vehicles! My bumper is also already slightly damaged, and yet the equipment didn't make it worse.

DRIVE THRU CARWASH 5$ Dollar basic wash is my choice. Although you can choose any level of wash and wax services. Vacuums are free to use before or after your wash. Employees are friendly and helpful. Clean safe environment. Stop on by you won't be disappointed.

*UPDATE* If this wash damages your car, and it will, (check reviews) they won't pay to fix. They will mock you and tell you they're not responsible. REGIONAL MANAGER MICHAEL GRAY IS A FRAUD. Look at the picture I've added. All four of my factory wheel covers were damaged by their high pressure jets. The jets that come on immediately as you enter. They of course refused to acknowledge fault, and obviously didn't pay. You have to ask yourselves, is the free air freshener and $3 wash worth the damage. For me, the $3 wash cost me $150 in repairs.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!! believe the reviews the people are nice but they will damage your car and DO NOTHING about it! Went for a tire detail cleaning wash was $10 but for a $10 wash their machines broke off the cars antenna and tires are still dirty

Terrible service, went thru the drive thru car wash here and a metal tire cover from a previous car was lodged under my car causing damage the manager was off that day and was contacted over the phone and was very rude didn't do anything about it My alignment is messed up the wheel will not go straight like it was before the metal tire cover that was lodged under my vehicle thru my system off and not sure what fluid is leaking under my car will be going to get it diagnosed This car wash needs to take care of this I don't want to have to take it where it needs to go do what's right fix this situation and my car and everything will be alright

I love this car wash. They've recently changed their name to "Blue Tropics" which is a great name for a car wash. They're always making improvements to their equipment and exterior. Friendly & helpful staff. They flow with the holidays. Gave out candy for Halloween. I've got the monthly package. Tire dressing, & graphite has me rolling in style & looking good I love driving in whenever my ride is looking a little dusty. In TX a clean car & sunglasses gets you set for a fabulous day 😀 ahead!

Asked when I pulled in if their tire shine worked and they said yes. Traveled 12 miles away and had to stop for gas. I looked down and there was NO tire shine on my tires. Drove the return 12 miles and all I got was lip. This not the first time this has happened. Noticed it before when I got home 40 miles away in Dallas. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!!!

I’d give this place negative stars if I could. Their equipment caused expensive damage to my car and now they’re being shady and also lying, because the owner is scared of talking to customers. Their equipment broke my car. It’s close to $1,000 to replace this piece, because of how thoroughly their equipment broke it. Nearly 3 weeks after we filed a report with the manager on duty, some random dude named Dan finally calls us back to say they’re not doing anything to address this. They say there’s a video that I can’t see that shows the damage was already there. HOWEVER, they can’t share that with me. The car wasn’t damaged 5 minutes before we got to the car wash, because I would have clearly seen it, having gotten in on that side of the car a few minutes prior. I asked Dan to let me speak to the supervisor, and he told me I needed to speak to Larry, and gave me the phone number to the phone Dan was currently holding in his hand. Dan, who has not last name, refused to give me a way to contact his supervisor, so I really have no choice but to tattle on him to the internet. I’ve never encountered such shady business practices in my life, and am thoroughly unimpressed.

Paid for the top end wash, but didn't get it. Tires that were clean when we started just looked a little cleaner. I was worried that this was the case because the lights indicating the extra coats weren't coming on, but now that I'm home, I'm sure of it.

OMG this place is fantastic. The people working here really enjoy their job. The Guy said this will be the best car wash I ever had... He was right! You get a blue shammy, a air freshener disk.. The wash left my car Super clean! The Vacuum Station is Fantastic! Each port has two hoses and a little hand held air hose to get the crevices in you car! Unbelievable!!

Staff was ok but my truck did not get cleaned well at all. My truck was not very dirty at all when I came in. After the wash I noticed areas all over the truck that had smears and streaks from there machine. Haven't noticed any damage but overall very bad wash. I paid $17 for the premium, and got a wash job that I wouldn't have paid $3 for

The line moved fast. Prices remain low. Suv got washed so good, it looked brand new! Laid back employee with Tats was nice. The Assistant was nice to me and waved goodbye. Vacuums get your carpet cleaned.
