I was told that all the appointments are booked up for the foreseeable future and walk-ins are hit or miss if they can get to your vehicle within a several hours. Finally got the truck in for the OIL CHANGE and the service tech left a shop rag in the engine compartment and didn’t put all the clips back into the plastic shroud under the oil pan. Absolutely dissatisfied. I expected better from a dealer service center of this size.

Not “Quick”. Over two hours for a tire rotation and oil change with an appointment. They also don’t do the correct rotation pattern unless requested.

This shop found a serious issue with my Ford Escape, found it in time before I lost my engine; they worked with my warranty company immediately to get the repair covered as well as the shop gave me a loaner vehicle during the repair. The service manager assigned to my suv was friendly and professional, he did an excellent job for me.

Quicklane ??? I think Turtle Lane, or maybe Snail Lane is more appropriate. I went in for "The Works" which is oil change, tire rotation, check fluids etc. Was given an estimate of 1 1/2 - 2 hours which is what I expected. At approximately 2 1/2 hours I checked on status, it wasn't even in the shop work area! I was told about 45 minutes and it would be done. Came back in an hour, not done but could see it was being worked on. I received a text that two items had failed - transmission fluid flush and differential flush. According to my maintenance schedule that is not needed for another 50,000+ miles so I declined. Something similar happened on an earlier visit, and when I questioned the need I did not get a relevant response. Finally after a total of four hours it was done. I have been to other Ford dealers from Florida to Arizona and never had this happen.

Great place to do business, dropped my sons vehicle off in the morning with out an appointment for oil change and a state inspection. Two hours later they called me and said it was finished. The charges were in line with what I expected. They were very friendly and I trust them to always do their best. I will take all my repairs to them.........

Never timely. Oil change and tire rotation is a 2 hour minimum. Don’t bother making an appointment as they won’t honor it. Service techs all heads down in phones. If I hadn’t bought my vehicle from Machens I wouldn’t waste my time attempting to use their service. Today will be the last.

Quick Lane performed my regular maintenance, The Works, in 45 minutes. I also had them look at a warranty issue and the diagnosed the problem and put the code in the Maintenance. I was then able to stop by the Ford Dealership and simply schedule a time for the repair. I was on the road home within an hour. I really appreciate the prompt service.

Would of given it a 1* but the Service Writer i was dealing with was great and apologizing about the lack of service I got from the Tech who worked on my truck! Came in for Diesel oil change work package. I brought my own Cat Oil filter in and told the service Writer and he put it on the ticket. Tech didn't read the ticket went to put OEM filter on to find out it wouldn't fit, then proceeded in with my old Cat filter to parts manager to see what they can do, I stopped him told him there was another in the front seat of my truck but still he brought out parts manager until the service Writer told him for the 2nd time customer has his own which was on the work order. Luckily I was watching because he never rotated my tires, didn't fill oil up to the filled spot on the dip stick never changed any fuel filters or even put a window sticker in for me to know when to change the oil. I had to add 2 quarts of oil myself and then go back in and have them print me a sticker out. This place has gone to crap. Idk who the new manager is here. If I wasn't watching I would of not known they didnt do the tire rotation ect! So customers beware look through the glass windows and watch you vehilcle being worked on you would be surprised in what they dont do that you pay for. Will not be coming back to Fast Lane for oil change anymore!!!

Friendly but VERY SLOW!!!! I was third car in line this morning. Asked for estimate for oil change and tire rotation. I was told “about an hour”. Three hours later I’m still here and writing a review. Unfortunately this is not the first time this has happened but I’m pretty sure it will be my last.

Back in April, I took my daughter’s car in for a regular service. My family and I have been using Quick Lane (Ford Machens) as our service station for years, I bought my car brand new from the dealership and that was the only place I ever took it for service but this time was different. After the service was finished, I began to hear the car making a clunky sound. It simply got louder and louder and louder. We just parked it the whole weekend and my daughter took it back Monday. As she was turning the final corner, the front left wheel flew off the car. She flew around in the car and her head hit the window several times as she fought to take control of the car in the busy intersection. Turns out, whoever did the service failed to properly attach the lug nuts on the front tire, causing the entire wheel to fly off, losing lug nuts one by one. She had a large bruise on my leg, and was scared to death. The service promised to fix the car free of charge, and would have it back in 6 weeks, and took about 12-14. Then, they promised to pay the fees for urgent care, but to this day they have failed to do so, and now have failed to answer my emails, completely ghosting me. I should have been reimbursed for everything and gotten a refund and instead they have been treating me like they are doing me a favor. They could have killed my teenage daughter! I won’t be going back to that place ever again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Took my truck in for its 30K mile service and 2 recalls. Took THREE HOURS for basic standard service because the "mechanic" spent more time goofing and eating than working. There is no "quick" at this quick lane!

Took our truck in for inspection with a 1 p.m. appt. They only had 1 person on duty that could inspect the truck. The mechanic went to lunch from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. He didnt get his truck back until almost 4 p.m., with a whole list of things that should be done to the truck. None of these items had ANYTHING to do with passing inspection. We will never darken their door again. We will not recommend them to anyone. Our time is important to us. When we are kind enough to make an appt, it should be honored.. instead of us paying for inspection, they should pay us their wage for our time wasted.
