This is the worst car wash, I paid for the ultimate $34 dollars. They didn't vacuum the carpets. I spoke with the owner about the service and he said that the vacuum wasn't working. Avoid this location if you can.

I’ve gotten a wash here twice, they do a good job. I get the external wash & dry only ($12 for sedans, $14 for SUVs) — the old school blue swirly robots are the way to go, and I prefer to clean the inside myself.

They don’t vacuum. I had accidentally spilled cat litter in my backseat and they still didn’t get it all. It was so obvious they barely cleaned. Even my steering wheel and dash were still dirty. I had to use a Lysol wipe to clean after them. These people do absolutely the bare minimum so save your money and go somewhere else.

I went to this car wash today and paid $32.00 for ultimate wash. I went back to the windows to complain about the wash and top it off they only cleaned the front Mats and said it was a curtsy. I said when you get a car wash and pay that much they wash all 4 mats. Do not patronize this place!!! If you not looking to get ripped off. I normally go the one up the street they were closed today. I will never go back

I have gone here for washes for many years. They have kept good prices in place, even now when other car washes like FlagShip are overcharging for washes. They do a great and fast job in cleaning my car. Thought I lost my wallet yesterday, they helped me find it on my car, and refused the tip I tried to give them for helping me. Good people.

I got the most expensive car wash that was $32. it is the worse carwash ever. My car is not clean!! they do light vacuum and clean nothing will never come back. Waste of money!!!!!

I wish I could give them a zero ratings. Car went in cleaner than after their deluxe service. What interest me most is how they tell you “DONE”. Thrash don’t go there.

Queens Car Wash has excellent service and staff Pricing is fair..The equipment and grouds are clean and we'll maintained all year around any seaon. You vechile will be throughly washed with soap and chemicals. I recommend Queens Car Wash . Oscar's Advice

Horrible horrible job. I don’t even understand how this place at 3.9 stars. Literally vacuumed the car and didn’t even look like it got cleaned. Left a huge patch of crumbs in the front open console; the cup holders weren’t touched even the floor is still dirty. Never again! Save yourself money and do it yourself.

Overall, one of the best car washes I've been to in the DMV. I got the highest wash, which was $40, and I think called Super. Before, my car was filled with crumbs and stains and smudges. They vacuumed my cat really well and applied cream to all the nooks and crannies. They weren't able to remove the sunscreen all over my car, but no one else has been able to either. There's some crumbs left places but they're only noticeable because I'm looking. Very happy with this place.

I highly recommend, this is the best in customer service, quick and high quality service in Mount Rainier, MD. My car wash was done in less than 15 minutes and it looked amazing!! Will surely be coming back. I highly recommend.

Me and my family often go to this place however after today we will never return and I recommend others don't either went to get my wife truck wash 20 min ago and when the car came out it was still dirty I ask the women who was working the line cam they whipe ot off they caught a attitude as if we were wrong whipe a little and walked off

I choose "Ultimate", paid $30, because I needed a real car wash. I have had similar packages in other places and I always felt good after leaving those places but here I left disappointed because of the pictures attached, all of the pictures I took after the car wash, they are not detail oriented, even for the most expensive package they offer. Update March 2024: they are so stupid, instead of acknowledging and correcting their process, replying to my original review saying they don't offer detailing. Who is asking for detailing? They should focus on cleaning.

Whew I got the ultimate and the inside of my car was still dirty, my trunk was vacuumed throughly at all, and there was hair left behind from the rags they used. My expectations weren’t super high but I did expect what I paid for. I had this particular stain on my exterior I pointed out and asked to be taken care of. Lol, nice people and good customer service. But I won’t return, waste of money & time. Not in this economy…

It’s been a while since I’ve been impressed by a Car Wash in the DMV, but Queen‘s Car Wash did their thing. Here’s a picture to prove that they did all of the pieces, and I didn’t even have to say anything….back seats, vacuumed, cupholders cleaned, and the speed in which they clean my car was so impressive! They even include an air freshener in the cost of the wash . I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!
