Asked them to change their sign to 330 and they said they have to close their cash register out at 3 all we wanted was a truck wash that would of been charged some red hair kid (girl)told my wife to leave BTW the sign says they’re open till 4! I wouldn’t take my truck there! They look like HARRIS SUPPORTERS

Went to this place because it was right next to the truck stop I was at. I’m not from the area so it was my best option. All I can say is my truck is cleaner than when they started but I wouldn’t call it a good job. They told me to look around and see if it was all right and I pointed out a couple of obvious areas but once I was pulled out into the light of day and started drying with a towel it was still very dirty everywhere. Wouldn’t recommend.

Came in earlier in the morning just a bobtail. Came back once trailer was done being unloaded to get a washout. Guys washed out my trailer but noticed spots that was missed and they took care of it no issues. Guys worked hard and do there best to pay attention to details.

Not recommend, they washed truck and trailer and wash out still dust inside trailer and on truck frame like never wash. Don’t go save money

Got the tractor and trailer wash package. Not satisfied. Im being treated bad after paying and for pointing out the spots they missed. I wouldn't be coming here next time. I give up.. I can't keep arguing. Readers, get washes at your own risk

If I could give this place a zero would! No customer service 😕 got yelled at for getting out of truck lol and a warning 🤣 bad attitudes and poor quality is what this place is about ,crying because its soo dirty lol never again!

On the 29th of March I stop here to get the truck and trailer washed. I spent $120 on having it all washed. When I point out that there is still dirt on the catwalk and all over both steps to get into the cab and the tanks are still dirty and the headache rack is still dirty the guy says that it doesn’t come off. I told him that there is no reason for it not to come off if you are using the proper cleaner to get rid of it. They didn’t want to re clean what they missed. I will Not be coming back and would never recommend this place to anyone. I normally dry my truck after. And this time my towel was black from all the dirt that was still on the truck. This place needs better management and employees.

Price is more then competition down the road. Go enjoy that wonderful spot, and better quality and people at the other spot as well. Just Sayn, Employee was very rude and offended I made a comment about the price and Hung up on me. WASHOUTS ARE GETTING RIDICULOUS 75 BUCKS FOR WATER. Its time we get someone with respect for the Customers that's paying there bills. A washout is a 10min max water rinse. Was 45 bucks 2 years ago or more but did water go up? ITS JUST GREED AND IT WILL AFFECT U SOONER THEN EVER. Good luck 🤦♂️

Pulled in at 3:30 PM. Google Maps says they close at 4:00 PM. Apparently that’s negotiable. “Bobby” told me their “last wash out” is 3:45 because the guy ahead of me wanted extra work. That policy isn’t posted anywhere. When I said I just needed a quick wash, I was told to wait while the employee walked past my truck SHAKING HIS HEAD THE ENTIRE WAY! (Ensuring I saw him) Wild way to treat someone who showed up during posted business hours. No worries though. Blue Beacon is 12 minutes away and actually wants customers.
