I usually have my car washed a couple times s week, especially when the roads are salty.. However the last several time I’ve been here the thoroughness of job has definitely been bad. Yesterday’s visit was I think my last. My car barely got wet except for the pretreatment the attendant gives at the start. No detergent or rinse chemicals ever touched my car. The two guys drying spent about 20 seconds on their job. I pulled into Summit Mall parking lot to look at what I already knew was going to be a dirty car. Sure enough dirt and salt visible lots of places and on wheel wells. I paid for an under carriage wash that I know didn’t happen! In fact I see no difference in the process when I pay for the premium services. Definitely time to change where I get my car washed and spend my money!!

Free vacuums, membership plans available for unlimited washes. Even open during the winter time when weather permits. No complaints. I have a membership for my truck and my wife's car. I only wish that if there are multiple cars in a single household that the fee would be different instead of it being simply a new membership.

Love the service & people, but stopped going there bc the cloth used left terrible swirl scratches in my paint. I had to have my entire car buffed & scratches removed to make it look good, again. It was a long & costly process.

Sorry for the 3 stars but the machine kept my change, it owed me $13. Easy to obtain my refund but not fun to drive back out there, fix the problem and I may revisit. It is convenient on my way to work, car wash open 24 hrs, great for getting that salt off your car. Quick in and out service though.

I enjoy getting my car washed! I joined the membership, so I can go wherever I want. The people that dry my car do a pretty good job. I always give a tip. They deserve a tip since they work so hard and have to be outside in different kinds of weather!

What a great place to get a car wash! Staff is considerate and kind, and they always take care of you upon request! They strive to give that little extra that separates ordinary from extraordinary. I've purchased all of the options they have, and I can always tell the difference from what goes on the car. Plus, THEY HAND DRY YOUR CAR!!! I started going to Quality Scrub after having a bad experience at Splash down the street. I am so glad I did! It's cheaper for their best car wash monthly, my car comes out cleaner, they towel dry your car and the employees are so pleasant and polite! I enjoy tipping them because they are so appreciative. Great experiences, fantastic washes, great staff who are courteous and helpful. Their monthly unlimited car Wash plan is very reasonably priced and truly unlimited. If I wanted to I could drive through five times in a row and I don't think they'd say anything. My son also loves the light show when we go through.

This is my favorite go to car wash. They still hand dry your vehicle. Not only that but you get a great wash. Crew is very attentive. I have to get my monthly membership back. It's worth it. May I suggest a multi-vehicle monthly membership. Keep up the great job! Never a bad a bad experience. Compliments to whomever hire the crews. Great choices.

This place had really upgraded. A great wash with a towel dry and tire shine. They had a special with wax that they claim is showroom quality. I can't say if that's for certain but it sure as hell made my car shine like no other wash I had been to. I didn't take the pic outside because my car was so clean I didn't want it outside.

I just swung through to get a car wash and would not come back to this location. I selected "The Works" since there is snow and salt everywhere which came out to ~$23 after tax. I was happy with the service until I got home and noticed that "The Works" apparently does not apply to the back of the vehicle. Everything else looked fine, then the back looks like it hadn't been through a wash at all. It was $23 for a wash that I then had to come home and finish myself.
