I made a quick stop at Publix (Store 1027) on Zelda Rd in Montgomery to pickup a few items. I found everything I needed without any problems except for one item. I asked one of the grocery clerks (Rashadd Hall), who just finished helping another customer, if he knew where I could find the tortilla wraps. I barely finished asking my question before he replied "aisle 3, right side, facing this direction." Rashadd was very courteous, patient, and helpful. He also did a price check and saved me some money. His assistance is very much appreciated and I highly recommend this store.

The absolute Worst Publix in existence. Stranded at the deli for over 30 mins without a peek from anyone. The employees were back there on their phones totally ignoring customers. Now that I spent my entire lunch break waiting to get some deli meat. I called the store on my phone and whoever answered was also not interested in helping. Ill never step foot in this imposter of a store.

When ever we are near a Publix we have to have their deli sandwiches, not only the quality but the size and price are well worth it. We also took advantage of their sale. They have a key lime pie that is excellent! I wish we had one in our town.

Worst customer service. Buggies do not make it to your car unless you are parked within their perimeter which is not the entire parking lot and there are no signs to tell you where that is. I kept giving this place another chance but today was the last.

I wanted a Birthday cake today so I grabbed one of the pre made sheet cakes out of the cooler. When I did; I accidentally tore the container as well as messed up the icing on the cake. I was going to place it in my cart but the sweetes lady miss Tomeka stopped me and said “ oh honey ; let me fix that for you! “ without hesitation Miss Tomeka fixed the icing and placed the cake in a new container . The cake was for my dad who died 16 years ago but when I told her to write “ It’s a Jungle out there” she just grinned and said “ your dad was a very honest and smart man. Thank you miss Tomeka for helping me and making me smile

The selection was good but not great. You're definitely paying more here than at Walmart, so unless you're looking for something you can't get at Walmart or Costco, it's better to skip this place.

This review is specifically for rug doctor rentals from this location.. just don't do it!! Walk away now.. actually just run..I rented a machine and now my van smells like straight vinegar..I was intentionally trying to clean a green bean smell from my carpet from a catering order that was delivered.. well now I get to smell pickled green beans instead... thanks publix..

I purchased a Minecraft cake online from Publix for a birthday party. I picked up the cake and it looks nothing like the picture. I don’t have any other option, but to keep the cake but I am extremely disappointed in the design of the cake. it does not look like the picture. This is false advertisement. What I ordered vs what I got $39.95

I truly appreciate that Publix values inclusivity and offers employment opportunities to people of all ages, which is something I respect, and wholeheartedly support their decision to employ senior citizens. However, during my recent visit, I experienced a significant delay at the customer service desk. There were only four people in line, but it took over 35 minutes for the line to move. While I understand everyone works at their own pace, it would be helpful to have additional support during busy times to keep things moving efficiently. Just hoping for a better balance between great service and wait times.
