Vacuums are always clogged up always I have to pull in to vacuum, but then I have to change because the other vacuum on the other side doesn’t work. This is always been an issue with this place. I mean they’re just plain lazy all it is and let’s talk about the spraying of the car. Why are you spraying just have the car are you too lazy to walk around to the other side? The whole car is supposed to be sprayed. Laziness that’s what that is.

I went through the car wash and paid $32 for a car wash. I asked the lady at the cash register if the attendant would spray down the whole vehicle as there was dust on the vehicle and I didn't want the dust to cause scratches. I was told that they would spray the full vehicle before going into the car wash however as soon as I pulled up to the car wash and put it in neutral it started pulling me into the car wash the attendant sprayed the hood and the driver side wheels and that was it. After I made it through the wash I got out of the vehicle to see swirls and scratches in the paint on the driver's side of the vehicle. The vehicle is less than a year old the manager on site Jeremy came out to address my concerns with them telling me they would spray the vehicle down before sending it through and not doing what they said they would. After hearing what happened he walked to the vehicle took one 5 second look at where the damage was and proceeded to tell me his wash didn't cause the damage and there was nothing he could do about it. Jeremy was very rude and told me that he deals with customers like me all of the time implying that I was being dishonest about the damage caused. I will never use their services again.

The guy at the pay area was nice but the guy that sprays your car off before going in the car wash barely sprayed my car and only did one side. I had to go through 2 times to get different things off my car and still wasn’t great after that. The vacuum did an ok job. I would not recommend this place

I hate giving bad reviews but this was not a great experience, left my car half wet which almost immediately turned into water spots. Seemed like the dryers weren't blowing air in the right places or something, just didn't blow the water off well at all. Also didn't clean my wheels at all. I could've got the same results just pressure washing it off for a fraction of the cost.

The only thing good about this car wash were the vacuums. I paid for the $17 wash and still had to clean off dirt. The dryers didn't do anything, and I ended up drying my car myself. The wheels were still SOOOOoo dirty as well, and I can't even tell if I got the "tire shine" that was included in the wash. Super disappointed for wasted money and time.

The vacuums NEVER work and when they do, you're lucky to find one that can get the most minimal dirt off the mats! It's so annoying to pay $8 for a wash but there's never a vacuum to use. The vacuum stalls are always filthy too.

This place has gone down here over the past few years. They no longer have a brush you can use to clean your tires. The tire shine I was told is not operable. The chain constantly gets off track, making them close down for an uncertain amount of time. The vacuums are lackluster if they are working. It appears that the water pressure while getting a wash is turner down and it is noticeable as my car does not come completely clean. When I first started coming to this car wash I felt like family. Now, I feel like the lonely cousin at the family reunion when I come around.

This place has gone downhill over the past few years. If you’re seeking just a car wash, it does a pretty decent job, but if you’re looking for them to spray it off, it’s incredibly inconsistent. I have a subscription here and I Update: they’ve got new staff, that appears to be stable and has been around for a handful of months at this point. Customer service has gone up, quality of the wash has improved and they now have brought back the fresh towels and cleaner so that you can self clean after the wash. We have restarted our subscription. I can tell you that the staff changes weekly. I feel bad for them. It’s gotta be tough to run a business. The vacuum area is generally in good shape and they provide towels and spray although recently there have been none available. Has the potential to be a great spot. I hope they can pull it back together.

My car was nasty dirty. Alot of bird poop and dirt. I went through the automatic car wash. They scrubbed it before it went through and between the car wash attendant and the automatic car wash there was no dirt left behind. I'm totally impressed. I will return.

A huge shout out to Lamont! He was busy doing his job cleaning up the lot but made a conscious effort to help out anyone who appeared to need some assistance. I was interested in using the rug beater and he went out of his way a couple times to help me figure it out! (Use the Windex vinegar spray, you won't regret it.) While I was there I couldn't help but overhear joyful voices as he helped other people too. Pro-Clean, give this man a raise, you're lucky to have him on your team! (3-19-25) I have a wrap on my car. I'm too lazy to hand wash it. I've been running it through the basic bronze wash 1-3x a week over the past 3 months. My wrapped car stays looking excellent. The attendants are always very nice. Love having access to the free vacuums too. It's definitely worth purchasing the monthly package if you drive by this place more than two times a month. (Jan 2025)

Staff are always nice and respectful. Very happy with recent upgrades to the vacuums that include air pressure cleaner. Wish the right side vacuums worked as well as the left side but overall staff and price make it worth it.

10/10 would not recommend. I’ve come here quite a bit and can tell you’ve sped up the automation line. It doesn’t even look like it washed, pressured, or brushed the right side of my truck. For 22$ gold, it’s a joke. Attempted to find someone inside but the left side is locked and the right side has no one around. I can go down the street and pressure wash it myself for half the cost and be cleaner. Will not be coming back. Pictures are in front of your building right after the car wash.
