The car wash section is okay. Not the greatest but ok. A couple of years ago I took my vehicle there to get an oil change. After the job was completed, the gentleman told me to start the engine, so i started the engine and he immediately told me to stop. Whatever they were doing caused a fire in the engine. They quickly put the fire out. However, I tried to get them to repair my engine as it was their fault and they told me that they were not liable. At this time I was experiencing electrical issues with the vehicle since that day. I thought about taking the issue to small claims court but i didnt want the hassle. The vehicle was an older car and I was getting another vehicle anyway. However, that's besides the point. I will never go back to this place again because of their lack of accountability after screwing up my vehicle from what should have been a simple oil change.

If I could give 0 stars I would . PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE. I went here on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened. I waited 25 minutes because their machine was down.. but wait for it .. this place ripped the bottom of my engine protector at the bottom of my CAR! As soon as I pulled off it sounded like a bag was stuck under my car .. and then they move way too fast.. car wasn’t even that clean . Over priced and not worth the damage to my car.

I paid for the Platinum Wash, which includes cleaning the dashboard and center console. As I was driving off, I realized those areas had not been cleaned properly. I called the car wash to confirm whether they were included in the package I purchased, but the woman on the phone told me she didn’t see that listed in the Platinum package. I pulled over and checked their website, which clearly states that dashboard and center console cleaning is included. I drove back to the car wash to show an employee the information. At the very least, employees should be familiar with what’s included in the three packages they offer. She sent me outside to wait for another employee to complete the job. After they cleaned the dash and console, I noticed my passenger window still had remnants of bird droppings on it. Overall, it was a waste of time and money going to this location. The customer service staff seemed unaware of what’s included in their own packages, and the Platinum package isn’t worth it if I have to return the same day and still leave with parts of the car not cleaned. This is not a good car wash.

My experience with Oliver - the Manager I signed up for monthly pass a couple of months back, but the car was never spotless, so I decided to take it in one time for a detailed interior professional cleaning, shampooing etc, so it should be perfect going forward. I took my van today, and asked Oliver for price for a full cleaning - I asked to be cleabed like brand new, Oliver advised me that the posted sign that list the interior package for $99 does not include shampooing etc. He made up a price for $250 on the spot, I questioned the big price difference he tells me the full interior take at least 5 hours. That was like 10 o'clock in the morning Okay, I begged him for a better price, we agreed for $225 Hey, a mere 3 hours later, I get a call, "Your car is ready!" I was shocked, what? This must take like 5 hours to clean, wash and shampoo, how come you guys did this so fast?!! Okay, I went back to pickup my car... I was shocked when I opened the trunk! The back of the car was literally filthy with crumbs! Oliver did not bother to tell the people what we agreed, I asked him what's going on? Oliver then asked the girl to take a vaccume and clean up a little, I said no I leave you car here you make sure this gets cleaned 100 percent I left, and 45 minutes later I got a call to come back to pickup. Car is clean but was not worthed $225 - just seems like a basic job. Does not feel like a new car I will just cancel my monthly pass, and try elsewhere. Update: No one reached out to me when I sent an email.

Theses People are the worse most unprofessional workers I’ve ever experienced always closing before time and then want to come up with excuses just because they want to leave early then time, it’s not the first time I go remaining 20 minutes top there closing hours and they denied getting my car wash, and it’s not even that every single person in this workplace just doesn’t want to work they should fire all of them and get people that really want to work and do their job. I won’t recommend this location AT ALL! The Worst SERVICE!!!!!!!!!! And personal workers.

They are pretty fast and efficient. The staff is friendly and straight to the point and informative as well. They asked me and explained about the monthly plan if I wanted. Only downside is that they are way too quick about drying the truck. Beside that no issues.

if you’re new here don’t come. very unwelcoming. they don’t explain anything to you and i ended up waiting a hour and they said 30-40 minutes. Car is super greasy and stained my pants too. not worth the 80 bucks

Came in and did a prestige wash for the first time and not coming back ever again. Horrible service, they don’t clean the inside, they’ll just vacuum and wash the floor matts. Don’t even bother buying the prestige, just get the exterior only. And get your interior done somewhere else.

They used to be good but when there’s a line along the street and they’re trying to service as many people as possible. The work shows it and they rush through the job and the for the amount you’re paying for its not worth it. You can do it yourself. My car mats was still dirty when before they use to hose it down with a pressure washer. I’ve been coming here for a decade ever since I was a college student but now I see it has deteriorated in quality.

I paid for a Silver Service for an SUV =$25 including tax and was very disappointed. The workers do a half-ass job of vacuuming and drying off vehicles. I had to asked one of the to clean the door handles and wipe the dripping water off of the mirrors and trunk. My windshield had streak marks. SMH! It wasn't even busy and this is the type job they do, imagine when they're busy. I will take my business elsewhere.

I have been coming to Prestige Auto Wash for years now, and I have always had a positive experience there. What I like is that the staff are friendly and very hard-working, and they pay great attention to detail, including making sure that the car is thoroughly vacuumed and that the interior is nicely cleaned. I also like that they finish up the car wash by hand, toweling the exterior and interior to ensure that there are no streaks. I drive out of my way to come to this specific car wash and will continue to do so in the future.

I have had my car detailed once years and it was great. I decided to get it detailed again after I spilled coffee on my seat. I was surprised by home slippery everything felt. I don’t remember that from my first experience. Whatever shiny stuff they put on my interior came off after a week and this was the seat after. I’m not sure why there is a white outline because that wasn’t there before

You know, I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this car wash. Every time I come, they do an amazing job with my car. I will admit though that when I visit this car wash I usually get like premium services like the interior clean and the exterior wax and these services cost more money than just a regular wash. Regardless, these men and women do a great job detailing my car. They are experts in car detailing and maintenance.

“I am submitting this complaint because I paid for a plan that includes both interior and exterior car cleaning. However, when I arrived, I was asked to pay extra money for the rear area to be cleaned, which should have already been included in my plan. On top of that, the car was not properly cleaned. I am not satisfied with the service and would like this issue to be addressed.

I recently went to this car wash, and I honestly wish I hadn't. The service was terrible, and it was clear they didn’t care about doing a proper job. They just wiped the car down quickly and moved on no attention to detail at all. I also felt uncomfortable asking them to do one simple thing. When I did, I was ignored and treated poorly. Additionally, it was clear that they weren’t respectful to people of color, which made the experience even worse. I definitely won’t be returning. Save your money and find a car wash that actually cares about providing quality service. This place is not worth it.

They don’t offer car washes anymore just car rinses. If you show up with bird poop on your car you’ll leave with bird poop on your car. Basic full service is nearly $20 only to get the same dirty car back.
