First time there. It is my go-to place from now on. Everyone there is friendly. There were five people working on my car, detailing it and giving it that special touch. Had been going to another Hand Car wash. They were more expensive and did not do as good a job.

Great place and great attention to detail. Highly recommend for anyone who is looking to get there car cleaned and is focused on detail. The location handles my maserati and G wagon on a regular and tje attention to detail is always on point. Cars come out great and never any shortcuts and this establishment

I wouldn’t recommend this place if you really care about your car. This is my 2nd time there, the first time was ok under the lady owner, she watched every car if she saw you weren’t happy about the wash she came out the office. She came out to ask what package you were interested in. I decide to pull in yesterday because it was nice out as I was driving pass it, first off no one ask you about your package, you pull it as the car gets sprayed with water and soap so you can’t even see what’s in front of you as you are pulling in or when to stop. They immediately started using brushes on my car paint mind you I don’t want brushes because it scratches the car but they don’t ask you that then they ask you to roll down the window to tell them the package you are interested in after they scratched your car half way with brushes. The car comes out and parts of the car is still dirty, looks like they miss a spot which is cool right? But I look at the front of the car and the whole front didn’t get hit with water or soap, I show them and instead of pulling the car back in they go for a bottle and spray to wipe the dirt in the paint which will cause more damage so I ask him to not do that, he returns with a brush and brushes the whole front with it after I said no brushes then tried to just wipe the soap off with a towel no washing it off. Finally they pulled it back on but at this time the damage is done. I have spider marks in my paint and two deep scratches. Now I have to get my car polished and wax, only had this car for less than a year and not a single scratch till now. Last time I visited even though they weren’t as bad under the previous owner I left with a rip in my leather console because they used a vacuum on the leather put a rip in it. After charging me for the wash he says to me for $.0.99 more I could have gotten the better package well why didn’t you recommend in then when when I pulled in and started damaging my car with a brush then. He says to me maybe next time, there would be no next time, really irritated by how they treat the cars, I should bill them for having a body shop fix my scratches. The lady behind me car pulled out and the whole door was dry, they never even bothered touching the door with shop, I made her aware and the guys again went for a spray bottle and towel to clean it. If I wanted to use a spray bottle and water I would have done that myself in my house I didn’t need to pay them for that. The guy with the dreads is really nice and seems to treat and make every bad situation right but apart from that this place is a joke. You like your car do not bring it here trust me, I learnt my lesson the hard after a friend told me they stopped going there and the lady behind me told me she was canceling her plan after the month was over. This place is a joke, they don’t know the first thing about washing cars, it’s all about passing it through and making money, you leave with a dirty car and some scratches for no extra charge. I give this place no stars it’s trash

Hi goodday please don't go to this car wash I just visited their to wash my car while they were cleaning the interior of my car I went inside to pay and left my rayban sunglasses on the counter not even a minute after I realized it was missing I went back inside and the girl saying she don't know anything about it they are thieves working their if they can do this just imagine when they are Cleaning your inside of your car I just leave their today is April 20th 2024 between 4:50pm to 5:00pm please be careful they are big big thieves working here at perfect touch carwash.

Good wash, but they just move extremely slow. Edit: I've been here a couple of times now. Granted they still move slower than the average, I realize it's because they care! They actually care to keep a smile on your face for a job well done. Tip them, they deserve it. If you want quick speedy and mediocre, this isn't the place for you. If something isn't right, let them know and they will right their wrong!

The staff are nice, they take their time and clean the car. My only concern and the reason for the low rating is the individuals drying my vehicle cracked my grill. I went home to dry up some wet spots and sure enough the grill is cracked. It will now cost me $500 plus dollars to put an OEM grill on my car. I know the establishment states they are not liable for any damages done to your vehicle, but take a little pride in your work. You wouldn't be very happy if this happened to your vehicle. I will not be bringing my vehicle to this place again.

I had a car wash on Saturday, and the wash was poorly done! To top that off, when I went to pay, I had my expensive sunglasses in my hand, which I put on the counter to get my cash out, only to turn my back, and my sunglasses went missing... I asked the cashier, and she said she didn't see anything . The cashier took my glasses

One of the best car washes in the area. They have different packages to choose from as well as add on options but what makes it very different is the quality of work and how fast they are blue to get it done. Their priority is always customer satisfaction. I recommend this car wash. You will always leave with more than satisfied.

Today march 16 8:40am visited...This critic is for owners... a car wash to work properly on production way. Employees on washing areas need specific tools. Kranzel Electric power washer for continuous use. Simple training, how wash properly, and production way. Use a hose look very cheap. Alot us car owners we look hand carwash. We want good wash better service. If we want better will paid...

Just got my car washed. They take their time with cleaning it. They know what they’re doing. This place is the best I’ve been to in the area. The people that dry the car are very thorough. The woman behind the counter is a beautiful person. Very professional and friendly.

Took my brand new car there today and I will never go back. They scratched my passenger side door. I noticed when I got home and tried to clean the dry soap they left on the door. Whatever they used to wash or dry must have small rocks in it because microfiber clothes don't do that. Stay away and avoid headaches.

Don’t like writing reviews especially bad ones but this time did it for me. This is the 2nd time in 2 weeks that I came here and it was like this. I won’t return I always like this place but feels like as of recent they did a complete turn around.

Let me just say that whenever my car is dirty or just needs a wash I always bring it here. These guys are the best. They take care of your car just like you would. Would recommend everyone to go there.

I do not recommend this car wash !! DIRTY , PRICES ARE THROUGH THE ROOF FOR JUST WATER . THEY USE CHEAP CHEMICALS. AND YESS THEY WILL SCRATCH YOUR CAR BECAUSE THE BRUSH THAT THEY USE IS DIRTY OLD AND THEY ALSO BRUSH TIRES WITH THE SAME BRUSH AND KEEP TO BRUSH IN FLOOR WHICH PICKS UP SMALL ROCKS. Someone has to invest more money into this business disgusting!! Ooo and very dangerous to get in the location and out of the location. Becarefull. Also , they close and open in random days !

This was my #1 Car Wash to go too when the original staff was there, since 2019 I’ve been coming here since. It was amazing, wonderful, service! Until, 2-3 times that I’ve gone... They have a completely new staff.. I usually go there to get the “Best” Service that is basically $23-$25 if I’m not mistaken. But with the new staff, I’m not sure what’s going on honestly. I’m not sure if they feel rush? Having a bad day? They don’t care? They feel like we won’t notice? We won’t complain? I genuinely do not know. But I know this isn’t the first time I received bad service from the new workers. To summarize my experience with the new staff, not once, but twice or three times. They always leave my vehicle dirty when it’s “finished.” I had to go home myself to vacuum my car and a rag, to clean inside and outside my vehicle myself. It sucks because this was my favorite car wash to go too in my town since 2019. Hopefully the owner sees these reviews and speak to them.
