The machine caught on the left side rims of my brand new van and left noticeable damage. When we Initially reported the damage, an employee took down info and said he was submitting a report to the manager. After not hearing anything back for over two weeks, my husband went back to try and speak to someone in person. They had added cones to keep people from entering too far over to the left, but the person who spoke to him brushed him off in regards to any accountability for the damages they caused and claimed they had added the cones just because. I guess the place is all right. If you don't care about your car but if you're hoping for any level of responsibility if they damage it or any level of.customer service, you're out of luck

This is the best drive through car wash locally. Brand New. Nice vacuums and air hoses. Well Kept. Never had a difficult time here

Nice car wash and the basic price $10.00 it's nice big with vacuum cleaner and air, but no towels. You bring your Owen to dry the car, but on the very busy street.

This is a great car wash for me. The staff was friendly. The car wash section had a few more industrial brushes than other car washes. They even have a little store for extra supplies if needed. Hope they keep up with maintenance of the property. Overall, great.

Excellent new car wash with no guard rails, and damage-free washing. It has the longest drive-thru system with several softer material cleaning brushes and it has a dryer blower with cloth drying brushes to ensure that the car is fully dried.

I wish I had such a great car wash near my home. Very new modern, and you get your money's worth.

I’ve been coming to this car wash since it opened and have always had good service — but my experience on Saturday, July 19th was completely unacceptable. As I pulled in, waiting for the scanner to read my plate like usual, an older female employee started yelling at me to move forward. I was already at the barrier gate and told her I couldn’t go any further without hitting it. Instead of listening or offering a solution, she continued to shout “More! More!” with no regard for safety or basic respect. Then she yells that the scanner reads the back plate — which has never been the case in any of my previous visits. Normally, they just ask us to back up and try again or they take my license plate number and key it into their system. Even after walking away, she kept yelling so loudly into the microphone connected to her walkie-talkie that the other employee in front of us remove his earpiece. She proceeded to let another car through and made me wait, despite me being there first. Another staff member eventually helped us, but the damage was done. There’s no excuse for this kind of unprofessional and disrespectful behavior.

It’s a great place. I like the subscription 20/month and it washes nicely. Staff are pleasant and respectful.

Went through there and my car was caught on the tire scrubbing mechanism right before the final rolling towel. Made report with what looks like and I think is the manager him and his wife seem to be operating or running it they took my report and said that somebody would get a hold of me and nobody has and basically comes out to like it's my problem. After my vehicle was damaged I noticed they put a cone at the entrance now

5/5 stars. I take my car here once a month to wash it myself and I love it. I detail it here as well but it’s descent size location and has enough vacuum's for everyone. They also have a rug wash if you’re feeling fancy.

Customer service from the people that i believe are the owners lacks a little bit the kids running it are nice. The monthly basic wash is really affordable and I love that the vacuums have strong suction because a lot of places don’t. I’ve been coming since they opened.

This place sucks. My first time here and I heard a bang while in the middle of my wash. Once done I parked to inspect my car and my driver side mirror came lose. They blamed it on wear and tear not the equipment. James the Manager is horrible customer service. He basically said my car is old and I took a risk putting it through the was. He also said his brushes don't touch the side mirrors. What an idiot

Very disappointed in the quality and service from start to finish. I WOULD have been a long long time customer. But the service i got was awful. All the employees look young and have no customer service etiquette. The machine did a terrible job and wanted to get a rerun and they refused and refused after showing them what an awful job it did. They didn’t care about anything aside from getting me out of there. MISTERS down the road complete opposite, and allows as many redo as needed. Gotta change Orange Car Wash, policies are gunna cost you guys customers …. 🤷♂️

Paid for a “vip” wash. As we pulled in to the car wash we realized that multiple of the machines that either wash or dry the vehicles were not functioning. One of which was the driver side dryer. When we pulled out and got to the vacuum section we noticed how ridiculously wet and still dirty parts of the car were (where those machines were not operating) we asked what was going on with the car wash and told them we were unhappy with the service and were hoping to come back at another time when the machines are all working. They informed us they don’t do that and they can only do a re-wash on the same day. Well that doesn’t make sense to put my car into the car wash again for the same exact spots to be missed again by the equipment inside the car wash that’s not operational. At minimum he could have informed us there are multiple machines down before we paid $22 so we could have made an informed decision if we wanted the wash or not. $22 for a drive through car wash is expensive anyways but for it not to be functioning correctly and still charge $22 and offer no future date or voucher for another wash is in the scam territory!

I began an automatic monthly subscription (renewal every year) but the prices went up and they “had a problem with my subscription, apparently something was wrong with my credit card, so they couldn’t charge me the monthly fee” I have at least 4 automatic payments on this card, and I haven’t had any trouble with any of these! I was told that I need to “renew my subscription with the new fee” This is completely unethical! I noticed that I was not the only one “having problems with the subscription fee, lately I had to wait in line at least 10 minutes!”

First of all: the facility itself is fine. Very lower middle of the road machine drive through wash. The vacuuming area is actually very nice. Place to hold your mats and vacuum them, powerful vacuum hoses with long nozzles to get in nooks and crannies. The employees are also fairly decent, never been rude or had any issues, never extraordinary or outstanding but nice and cordial. Since the grand opening around half a year ago I have had the “basic” wash membership for $15-16 per month for my beater daily driver - 2013 Veloster Turbo. This car already has damaged paint so it’s an easy quick wash and really signed up for the “free vacuuming” included with the membership. So today 5/28/25 I go to the car wash around 1pm and get my standard wash, when requesting a dashboard wipe (as I always do) I asked “I have another car and just wanna use the free vacuum, is it okay if I bring it?” The employee said “yeah it shouldn’t be a problem just come later in the day when it’s not too busy” made sense to me, they probably just don’t wanna use a prime vacuuming slot for a non wash customer. Cool. I go home, wash my 1985 Toyota MR2, and once I finish I drive back to Orange Express Car Wash just to do a super quick vacuum. I pull up and the place is nearly empty maybe 2-3 other cars vacuuming. I pull right in and get to work, I’ve been at it for maybe 1 minute and I’m wrapping up the drivers side already and I hear shouting behind me. I look up and there is an older (late 60s) Asian man screaming at me “no vacuum! you get wash!!!” I calmly said “excuse me?” “I have another account, I was here earlier, I’m just using the vacuum really quick.” He exclaimed “No! You need wash! No Vacuum without wash!” I said “listen man I pay to use this service. Who are you? Are you the owner?” He continued in his rage “No! You need pay car wash for vacuum! “No! I’m no owner” i explained again calmly “okay go get the owner or the manager because you’re not making any sense” “no owner here! They go home! No manager here they go home!” He continued. At this point another employee a short hair (possibly Hispanic) girl came over and asked what’s going on. I explained I have an account, I was here earlier, I was told I could come vacuum and this dude has lost his mind. She was nice and explained that technically a different membership is required to vacuum multiple cars on one account (something I was never told). I said “okay, if that’s the case can you cancel my account?” She explained that no she couldn’t and that only the manager who is in the morning could do it and also told me the old man Is the owner…I said “okay, while I’m still paying for this service today I’ll just wrap up and cancel tomorrow” the old man screams again “No! You leave!” I said “call the police if you want, I’m going to use the service I paid for” I finished up and walked back over to the nice girl employee and gave her my other cars license plate and asked her to cancel my account in the morning because I won’t be giving this “owner” any more of my money. As I’m going to leave I asked his name, he refused. I asked her his name and she refused saying “I’m new I don’t know” and when I went to take his picture while he was yelling more he ran away. Spend your money how you like, but I won’t be supporting people like this. I’m a local small business owner myself. If a customer did something like this in my company I’d calmly approach “hi there, in order to vacuum you need to have an account on the vehicle” “oh okay, well thanks for being a customer go ahead and finish up just next time know that do vacuum multiple vehicles you need the premium account, do you want me to sign you up?” Customer service ESPECIALLY from an owner goes a long way. You lost a loyal customer who you could have converted to a premium account. Now instead of my money monthly you get nothing and multiple bad reviews. All over a power trip, screaming and yelling over FREE VACUUMING. Do better.

It was nearby and I needed a quick wash. The location is convenient and the process was fast, but I wasn’t completely satisfied. The interior areas didn’t get as clean as I expected; some stains stayed and it didn’t smell as fresh as other places. Also the floor mats weren’t vacuumed very thoroughly.

I was very disappointed with the "Good" wash. I even paid extra for the tire shine($3.00), and no tire shine left after driving a distance of 20 mins (I should of checked before I left the car wash, to confirm if tireshine was even applied). If I did it myself, I would have saved $18 and put it towards Mothers or Mcquire products, which would have lasted at a minimum of 1 week. Just get the basic wash ($8.00) and no extras, because I paid approx. double to be disappointed. Please improve as there are many different carwashes that are nearby. I've had a better experience at the Chevron carwash on main/chapman (costs a little bit more and handdried by a huma being). Now I have a better understanding why people get quite furious when their car is not washed properly.
